VIEW, VIEW, VIEW! Awesome end unit condo recently updated with new Stearns & Foster bed, paint, carpet and Queen Sleeper Sofa 3/1/2023! Gorgeous and calming!!!

Enjoy the beautiful ocean view any time of day from the private deck while sitting at the bistro table. You are just steps away from the private beach access & pool!

We are located mid island and are within walking distance of many loved amenities of ocean isle beach including putt putt, oib fishing pier, Museum of Coastal Carolina and many restaurants.

The condo is on the 2nd floor, comfortably sleeps 4. It is perfect for a small family, 2 couples or a girls getaway!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private whirlpool tub and new flat-screen TV. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and in the hallway there is a fun bunk bed nook that is perfect for the kids!

The living space is open and airy, with a dining table that seats five along with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, a wet bar, new flat-screen smart TV, Bluetooth Speakers, internet & WiFi access. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking in a breeze. The bedroom has a new Sterns & Foster bed along with a flat screen smart TV & DVD player. There is also a washer/dryer to keep all those bathing suits clean!

If your stay is during the months of May through October OIB offers nesting and hatching of sea turtles along our beach. The ocean isle beach sea turtle protection organization holds weekly learning lectures at the ocean isle beach community center on Tuesday nights during the summer. The view from the balcony is amazing, great place to drink your coffee, people watch, and eat your meals. The condo is tastefully decorated and although we did not cook in the condo during our stay, it did appear to have what would be needed to cook. I am unsure if this is normal for the condo, but there was a pretty strong mildew smell that only alleviated a little during our stay. Another issue we encountered during our stay, which was over Memorial Day, was the parking situation. You park in a small, unassigned, parking lot and risk the chance of not having a spot if you leave and come back. Beachgoers and shopping/diners would park in the lot to avoid paying the $5 and $10 parking fees in the parking lots next door and across the street. There is a mention of a grilling area in the listing, which we were going to do on Memorial Day; however, we were unable to locate this area. Someone else did mention the steps, and I agree there are a lot to get to the condo, approximately 36 in total, which is something to keep in mind if someone may have issues with climbing steps. The pool at the condo was very nice and they have plenty of lounge chairs and seating. If you fish, the pier next door is $10 per fishing pole to fish, no license needed, and $2 for a spectator or to walk on the pier. We did not see any surf fisherman during our stay.

weeklong vacation at OIB. Great location with easy access to the beach and literally across the street from seeral shops, cafes and entertainment. less than 2 miles from more major services (Rx, grocery restaurants) Only slight issue is the $2 per person charge to walk the pier (used to be free). Well definitely will be back!

We had a great stay here. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I think I slept better than I do at home. The view from the back porch was amazing, right next to the pier. That made for some great photos. You almost don’t need to go down to the beach to experience the ocean.

The unit was small, but fine for 2--it was extremely clean. The walk up the 2 flights of stairs in the wind was challenging, but that was not the fault of the unit!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view and easy access location. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. Nicely decorated. Convenient parking. We would recommend for couples and will look to book again if we return to Ocean Isle.

This is something my husband started doing a couple years ago because we like ocean cove condos and we really like ocean isle. This trip was amazing. The lady who cleaned the condo before we arrived did an excellent job, it was clean and it was nice to walk in and smell the cleaning had been done. Don’t know her name but would like to make sure she knows how much they meant to us . We absolutely loved the condo and our time there. Thank you for sharing you beautiful beach home with us. Being honest! Ocean View NC beautiful! Unit was small. For 4-6 guests, been uncomfortable. Not newly updated as stated. Deck railing post unattached @ right side. Carpet needs replaced. Major appliances (coffee maker, silver ware, toaster etc.) all had to cleaned before use. Beautiful views, seemingly quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Isle condo. Everything was as expected, nice furnishings and decor. In late September, things were quiet and peaceful there. For me personally, the stairs were an issue due to health concerns. Otherwise perfect.

Enjoyed our stay. Smelled clean upon opening door. It was clean and could tell had been updated. New carpet, painted, tiled, show upgraded. Lightning was mediocre. Dark in shower and kitchen. Bulbs out in hood above stove. For 2 people appropriate cookware and utensils. I found I couldn’t reach dishes in cupboard. Need a small step ladder for those of us who are short. Did have tiny ants on kitchen counter. Kept all food on table. Loved sitting and eating out on balcony. These issues aren’t deal breakers just need addressed. Several good restaurants close by. Enjoyed all my meals out. Even the gelato place we found about 15 minutes away. Should warn potential renters there are 4 flights of 8 steps each which was a lot of work to carry everything up for us retired community.

Ocean Cove 222 is the cutest little condo and perfect for a couples getaway or a family! Kim was extremely communicative and helpful (she sent me updates about a tropical storm was moving through the region.) My husband and I had a great time and are contemplating making Ocean Isle one of our go to family vacation spots.

From sunrise to sunset, this condo makes for the perfect beach get away. Kim made all aspects of our stay from booking to check out so easy, there was no need to contact her during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

This condo was great for our family vacation! The size was great for our family of 3 and our 3 year old loved the bunk bed! Being able to walk onto the beach was great and listening to the sound of the waves in the evening was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was ready and very clean at check in. We enjoyed having coffee out on the private covered porch each morning watching and listening to the ocean. Perfect location to the pier, shops across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Would absolutely consider staying here again.

The property was exactly as described and was in the perfect spot! The view was awesome and everything you needed to as right close by. Kim was super responsive to any and all questions and was very helpful. Our neighbors were also super friendly. It’s a small complex of really nice people. Pool was nice and clean as well! The check in process was easy, the home was exactly as described the beds were so comfy but the surrounding was so much better than expected. We were able to walk everywhere to access food, mini golf, ice cream and the pier. To sit on the deck during the days and evenings was magical. We loved every bit of our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Great location, right on the beach near a pier. Kimberley, host, was very pleasant and answered e-mails within about 5 mins. She was very good to work with. Beds comfortable. Nice, sturdy furniture on balcony. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Nice place!
