You will feel at home in our newly renovated and beautifully decorated condominium with glazed kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heart pine ceilings, porcelain tiles, custom draperies, and not to mention crown moldings throughout.

Enjoy the convenience of the first floor with views you normally get from only the second floor and above. Step only 20 yards from your balcony to the pool or just 30 yards to the beach crosswalk. No more carrying chairs, towels, and beach toys up long flights of stairs or waiting on busy elevators. This condominium is located in the middle of Fernandina Beach convenient to many popular restaurants and just a short walk to the island's famous 'Surf Restaurant' (Outdoor restaurant with live music and tiki bar). We are only minutes from the beautiful historic downtown Fernandina where there are many specialty shops, around the corner from many championship golf courses, and just thirty minutes from Jacksonville.

This unit has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet in the master suite, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Master suite bedroom has Smart TV and including the Den TV. This unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people. We had a wonderful family trip to the beach while my active duty daughter was on leave. The condo was so comfortable and being on the first floor was super convenient for going to the pool and beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was our second time here and we will definitely be back!

This is our favorite condo to rent on the island. It’s located on the first floor right beside of the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one could ask for in a beach front rental. The owners are wonderful to communicate all vital information, too. We book this condo every year, so I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in Amy’s place! Everything we needed was available for our use! When we had trouble opening the closet to use the beach chairs and toys, Amy was quick to respond to a text and tried options to get the door open and eventually made the trip from her home to the rental property just to unlock the door! We so appreciated her thoughtfulness! We also appreciated Amy’s list of great places to eat on the island :) Having the property located on the first floor was perfect to just walk a few steps to the pool and then out to the beach—no waiting for the elevator with arms full! We would stay here again if/when we return to Amelia Island!

My husband and I had a great stay for our first time at Amelia Island. The location was perfect with ocean views and private beach access. We were able to watch the sun rise over the water from the patio. Amy was so nice to provide their favorite restaurants which were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back.

Located on first floor, which was great for us. Pool and beach just steps away. Hear the ocean and see the waves it is so close. Everything we needed, even beach chairs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped! Highly recommend this unit!

Absolutely GREAT location on first floor and just off the pool and beach access gate. Quiet stay, and very comfortable as it had everything we needed. Host was 100% accurate in listing and on the ball throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay again!

It was a VERY nice property with the best amenities! The property has 2 bedrooms with a queen size in the master and 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom. The doubles were a little tight for teenagers to share, but if your children are younger this could be a perfect property for you!!

Very nice property! This unit was perfect for our family, located on 1st floor for easy carrying items like luggage and grocery’s and 3 young children. Nice flow through out unit and well stocked. Grass area and pool was located right outside our well hidden private porch which seats about 8 people. Owners supplied plenty of outdoor games for both adults and kids. Also to mention beach access is through pool gate. We couldn’t have been any closer to all that’s offered than this unit. This was our first booking, we were very lucky to get this unit. Will definitely be booking this unit again. Thank you for making our stay a great and enjoyable experience! Terri😁
