Will be back every visit to Estes!

Perfect location close to RMNP walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants in Estes Park. Swimming pool and hot tub available, you can borrow movies to watch and get popcorn, staff were amazing and friendly, and it’s pet friendly too!

Wish there were a little more breakfast options, but they had good options for quick grab and go and plenty of local places to get great meals from!!

Would love to stay here again!

We loved the space in the room. We are a family of 5 and my youngest was happy to be able to sleep on the futon. Having a kitchen table allowed us to play games and eat meals in the room. We also utilized the pool, hot tub, gas grills, and fire pit during our stay. The grill/fire pit area was beautiful, right on the Fall River. We were able to walk into downtown Estes Park for shopping/meals, and Rocky Mountain National Park was minutes away (about equidistant to the Fall River and Beaver Meadow entrances).

My kids loved the free popcorn but on our last day, it wasn't working. A very minor thing to mention because the rest of the visit was great!

Wondering family friendly vacation

We enjoyed the location, the breakfast and the pool. The town was a very short distance and very easy to walk to. Our room had everything we needed and we just loved hearing the River!! The pool was perfect, we enjoyed it daily! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even had movies that we could borrow and my girls loved picking out their own movie to watch. It was a wonderful vacation and it definitely exceeded expectations.

Good value for a quick overnight

The room was basic but comfy. I needed to up up early but the breakfast was available at 7am which was very convenient. Upon arriving the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The floor squeaked. The mirror in the bathroom did not line up with the sink, so when my husband shaved he had to move over to see in the mirror.

Super friendly, gorgeous location by the water, and very comfortable!

They accommodated our pet parrot, offered complimentary popcorn, and gave us bottles of water for our road-trip when we checked out. So awesome!!

I was sore all day

Location was great. Really nice view. Great balcony and barbecue

Due to a medical condition I need a recliner. They called me to see if everything was ok . In there advertising it showed a recliner in this room so I paid an extra $70.00 for the room. They called and said they don’t think there was a recliner but would see what they could do. And call me back there was no return call. They did nothing, when I checked in they new nothing about my condition. Live and learn I would not stay there again…

I loved the nature surrounding the premises. Really friendly staff and my kids loved the pool (temperature controlled). Everything is so closes just minutes away (walking). We really loved it.

The breakfast is very basic, it was something like coffee and bread, but it seems that it does not have a kitchen and the licenses

What I would like to give as an observation is that the curtains in the bedroom are too short and the light enters directly into the face as soon as it dawns, disturbing the rest, and also the bed sheets are very cold for a place like you are in a Estes park..

The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and the Main Street.
