Good value and location but spoiled by admin error

Good location and breakfast

Unfortunately there had been a double booking so we did not get a proper room. They arranged to move us to another hostel after the first night for the same price, and drove us there. We felt this was very fair, but cannot rate the property any higher.

Good location in La Paz with all you need nearby

Good location, pretty quiet, close to teleférico, supermarket, pool & sauna. Nice views over La Paz. Kitchen & hot water available.

The bathroom was ok. But shared with a few people. Negotiating.

Agradable con aspectos mejorables.

Las instalaciones eran agradables, con un estilo diferente. Un desayuno variado y contundente, con diferentes opciones.

El trato del personal fue muy neutro, en ciertos momentos se notaba algún tipo de indiferencia con respecto a mi estadía.

El lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en la Paz !!

Yo tuve un inconveniente con la reserva y Royer solucionó super rápido y nos brindó la mejor solución!!! Un increíble, lugar con una ubicación excelente, Royer Y Adriana hacen que el hotel se sienta como en casa !!! Es un ambiente súper cómodo y céntrico en la ciudad!

Good location, bad shower

We were abke to check in early and we were able to change to a bigger room. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful, finding our childs toys and getting them back to us. I liked the chocolate puddings available for breakfast!

The rooms are missing curtains, so a lot of light comes in, we borrowed a blanket to try and keep it darker (we have a toddler so its important its a dark room to sleep in). The shower on the first floor....was cold...I mentioned that there was a problem and it was investigated straight away...but i was told to turn the tap only a small amount. It didnt make a difference, the shower went hot, but soon went cold again. A shame as it really let the hotel down.

OK if you need something cheap, but overall not great

• The price was easily the best we managed to find in La Paz • They offered us very early check in, at around 6 AM • The family room was comfortable • The common spaces were cleaned everyday • Good pressure and hot water in the shower

• We arranged airport pick-up with a staff member , however no-one showed up at the airport • The toilet on the first floor was missing the toilet seat and there was often no toilet paper • We used the in-house laundry service and they initially failed to return a pair of socks and a laundry bag. They eventually found them, however it took just over a day • The breakfast buffet is dissapointing, with few slices of ham (no vegetarian alternative such as cheese), bread, small cups of yoghurt, cereal and too few portions of butter and jam. The breakfast does not get restocked so unless you go down early, there is very little left. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate was also offered however the hot chocolate had expired months ago • There is a shared kitchen available, however when we put a few things in the fridge, we found them on the counter the next morning. When we asked about it, we were told that they interfered in some way with next day's breakfast. Eventually, they made some space at the bottom of the fridge for our things, although the space was very limited • The breakfast for the next day was left uncovered in the shared fridge • The kitchen overall felt less like a shared kitchen and more like a staff kitchen that they are doing us the favour of letting us use.

We were grateful to be welcomed and checkin in at 4am, plus the location was great. cheap location.

Breakfast was a joke - we arrived 1h before it ended and had nothing else to eat except 1 cup of coffee and 1 piece of bread. The state of the room and noise aren’t great either…

Cheap but not a place to relax

They did give me room number 101 which has a wall giving on the shop outside and we can literally here every conversation. I tried to have a nap during day time which was impossible as it's a family business and the kids were playing in the reception area.

Uncomfortable but cheap

Good location with nice restaurants around. There is a mini market front door, solid but pricy laundry service.

We stayed 3 nichts and had the most uncomfortable bed in whole latin america! The shared toiled (ground floor) could not be locked and toilet paper was out multiple times. We could hear every movement through the wall of our room.

Nice stay in La Paz

Nice spacious rooms. Good value including the buffet breakfast. Staff are helpful with information about transport options. Laundry service.

I think it would be better if there was always toilet in the bathroom rather than giving one out per room. We had a front room and it was really really bright in the morning.

Good hotel but with some comfort related issues

Breakfast is fine, the staff allowed my friend to visit my apartment. Internet is just fine.

They could not fix the toilet seat, it was just apart of the toilet and you I had to put it on the place always. The hot water on the second has very weak current. Sometimes the toilet paper were finished and they did not put the new one. My room was on the first floor, just behind it there is a shop and I could hear all the words, how much bolivianos each item costed etc. Quite uncomfortable.

Nice attention and a great location

The attention since we arrived and we could do the check in just arriving we didn't have to wait until 11 as in some other places, of course maybe it change if the place is full or not, we had the check in at 9 am.

I love the area of the hotel. It's quiet and there is a teleférico station close by. We loved the breakfast (good bread, milk, good coffee, jam, butter, fruits and yoghurt) The bed and blankets were great

The bathrooms were never really clean! The room was also not very clean. Do not try their laundry service. It takes long before you get your clothes back and we got them back still half wet.
