It said it was a conference center, and I expected a certain level of cleanliness and modern facilie

Friendly staff but overpriced for an old unkept hotel.

Location and views from hotel were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Hotel keys wouldn’t work to get in the building, could not locate the hairdryer, TV did not work in the room, refrigerator froze our drinks, bathroom ceiling was so low that you hit your arms on the ceiling when undressing, bathroom lighting dark and fixtures were old and dingy. Pool was warm but the flooring in the pool room was rock and rock pieces stuck to your feet walking into the pool. Pool ladder in the deep end partially unattached to the wall and was difficult to get out-safety issue. Overpriced for an old hotel that is falling apart.

Great location with very basic rooms.

Great location and very friendly staff. The lobby was cute and looks recently remodeled.

Tv remote only powered on tv and adjusted volume. Could not change the channels. Do exiting outside took some effort to latch and secure. Walls are very thin, the family next door were very loud and woke us up at 6:30am and we could hear a dog barking for several minutes at a time across the hall. I didn’t mention anything at check out because I consider these minor things. The staff isn’t responsible for the inconsiderate guests.

I was charged $50 for having pet. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere. I could have found a cheaper room if I would have known this

We enjoyed our stay and the view from our room. Hopefully next time we’ll get one with its own patio.

We had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The upper deck patio was so nice to enjoy the view and weather.

We have nothing bad to say about the property

Everything was poor. The rooms were filthy, no hot water, no cleaning service and furniture and the hotel was very old. Breakfast was a joke..beds were uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned inspite of informing them to clean it after the first day. No proper response from front desk. It doesn’t worth 300$ stay per night

The room had stains on the floor in high traffic area, and the chairs had stains on them. There was cobwebs with bugs at the door entrance. The rooms are difficult to locate in the dark.

Convenient location

Staff, no where to be found for 15 mins. No one answered the phone either. The person in front of me was waiting even longer. Another guest said that her companion was stuck in the bathroom, and he went off to help her. It took another 20 mins for someone else to come to the desk. Would have asked for a refund if it was earlier. I am 6 ft tall and the shower head hit me in the chest.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ample.

The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The kids had a hard time sleeping, but due to the heat, we had to keep it running all night. It did cool well but was loud.

don’t ask for small things from the hotel,they won’t accommodate!

Upon check in the man literally argued with me when I asked for two extra towels. Not only did he refused to provide me any extra towels. He flat out lied and said the room had 4 big towels. When in fact the room only had three big towels and of course, I didn’t have enough clean towels during my stay. Terrible customer service for such a nice establishment.

The area was area was nice and location great! Cleanliness and upkeep need a lot of work.

I liked the staff, they were all very friendly

First night in the room, we noticed there was a lot of crumbs and leftover dirtiness from previous guests. We also noticed the ceiling tiles needed repairs, or even just new ones. The hallways were very dirty and the walls in the hallways has holes and damaged areas. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building.

An ok place.

The affordability and last minute availability and the little gameroom set up, since we were repulsed by the pool and hot tub.

Super outdated, funky smells in rooms, lobby and hallways. We planned on utilizing the pool and hot tub but they were disgusting. There was rotted wood and dirty all around. We went for our anniversary and it was an ok experience but not a place we will book with again unfortunately.
