In the ancient rural village of Colle Petroso, immersed in the green hills of the Chianti Classico,
stands this beautiful farmhouse with a recently renovated and renovated pool.
The property is located in a panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and the woods between Castellina and Radda in Chianti and offers its guests an elegant and at the same time family environment where to spend a relaxing holiday.
the house is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2010 and refreshed only a few weeks ago.
The house is located in a tiny Tuscan village (7 houses) at the top of a hill and has a private garden and swimming pool as well as a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and vineyards
The house is very well structured and comfortable for a total of 12 beds with 5 complete bathrooms.
It is divided over 2 floors
At the first you will find a large dining room, a beautiful large equipped Tuscan kitchen, a lounge, a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room and another lounge. There are several patio doors giving onto the outside terrace which you can take advantage of with plenty of chairs and table available for dining out.
The kitchen is particularly well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge and various freshly prepared dishes.
The second floor is structured on 2 wings:
In the left wing you will find 3 rooms each with an en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are double, while one is composed of 2 rooms and has 2 single beds (which can be joined together) and 2 bunk beds.
In the right wing you will find a further large double bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and a jacuzzi.
2 more people can sleep using the sofa bed in the living room, modern and comfortable.
All rooms have beautiful windows with a view of the surroundings.
Both floors of the houses will of course be for your exclusive use
The house has a private garden of approximately 2.000 square meters with a 10 x 5 pool.
The swimming pool is naturally private of the house and for your exclusive use.
Part of the garden is dedicated to the car park which can therefore be closed inside thanks to an electric gate.
Inside the house is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV, DVD. Using it personally during the year you will find all those little things you typically need when you arrive and often do not bring from home: coffee, sugar, oil, detergent etc.
Near the house there are 2 countries:
Radda in Chianti, 6 km, which is a typical Tuscan village very picturesque and with an oven that makes bread and homemade desserts as well as a famous butcher. There is also a small supermarket.
Castellina in Chianti, 7 km away, with several restaurants and shops
Its location allows you to quickly reach the most important cities of art (Cities like Siena and Florence Siena are about 30 minutes from the house) and the most enchanting villages of Tuscany, as well as numerous outlets of the most prestigious Italian brands.

We loved our stay in this lovely little hamlet on top of a picturesque hillside surrounded by small vineyards and olive groves. Very peaceful, vey spacious, with beautifully manicured grounds with a large pool. There were 6 of us and we all loved it. The owner Maurizio Pescarini was very responsive as were the couple who manage the property. Definitely recommend it as a base to explore all of Tuscany!

Property was located centrally for easy day trips to Sienna, Pisa and Florence. House was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 2 couples and 2 singles. Maurizio was very quick to respond to concerns or needs. All of his recommendations were spot on. Would recommend to others.

Vi var två familjer som bodde en vecka i det fantastiska huset. Huset var bättre i verkligheten! Rent och fräscht! Härlig pool! Porslin som passade till storfamilj. Minus på att det var mörkt vid uteplatsen. Ett tips är att ha ljusslingor över matplatsen för trevnad, kanske en pergola. Ett annat tips som kommer generera mera lyx är vita sängkläder. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus!

Beautiful view, garden and house!

We spent three weeks in Maurizios beautiful house and we loved our stay! The house is so nice with a lot of space booth indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is great for a larger family/group, we loved cooking there. The house is beautifully situated on top of a 'colle' with a wonderful view over the landscape. The nearby village Radda in Chianti is a really nice tuscan village with most of what you need. There are lots of nice routes for bicycling, highly recommended! The house is in a very central spot in Tuscany and that makes it easy to visit many interesting places; historic, wine, food, cheese and cashmere-goats! Maurizio is a nice host and he was opened to/for the special situation with Covid when we didn't know if we would be able to go. He 'walked an extra mile' with our booking. Maurizio is easy to get in contact with and he is very friendly! We will certainly come back! Annica Sjödin

Très belle demeure, très beau panorama, très calme!

Très belle demeure, très beau panorama, très calme!

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 ados et nous avons passés un très agréable séjour. La situation géographique, à quelques Km de Radda est idéale, le petit hameau est calme mais pas trop isolé. La villa est idéalement située sur le haut d'une colline, avec une vue dégagée à presque 180°, sur un paysage de vignes, de champs d'olivier et de forêt. L’aménagement extérieure est très jolie avec une terrasse en plein milieu idéale pour l’apéritif du soir, couché de soleil en direct garanti! La piscine est très bien, plein soleil toute la journée. La maison est très grande, bien équipée, chambres et SdB spacieuses. Cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande.
