This cottage is located on a country road away from it all. It's only 15-20 miles from Natural Bridge State Park and The Red River Gorge. The nearest town is Beattyville. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on three floors. Enjoy the peace and quiet with all the comforts of home. Relax on the large front porch in a rocking chairs or porch swings or sit at the patio table on the back deck in the trees. Your family and friends will enjoy spending fun time together in the game room or relaxing in the hot tub.

This cottage and and the beautiful property it is on could not have been any more perfect. Our children (ages 8-12) had the best time! We came down for a short stay over Memorial Day weekend and just did not have enough time! The game room is awesome. The hot tub was perfect temp upon arrival. We could not have imagined the peace we would feel there. Absolutely Perfect!

Great relaxing place to stay with enough to do for our active teenagers. Very clean! Kids loved the pool table, arcade and hot tub. I loved the front porch swings. Beautiful, peaceful place to come back to after hiking and kayaking the Gorge. Definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay in a nicely remodeled home. It was very clean, everything worked, kids ….and old folks enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Very handy to sate and national park. Will stay again.

Very peaceful property tucked back in the country and only 20min from red river gorge and many other popular hikes in Daniel Boone. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property is secluded at a dead end road. Which we loved. The views were amazing. The property owners were kind was immediately there if we needed anything. The house was beautiful. The game room we spent a lot of time in and had a blast. The hot tub was awesome. Fully loaded with pots and pans everything you needed right there. The beds were comfortable. Our family had an amazing time thank you will definitely be back

Six adults decided to get away for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The hot tub was a BIG plus! It was very private and easy to find with the owner's instructions. Close to many adventures in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky!

I couldn't have been more impressed with this property. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. Super private, a perfect romantic getaway. 100% will stay here again. The only suggestion I have for visitors of this property is bring some cooking spray. The pans are definitely not non stick. Lol.

Cabin was great, exactly as described. Had salt and pepper already and full ice trays which is strangely noteworthy. Tub was clean and operational, check out list was good (none of the mow the grass, clean the windows nonsense). After leaving realized we had forgotten something at the cabin and the hosts mailed it to us which is very kind. Would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at your cottage. Very clean, kitchen well stocked with all the items you would need to cook meals, comfortable beds. A great hot tub and front porch rocking chairs for relaxing. Game room provided lots of fun for all. I would highly recommend to anyone that stays to bring all your food as their was not a grocery store very close in proximity. Close to some very great hiking trails. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The property was clean and very well matched what was described by the owners. The owners answered any and all questions in a timely manner and stopped to check in as needed. Although we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house due to hiking and beautiful weather it was a nice place to come back to.

We had a great time at the property. The game room was a life saver. Went to the Red River Gorge area for some hiking, sunshine and warmer weather, but 2 out of 3 days were cold, rainy and even some snow! We did as much possible outdoors, but those activities were cut short. We shot pool, played multiple games on the arcade, watched a few movies and spent time in the hot tub, which is in a covered area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any traveling in the area, especially with a family

Amazing!! We enjoyed three perfect days at the Tip Top Cottage during spring break. We came to disconnect and recharge. Spent a little time hiking to the Natural Bridge and took a little day trip to the Cumberland Gap. Perfect for our three kiddos (9 and under). The Cottage is fully stocked with items to enjoy and relax. Hit the grocery store before arriving but if you need to the IGA in Beattyville will work as well (just not a big variety). Miquel’s pizza was the perfect lunch after our hike down from the Natural Bridge. James and Libby have an amazing little gem for you to enjoy!! We can’t wait to go back!
