Pacific Breeze - Oregon Beach Vacations Welcome to Pacific Breeze, your home away from home located in Lincoln City! Get ready to be captivated by this gorgeous rental! This incredible oceanfront home has two stories, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to sixteen guests! Located on the patio, you'll find a view that would make anyone jealous! Relax in the tub during a cold winter night and watch the sun go down, or gather around the fire pit with your loved ones and enjoy some good old-fashioned s'mores! Step inside and you'll find yourself located in the game room, complete with a foosball table, a pool table, air hockey, and two queen-size sleeper sofas. You'll also find a bar with stools, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace. There is also one bedroom on the main floor, featuring a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Head upstairs, and you'll find yourself in a beautiful living room area with an amazing kitchen, THe home has dual ovens and a gas range. The kitchen has everything you could need (and more) to whip up a delicious holiday meal or just something simple for the night. There is plenty of space to relax in the living room area, complete with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You can even catch the sunset from inside through the giant bay windows, or head out onto the deck and watch it with your friends and family. There is seating for your guests in the dining room area and the kitchen bar area. There are also four additional bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, the second bedroom features a king bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed, and the final bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. A full bathroom in the hallway is available for shared use between everyone. There is also a washer and dryer located in this unit for guest use. Come down to Lincoln City for your next great vacation on the Oregon coast! This home is not pet-friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children, and infants is 16 Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Beach access is about one block away from the house down 5 flights of stairs. You can also drive to easier beach access in the Taft District across from Mo's Restaurant. A lot of things did not work properly the barbecue is very dirty and not all the burners worked. One of the chairs was broken would not recline. Over all stay was good just need to spend time with repairing things

It was fun to have so may friends stay in one place. The views were amazing, and playing cards etc at the table in kitchen was great. LOVED that is has 2 fridges! There were a few down sides, the BBQ was really dirty and tried to catch fire, and there were not enough wine glasses and no serving bowls. I also did not see the key walking up as the correct lock box is behind you when you are standing at the front door.

We wanted to bring our girls team to the beach for a team bonding experience following camp. The views were breathtaking and it made it so worth the effort of getting everyone there! Plenty of rooms to stay and the downstairs entertainment room was perfect for casual hanging out! Everyone agreed next time we will have to book the same place but stay longer!

Nice location and large house to accommodate large groups. Pictures are definitely better than what you get. House could use some upkeep but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend there. Had a snafu with check in (unable to check in until 6 pm) but property management rectified the situation and was attentive to our needs.

We had 9 people total. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were great! The view and location were fantastic. The sauna worked great as well.
I was disappointed that the air hockey table and pool table were in a poor state of repair, and most of the pool sticks were broken (and no chalk). Also, all of the guests complained about how uncomfortable all of the furniture was in the main room with the view.
Even with that said, I'd be very likely to stay here again.

Needs attention
Let me start off by saying Gorgeous view! My family and I loved the 2 levels and having the fire pit in the back. Very spacious We all enjoyed sitting out by the fire at night.
Several things that made the trip disappointing.
1. Very dirty!!! Wow!! Dishes in cupboards not clean and had to wash everything we used. Floors and countertops disgusting.
2. No garbage bags at all. Luckily I rent a lot of houses to know to bring big black garbage bags.
3. No paper towels. (I even know
Better and forgot them at home) had to run up to the store and get some.
4. Only 1 dish towel and no dish rags. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes. We used them to wash dishes.
5. The cookware OMG! Not good at all. Burnt breakfast very disappointing.
6. No washer and dryer available. It must’ve been locked. We searched the whole house and all doors locked. We couldn’t wash anything. With having only 1 dish towel for the whole weekend with a big family. Not good!!
7. The windows very dirty and don’t open well and screens missing.
8. Carpet very gross. I didn’t even want to take my flip flops off. It just made me feel really gross.
9. Hot tub and sauna, every one loved, but no towels. We had to use the towels we used for showers. Ugh!! Just very disappointing….
10. The garbage cans all 3 of them super full! We had to leave all our garbage sitting next to the can. Very gross!! Looked like we were pigs.
I’m not trying to bash the house. It was very nice home. It needs some real love! Furniture pretty run down. So my suggestion go to Costco pick up
beach towels, cookware, hand towels, paper towels, garbage bags and dish rags. Make sure the house is clean.. We found pistachios in our room… WTH!! I get it, it’s a rental why spend good money on things. But if you want returning renters or word of mouth, at least try! If the place had all these things we would for sure come again.
But like I said, If you want a house with a view this is the house. But you must bring all these items with you. I’m writing this review to share with others what we went through so very disappointing.

When our grandsons' toys rolled under things we discovered quite the mess. Water not working from the fridge. A sink in the master bath drains extremely slowly. No combo supplied for the hot tub lock. Cobb webs hanging from the lighting fixtures in the kitchen. The filters in the range hood were dripping grease. The chairs and couches are very broken.
The beds are comfortable. The house has an amazing view and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again but would like it to be cleaned.

After traveling 400 miles with 4 kids (2-2 year olds) they were very anxious to get out of the car. Customer service said we could get in at 3:30 so we were initially excited to get there and decided not to go to the grocery store. But after waiting over an hour in the driveway with crying kids we finally were allowed to go in. The family was excited to use the sauna but found out it wasn’t working and appeared to not have been working for some time. Also a number of light bulbs were burnt out so we felt with the amount of money we spent those things should have been fixed. We were also disappointed the pool table was only a small miniature size and not a standard size. We are really into pool and some of us brought our own pool sticks so that was another disappointment. If something is broken then it’d be nice for you to make some effort to get it fixed. One of the beds was in very poor shape and needs to be replaced. The carpet in the main living area is frayed and needs to be replaced. Probably most of the carpet should be thrown out and replaced. Apart from that the kitchen was beautiful and the views were amazing. I would suggest upgrading the coffee maker to a single use/ full pot style similar to a Keurig. Also the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. I don’t know if I’d come back again but in the end we had a wonderful time with our family gathering.

Pacific Breeze worked very well for a Thanksgiving holiday with 8 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 15). The double ovens were lifesavers as we juggled major meal preparation. And having 2 refrigerators was perfect. The view was great and enough seating to watch football games. The downstairs rec room was a hit with the kids and a good place to burn off some energy. We had some difficulty with the dishwasher and could have used more glasses. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels even for our large crew for 4 days. I enjoyed working with the Oregon Beach Vacations staff better than any other management company we have rented through at the beach. From booking through checking out they were responsive and thorough in their communication.

We had a party of 8 and found the accommodations more than adequate and the view out the front windows stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped and and worked well for gathering with the open space to the dining room and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our size party. A couple of the mattresses in the bunk beds should be replaced would be hard to sleep on. As far as the amenities the game room was awesome and the bar and refrigerator were very useful overall. If anything needs some improvement it would be the hot tub and sauna. The jets are worn out on the hot tub and we never could get the sauna to heat up completely. I don't think you should include them in the amenities list if they don't work properly. Overall our experience was excellent and I would recommend this place to friends and family with the above caveats.

Pacific Breeze is a great house with plenty of room and beautiful views. We found the house in general to be clean and well kept. The deck and the fire pit are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a great bar downstairs.
The gaming tables were in good shape, my only complaint being that there is no chalk for the pool cues. There were, however, some issues with some of the amenities. The lock box that held the key to the hot tub was jammed and inaccessible. When we gained access to the hot tub we found that the jets were not functional, the highest achievable temperature was 96 degrees, and dropped quickly during our 1st and only soak. We checked several times to see if it had been fixed but the issue remained. The sauna was not functional in any capacity. Two of the door nobs are in need of replacing. The home has two televisions that are equipped with a full cable subscription which was nice (FYI they don't support streaming). The remote controls were in need of new batteries. We notified OBV of our concerns on two occasions. Supposedly maintenance was dispatched each time but we never saw them and nothing was rectified. They took my phone number but I received no communication on the status of our issues, the supposed response, or their inability to resolve them. I honestly don't believe that anyone ever came. All in all we loved our stay but could've had the same experience at a cheaper house had I known the hot tub and sauna were not functional. In response OBV offered us 2 free nights during limited off-season times in select locations. This does little to compensate a group of friends that came from various locations throughout the country for a rare gathering. It's unfortunate that we couldn't count on the amenities to be functional, and that the response was so lackluster. I guess this is the chance you take when you book these properties. Hopefully this review will stimulate a more adequate response for those that follo

This home was filthy. Had to wash all the bedding before we could use the beds, found food and wrappers in beds! The bbq did not work. The stove was missing multiple knobs so could not use all of the burners. Carpet is fraying and they used duct tape to hold it together. All surfaces were filthy. Nasty used toothpicks in the table decorations. Carpets looked as though someone had had a raging party. You do not want to go shoeless in this home. Toilets and tubs looked as though they had not been cleaned. Windows had handprints on them. Basically if you want to fill dirty and like you are getting scammed rent this house. Otherwise look elsewhere as the property management company doesn’t care to deal with the problems! Wish you could give less the 1 star on some of these items.

We had a great time in this beautiful house overlooking a beautiful beach, despite a lot of things that need fixing. Two stove burner knobs were missing (how does that even happen?). Four tall chairs were broken to the point of being unsafe to use. The sauna wouldn't heat enough to function as a sauna. Only one pool cue had a tip, but no chalk. Many overhead lights were out, including the master shower. The refrigerator leaked periodically. Half the hot tub corner jets were broken. The carpet was pretty worn and honestly kind of gross in spots. There were many other smaller issues that all reflect a need for better overall property maintenance.A very nice man came and fixed some of the chairs, and we had a great time here despite the other problems. The view is phenomenal. There was an understandable fire ban for the entire area so we couldn't try out the fire pit, but it looked like lots of fun. Access to the beach is walkable, but the climb up the stairs from the beach may be exhilarating for some and too much for others. There is access by car close by, though, without the need to climb all those stairs. Access to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and even golf are all convenient. There's lots of glass art in Lincoln City, including glass blowing lessons, and Depoe Bay fishing boats are within a reasonable drive.This house would be a gem with a bit of TLC, but unfortunately it's a bit the worse for wear at this point in time. Some of the problems were easy to overlook for the sake of fun, but problems like unusable amenities (sauna) and dangerously broken chairs shouldn't be overlooked before renting.

There is access by car close by, though, without the need to climb all those stairs. Access to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and even golf are all convenient. There's lots of glass art in Lincoln City, including glass blowing lessons, and Depoe Bay fishing boats are within a reasonable drive.
This house would be a gem with a bit of TLC, but unfortunately it's a bit the worse for wear at this point in time. Some of the problems were easy to overlook for the sake of fun, but problems like unusable amenities (sauna) and dangerously broken chairs shouldn't be overlooked before renting.
A very nice man came and fixed some of the chairs, and we had a great time here despite the other problems. The view is phenomenal. There was an understandable fire ban for the entire area so we couldn't try out the fire pit, but it looked like lots of fun. Access to the beach is walkable, but the climb up the stairs from the beach may be exhilarating for some and too much for others. I liked the place, but two of the stools were broken or need repair, some glue for one and maybe welding for the other. But other than that we enjoyed the view and the beds were comfortable. I did call for help on how to get the tv to work never heard from anyone, luckily we figured it out. Did see some cobwebs and blinds need to be dusted.

The location and views were outstanding. Plenty of room for everyone. The bottom floor worked great as a separate space for my son and his girlfriend. Only things I think need to be addressed are only 1 of the pool sticks had a tip on it, the table and chairs upstairs are a perfect size, but are getting worn out and need replacing and there were no pyrex or good storage containers. Overall, a very nice setup though.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY. For the amount of money we spent on this house, we were extremely disappointed by how dirty the home was upon arrival. There was dust everywhere, the pillows were disgusting, the air vent was covered in dust, the view was blocked by filthy dirty windows that need an extreme cleaning, window jams were filthy with dirt like they have never been cleaned, spiderwebs everywhere, the hot tub needed to be cleaned, the pots and pans were disgusting and should not be used. Everything was broken. This might sound like a dramatic statement, it is true though! BROKEN ITEMS: the sauna, the chairs at the dining room table, the recliner chair, almost every kitchen utensil appliance, the rods in the showers, the fridge leaks, the blinds, the big game tables, the cabinet door was broken off, the closet doors were off the rails and were a safety hazard, the chair to sit in outside was smashed broken, all of the door handles are broken. There were vagrants rummaging through the trash cans two nights in a row. The sad part is, this is a gorgeous view and the house is spacious, it needs some serious attention!

We loved the Pacific Breeze house. It was huge, plenty of room for the 16 of us that stayed in the house. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I really want to thank OVH for the perfect Weather(Hee!Hee!). The games down stairs are a little worn but if everybody spent as much time as we did playing them it was not unexpected. There are three lock boxes by the front door so we ended having to try all of them before we able to get in. I had to call the office to get the code to get the key for the hot tub. we had s'mores on the wood fired fire while we were enjoying the view of the Pacific Ocean. The stairs dow to the beach are about two blocks down the street and there is an access to the beach in your car on 15th street. We love the Oregon beaches just wish they would get the water heater in the ocean fixed. Kids didn't seem to notice much, but grandma and grandpa don't handle it as well as they used to. what a wonderful place to stay, hope wed can do it again.

The house was amazing and spacious. There was just a few things I would hope they fix. There wasn't enough blankets and the upstairs fire place didn't work along with the dish washer. But other then that I would totally rent this house again. Thank you

We had a large group of adults and kids, and this house was very spacious! Great views, very nice big kitchen, great game room downstairs, good access to the beach. Good response from the office when we needed anything. There is an air hockey table but no paddles or pucks. I would recommend this house!

No communication
When we arrived there were no instructions for WiFi or how to unlock the hot tub. We found the WiFi password after finally locating the router. The hot tub was a different story. I emailed through VRBO twice and did not get a response.
