No Pets Allowed. Welcome to Cambria, where the Ranchland Pines meet the 'Mediterranean blue' water. This lovely home is at the heart of that description, as the interior style is almost Tuscan, with lots of wrought iron, granite & tile. A spacious living and dining area, and a thoughtful kitchen layout, make meal preparation a family affair. This home will sleep up to 8 people, so it's perfect for Holiday gatherings. The 4th of July is especially fun here, because from the deck of this home, you can watch the fireworks display at Shamel Park, right next door. Just a few steps to the sea to comb Moonstone Beach, and the tide pools. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Loved the house, where it was and everything about it. So close to Mom on moonstone Beach Drive. A little disappointed, the fireplace didn’t work in the main living room where you do spend a lot of time. the kids loved the fireplace downstairs and was nice and the fireplace in the bedroom was nice. Also, it was a little disappointing that the Jacuzzi tub didn’t work but all in all it was a great stay. !!

The house is great, the one bedroom and bath on main floor was much smaller than the pictures showed. However over all very nice house (there were a lot of spider webs on outside staircase and by front door).

This house was perfect for a weekend with our friends! The kitchen had most of what we needed. The dining room was large and had a beautiful view. The living room was comfortable and also had beautiful views. (I wish they had cleaned the windows, though.) We watched the sunset with a glass of wine!

Lovely spacious home with ocean views. A great spot for a special weekend and easily accommodated 3 couples. We’ll stocked kitchen, nice outdoor decks and an easy walk to Moonstone Beach.

We stayed here with 3 couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice layout, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We strolled into this beautiful home on a Saturday afternoon and was very pleased with how much room it gave us as a family. We liked the set up, and it was very roomy on the inside. The only thing was the beds in the spare rooms were only doubles with a King in the master. My son is a little tall, so he was not very comfortable in the smaller beds. The windows in the dining room needed to be cleaned, and a few of windowns didn't open up. Besides that, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back again.

Bristol by the Sea is a spacious and very well located home. The living and dining rooms are lined with windows which take advantage of the natural light and ocean view. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master is large and includes a spa tub and gas burning fireplace. The second bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and faces the street. It has a queen bed and is very small with no dresser or luggage stand. The bath is outside the room and is very small. The bedroom would have benefited from a small chest of drawers perhaps in the closet. There were ants repeatedly in all 3 bathrooms. The living room fireplace is not set up with gas logs and instead has candles. We had a rainy day and would have appreciated a working gas fireplace. The dining room table is large and great for board games but the light above the table was too weak to see well. There were several light bulbs out in the house, including a crucial one in the ceiling above the dining room table. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs attached to a nice large family room. It was dark and chilly and our friends could find no source of heat. The barbecue wasn’t gas, which we are accustomed to. All in all, the home is clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location, a short block from the ocean. We had a lovely time but feel a few things would have added to the comfort of the home. We would most likely return.

Fabulous property - ultra clean, well-stocked and located in paradise. House was more spacious than expected. First class experience. A garage cable broke when we were there, but the management company/owner got it fixed right away. Great walks on Moonstone, Robin's restaurant was superb as were the Elephant Seals up the coast.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family—60 something parents, and two 30-something couples. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The common areas were comfortable and well-equipped. The house has a perfect view of the ocean, and the beach is at the end of the block. It was an easy walk for someone with mobility challenges. Moonstone Beach boardwalk was close by, which was also a wonderful place to walk. I would highly recommend this property.

The location of the house is great, within walking distance to Shamel Park and the Moonstone boardwalk, and even the bluffs walk. The house itself is beautiful, but the couch could use either replacement or a good reupholstery, as it was not very comfortable because of sagging and thinning cushions. The kitchen is wonderful and well-stocked with essential needs. Overall, we loved our stay.

This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The downstairs was like a home to itself and was perfect for my son's family. Upstairs master and kitchen living room was amazing. Secondary bath upstairs is very small but it worked fine. Nice walking distance to the beach! Beautiful area. Perfect for our Easter Egg hunt too.

The house is a tri-level and has bedrooms, family room with TV, frig, sink, and bathroom on each level. Perfect to share with another couple so we each could have our privacy. The kitchen is spacious and has beautiful granite counte tops. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can hear the crash of the waves. It is located about 2 minutes from downtown. Perfect for shopping and eating out. The only comment is it needs a gas BBQ grill. The charcoal grill was difficult due to the breeze. Everything else was perfect.

Overall, good but not amazing
Great location, clean on arrival. Lots of extra towels, sheets, etc... and a coat rack which is always a plus! Close to beach, park, pool. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for this family of four to spread out. Good knife supply and overall kitchen supplies.
The home needs some modest attention. Serious ant problem required that we keep all our food in the refrigerator, though the rental agency was prompt with delivering additional ant traps (and the agency was responsive overall). Little things were missing, such as laundry detergent (I've never been in a rental where there wasn't at least a little) and a kitchen sponge or washcloth. The oven had been neglected and required a repair when we were there, and a stove burner was also out. Though there is a nice electric fireplace in the bedroom, neither the jacuzzi tub or the two other fireplaces in the living rooms work, FYI. They also need to invest in a smart TV, which is basic for a home at this price point. wifi worked very well.

We had an invigorating,restful stay at the 'Bristol By the Sea" home in Cambria! The home is clean,comfortable and positioned well overlooking the ocean! Scenic Coast property management is professional to work with. Only two suggestions: check for ants in the pantry and bring your own chopping board if you plan to cook alot like we did. I will recommend to friends/family.
