The views from this condo are awesome. The condo is exactly as the pictures. Paul, was always available with any questions we had. Rollie, met us at the airport and escorted to the condo. Pool was excellent to relaxed after a long day. Highly recommend mermaid beach only 10min from condo. My family and I had a wonderful time highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting St Croix.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul/Rachelle's place. Their condo was in the perfect location on the island. It came with all of the amenities detailed in the description. Paul provided ample details, directions, and ideas for excursions and good eats. We have since recommended to several friends/family. I highly recommend booking your next vacation here, as they have every detail covered and are super friendly and available if anything is needed.

The condo is lovely. Paul and Rachelle make sure all is well and are readily available to answer questions. They provided info about restaurants, transportation, and activities. If you do not rent a car, be aware that infrastructure can be difficult (no sidewalks, steep road to condo, and big potholes). Restaurants and shops do not have consistent hours or days open. We loved being on the porch but was quite noisy with traffic and workers, particularly in the morning. Condo well stocked and comfortable.

We spent my birthday and Christmas of 2023 here and the Tomlinsons were nothing short of amazing hosts. The place was clean and well taken care of, the pictures gave a perfect preview of the living space, and Paul even gave us both a call to help us plan our accommodations and gave recommendations to what spots to hit for food and culture. He even sent someone to pick us up when we arrived!!
Our final day, we had a whirlwind of flight delays and un-delays and Paul did everything he could to help us out. I will never forget my time in St Croix and WHEN I come back I'll be renting this same spot!!

Paul and Rachelle were wonderful host. Their home was close to Christiansted and had beautiful views. Their home was equipped with everything you could possible need and then some. Basically, when they say to show up with your clothes and shoes; they weren't kidding!!!
Before we left we were given so many helpful tips on restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. They took the time to get to know us and what we liked. I can't say enough good things about the rental or the host. Now the only problem is no other host will ever compare!!!

To say this place has EVERYTHNG you need is an understatement. We honestly only needed to bring our clothes.
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry supplies and sunblock are just a few items to mention.
The rental... VERY clean, comfy beds, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, great view from master bedroom/living room, and kitchen has everything.
The owners... Paul is THE BEST that we have ever rented from. He and his wife shared info before and during our stay. He touched base on arrival day to make sure we made it and everything was satisfactory.
This was our first stay in 103 and definitely not our last! No hesitation about staying here. Great owner, property, unit, pool, location...STAY HERE!!

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and town, right next to the pool - you really can't get any better! Everything about this condo was on point! Exactly as described and had all of the amenities of home. Communication with Paul and Rachel was top notch! They went above and beyond to provide us with information about activities, restaurants and general information about the island. Overall a fantastic trip! Condo owners were absolutely helpful in providing information and making sure all went without any issues. Condo is closest unit to pool and had great views of harbor, and was enjoyable walking to boardwalk daily. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool and the veranda. We walked 20 minutes to Christiansted every evening for dinner. Tons of dining options. The home was fully stocked and clean. We used the beach chairs and coolers, was very handy. We walked 5 minutes to the seaside market and got great fresh fruit. We will definitely come back and book here again. Paul was an informative host and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Paul and Rachelle for sharing your home!

This property along with the owners did not disappoint! The property is located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and bars in the beautiful town of Christiansted. We took advantage of the location and walked to town multiple times during our two week stay. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's throughout the US and so I can say without hesitation that this one was the most well stocked condo of any that we have stayed in before. Both bathrooms had all of the toiletries that you could possibly need or even imagine that you may need. It was quite impressive and much appreciated. The condo was beautifully decorated and conveniently located next to the pool. The owners were a pleasure to work with and responded to my texts expeditiously. On a few occasions, I would receive a personal call to discuss the subject of my text. Since we visited over the holidays and stayed for two weeks, we were treated to a wonderful dinner at Galleons Steaks and Seafood restaurant by the owners and property management company. This was a wonderful and very thoughtful gift which we very much appreciated and enjoyed. We are already in discussions to return to Condo 103 for a month in 2024. If you are planning a visit to the beautiful island of St. Croix, you should definitely stay in Condo 103. I promise you will not regret waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of Gallows Bay from the master bedroom or sipping a cup of coffee on the veranda. .

This was our first trip to the islands, and we had no idea where we were going and what to expect. Paul and Rachel graciously shared so much great information, in addition to their wonderful home. Tranquility in Paradise
I just can't say enough good things about the attention to detail and communication that Paul & Rachelle put into our stay at their gorgeous condo. They leave no guess work as to how to get to and into the condo and how to check out of the condo. The condo is very well furnished and is stocked with everything imaginable from coffee, sun blocks, insect repellent, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, deodorant, washing powder, beach chairs & snorkeling gear, iron, hair dryer, wireless speaker, etc. The list just goes on and on. The location is excellent as it is about a 1 minute drive to everything available in Christiansted and the boardwalk with lots of good food. The views of the harbor and Protestant Cay Island, from the condos covered patio, is superb. The owners, the condo and St. Croix did not disappoint at all. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be returning in the near future.!!! Thanks again Paul & Rachelle for helping to make this an amazing and pleasantly memorable vacation.!!!

Perfect location for a family vacation
The property is perfect. There is nothing you honestly need to bring along except your clothing. The check in process is super easy, we even had someone lead us back to the condo after we picked up our rental car. The view of the ocean is peaceful, view of the pier, tour boats, and a bit of Protestant Cay. You will have plenty of beach towels, water items, perfect parking spot next to the pool, and hosts who respond super fast to any questions. We spent time on St. Thomas and then to St. Croix for a majority of our stay. I honestly can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our trip! Even the early morning roosters weren’t bad. At least not for us. This was truly a home away from home.

Best Host Ever, Great Location, You couldn't ask for anything more.
Rachell and Paul were the best host. We have been staying in vacation homes for the last 6 years, and they were the best ever. Booking was easy, communication was impeccable, house was exactly as it was pictured, and they had someone great us at the airport, to show us how to get there, with a welcome gift of our favorite spirits. Checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. House is completely stocked with anything you might think you'd need. We loved sitting on the patio each night and enjoying the view of the water and boats coming in. Pretty centrally located and close to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk. This was a fabulous trip. Many Thanks goes out to Rachell and Paul.

This was the best equipped vacation rental ever. Paul responded quickly to the few questions I had prior to checking in. He also sent me several emails about different t restaurants and bars and beaches and areas to check out (which we tried several). Overall a great and spacious place. Perfect location & communication!
If there is a perfect condo on St. Croix, this may be it. Centrally located on the island with Fredriksted and Point Udall both 30 minutes away! Easy 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk or nearby restaurants and markets. Condo truly has everything from kitchen, drinks and toiletries! The view from the porch may not be “beach front”, but it simply can’t be beat to have this location. Waking up to the harbor every morning was far better than expected. Paul’s communication is top notch! He was available anytime for any suggestion or request!

Nice accommodations! Really enjoyed our stay!
We had SO much FUN! The property is located uphill, & close to downtown Christiansted. As expected we needed a rental car to get around the island & there was adequate parking on site. The rental car company was incredibly helpful, meeting us when we got there & having us drop the car off at the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts on the lanai, looking over the port/harbor. A bit busy down there which kept my grandsons’s interest every morning. It was such a joy to look out over the beautiful waters of the bay.
We never swam in the pool (too many beaches to go to & things to do), but we did spend time around it, a couple of evenings. It’s right out the front door! It was quiet & relaxing, with a couple visiting feral cats & an iguana.
The condo had EVEYTHING you could want, especially in the kitchen, lots of board games available, & the huge TV was a plus, even though we only watched it once.
Paul & his wife were very helpful in giving us information on things to do. We even went to the St Patrick’s Day Parade, on our way to the airport, on our last day, after learning from them it was happening. There, among other things, we got to see the Moko Jumbies dance, which was a bucket list item for me.
I do have questions for VRBO about how/why the property was advertised on the site, in regards to it ‘sleeps 4 people’ & being charged extra guest fees for 2 of our 4 people. I have contacted VRBO without a resolution as yet. I’m hopeful that gets resolved.

Heaven on Earth!
The views from the room are spectacular! The pool was clean, fairly large, and not crowded. Paul & Rachelle’s condo has tons of beach towels, bath towels, washer & dryer, beach chairs, pool tubes, beach totes, coolers, sunscreen, bug spray, everything and more we could have asked for in a VRBO. The property owners communicated with us and went out of the way to answer questions and offer suggestions. You’ll want to rent a vehicle if this is you’re first time to the island. Our flight was delayed many hours yet we were greeted at the airport and led back to the condo, which was greatly appreciated as it was dark and we were unfamiliar with the roads and driving on the left side.
If you’re a light sleeper, FYI the wild roosters in St. Croix party all night - bring ear plugs.

Great Property, Amazing Views
We recently vacationed in St. Croix, USVI over Christmas and absolutely loved the views, the location and all of the "extras" Paul and Rachelle made available.
They provided a very extensive list of beaches, restaurants and things to do as well as reviews of their favorites. The information was super helpful and was spot-on! The condo was outfitted with anything and everything you could think of!
For the beach: coolers, beach chairs, beach floaties and pool noodles, and snorkel gear.
The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even sunscreen and bug spray! So nice to have on hand and not worry about packing or picking up once we got there.

First stay in Christiansted
Our communication with Paul the owner was excellent, from the day of booking right through our departure for the airport. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we appreciated his efforts to get us welcome drinks and also to be flexible with our arrival and departure. Not having been there before I was a little optimistic about how close the condo was to downtown, but the walk was short. The unit's location next to the pool and facing the ocean/bay was excellent and we enjoyed our city and water views from the veranda every day. The only improvements I can suggest are a little decor refreshing in the back bathroom and some instructions on how to work the TV's, we struggled to find any programming on either set. Unfortunately there are roosters on the grounds and they are early risers, and a neighbor sounds sick so we listened to a lot of coughing. But these items come with challenges of travel and are just something to be aware of. As are the 2 cats that came to visit daily - we enjoyed their company but someone with allergies could have issues. We will definitely suggest this unit to anyone we know who's traveling to STX and we look forward to future stays! Thanks for everything Paul.

Perfect Location
We had an amazing stay in St.Croix. This property is perfectly located, has an amazing view and out door seating for morning coffee. The property owners are simply the best. We had welcome champagne and they gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat.
