Nothing beats the New England foliage season topped off with a wood stove or fire pit on cool nights in October. Rent a boat and take in the spectacular foliage from the water along with local treats such as apple picking and pumpkin pies. For those renting the property in months requiring heat, please note the main source of heat is the wood stove. Please note - the owners pontoon boat will be located on the dock during the season however there is ample room if you want to dock your own boat (22' ) as well as have access to the canoe/kayak from the dock. If you notice I do not have a lot of reviews during the summer its because almost all the prime weeks are reserved by the same guests each year.
