Overall was a nice place and loved the location. Condo was quaint and loved it overall. Was not a fan of the mattress personally and there were some issues with TV/wifi. Floors could have been a little cleaner but overall cleanliness was good, and price point was reasonable. Would definitely stay at this place again.

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria and the beach strip for a few years now. I usually have stayed on the Holmes Beach side of the beach. This is my very first time staying on the Bradenton Beach side. We had the most wonderful time here. The hostess, Nora was most gracious and welcoming ! The condo was better than advertised. Pics don’t give it the proper justice at all. We’re definitely coming back here if it is available. We didn’t even want to leave. It felt like home. Thank you so much. This was the perfect getaway. And the pool ! I can’t say enough honestly..

When we first arrived the place was fresh, clean and obviously recently renovated which gave it a relaxing feel.
Nora was extremely responsive to any questions we had.
The pool is refreshing; very small, but since there are only 4 units in the building we never had to share the pool.
This location is amazing! We were one block from the Birdge Street Pier which is where we spent a lot of time. We rented a car for the week and found the island very easy to navigate; there are several beaches to explore. We loved the relaxed feeling of the entire island and of this condo.
We felt this first-floor unit was very convenient for in and out trips, which we made a lot!
We did not cook in the condo, but it seemed there would have been ample equipment to do so.
Everything was very clean and comfortable and just right for the two of us!

This is a super cute condo located very close to shopping, food, entertainment and the beach! The Historic Bridge Street shopping area is right down the street, the beach is a few blocks away, and the free shuttle stop is at the end of the street! The location was perfect! The pool was clean and felt great (heated pool) and my wife and I spent a little time swimming here as the water at the beach was a bit rough on the Gulf side.
The owner was easy to contact/communicate with and support friendly! The condo is clean sand comfortable, and the beach theme was relaxing too! The furniture was comfortable, clean and my wife and I enjoyed winding down the night watching streaming movies/shows on the televisions. There are pots, pans, utensils and dishes if you want to eat in at any point!
The only thing to be aware of - if there are young, energetic kind in the unit above, you WILL hear them running and jumping. We had no issues at all during the week, but on the weekend the family above had some younger children that were up late and it was pretty loud from the footsteps. Just something to be aware of if considering this unit.

The location was perfect. Two blocks from Bridge Street, three blocks from beach. The condo was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was the family right above us. The three children walking and “jumping” woke us up in the morning. But not until 7:00 or 7:30.

The whole process was easy. Very detailed instructions on check in and out process. Adorable condo with all the necessities. My self and my 2 teens had a wonderful time. I never heard “I’m bored” while there. Great location, within walking distance to shopping, dining, beaches and entertainment. We will definitely be coming back again! This property had everything we need for our week stay. It was very clean and the owner Nora had contacted us to make sure it was and that we had everything we needed.
It was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area.

New pots and pans, new recliner chair, kitchen and bathroom starter packs were added this year.
Only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bedroom mattress.
Owner always available to answer your questions. Highly recommend this property as a rental.

We stayed for five days with- my husband and I and our two year old daughter. It was the best location. So easy especially with a child. We didn’t drive anywhere besides to the grocery store. Restaurants, shopping and beach all easy short walks. It was cooler weather while we were there. The only two downfalls were the temp of the pool. The heater was off when we arrived and had to ask for them to put on which was easy and done quickly. Also, in the rental we wish there would have been some basic stuff like salt and pepper or olive oil for cooking. Some of our rentals hve had that and it is nice! Also, would have been nice to hve some beach toys in the condo. We did buy some and left them there so hopefully the next renters are able to use. Overall, loved our stay and would return!

Our stay at Coco's was great. Nora and Jim's place is just the right size for us, on the first floor with our own parking spot right by the front door. My husband and I rented this beach condo to celebrate our anniversary and what a wonderful trip we had. The condo was super cute, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Beach access is right across the street and chairs were provided. We also rented a golf cart that was recommended by the property manager and took it everywhere. Needless to say, we will absolutely be back and plan to stay here again.

This is an amazing place the pictures also don't do it justice the beach is alot closer than it looks. Also this little place is perfect for 2 adults and a small kid. The pool was awsome and we had a really great time and we hope to return next year.

Great location. We had an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect.
We have two small special needs children. The pool was awesome- small enough where we could keep an eye on them and not too deep. Everything was perfect. We would stay here again. We were so happy with the location and distance to beach.

Perfect stay!
This property was absolutely perfect for our group. We came down to AMI to get married and were looking for properties where we could all be together but yet have our own spaces. We rented all four units at Bay View Inn and each of them were perfect. We enjoyed the patios out back to grill and have dinner together. We especially enjoyed having the pool! It’s a short walk to the beach and to Bridge Street. This unit was stocked with everything you need for your vacation. The property owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had prior to our arrival.

Small condo, lots of amenities, perfect location!
My husband and I spend 5 nights at this cute condo. It was very well located about 5 minutes walk to everywhere - the beach, the trolley stop and the lively Bridge Street with many restaurants, bars and coffee shop.
The condo was remarkably well stocked with beach things (chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler), plenty of paper supplies, a first aid kit and many other items that made it feel like home. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our morning tea and reading outside on the patio area where there was just enough shade until about noon time. The pool was perfect to cool off and relax in the afternoon.
Thanks so much, the attention to details did not go unmissed and we can't wait to go back!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this would be a wonderful experience. It was extremely clean. It was within walking distance to anything we needed. Having the bay and beach so close was a delight. Nora was just a text away if we needed anything, which we did not! The neighbors were so friendly. We just loved every minute of our time here. Honeymoon
This was a perfect 1 bedroom for us to enjoy our honeymoon. It has all the amenities you would have at home. The pool was perfect but doesn't get much sun. Two blocks away from Bridge St for good eats and shops. We will be coming back again!

Great location! Perfect for our needs :)
The owner was very communicative about a potential problem before our arrival. When we arrived, we took pictures and sent them to the owner - there was no on-going issue and all was good.
The only problem was the a/c filter hadn't been changed for what looked like a very long time. A picture was texted to the owner to which her quick reply was a sincere apology and an assurance that she would contact maintenance.
The condo was comfy and perfect for our needs. We are 2 adults, who had nearby friends over for drinks. We were able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
The pool was clean, we used the grill and the washer/dryer in the outside shared laundry facility.
The bed has a very thick foam pad on it, so if you like a firm bed, you'll have to take that off. We moved it to the living room while we slept and then spread it out on the bed during the day. The mattress was comfortable for us after we did that.
Overall, the place is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and chose to try a different restaurant each night for dinner.

My best friend and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had everything we needed and then some, from beach chairs to beach towels. Nora was really great answering all of our questions and helping to make our trip so much fun and relaxing. We loved the area so much, very relaxing and the locals were very helpful! We seen manatees, dolphins, mana rays and parrots! We will be back and not soon enough!

Anniversary vacation
My husband and I had a great time in this property from Memorial Day weekend until June 5th. We had no problems with the home or check in process. Everything was in the home that you need to go to the beach (stored in the bedroom closet). It has a very equipped kitchen to prepare all meals but we ate out every night. We only bought breakfast items at Publix and had breakfast before we left for the beach every day. I am considering renting this property again in the near future!
