Excellent!

We felt very welcome here. The hosts are very kind and the room was extremely clean. We loved the balcony which offered beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location for Adam‘s Peak

Location perfect for hike to Adam‘s peak. Owner family really welcoming.

Warm water in the shower after the hike would have been great. But in total nothing to complain about.

Nice place to stay for Adam's Peak hike

If you want to hike Adam's Peak this is your accommodation to stay! Our room was very clean and fresh. The host family is very kind and caring. You can wash your clothes there, get breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea.

Relaxing and fun

Quiet and relaxing and really beautiful views of the hills/mountains, food was great they helped me with all my transport need and washing my clothes, also good advice for hiking Adams peaks, after a long morning hike it’s a great place to relax

WiFi wasn’t to great at times, I think this is normal for the area though, as all cafe’s were slow WiFi

Good hotel to rest before the hike to adams peak

It was close by adams peak and some restaurants.

The matrass was a bit hard & the mousqito net was too small for the bed.

Безумно приветливые и гостеприимные хозяева! Встретили нас мини перекусом с дороги, это было очень мило! Мы выбрали это место, так как планировали восхождение на Пик Адама. В доме было тихо, мы выспались перед восхождением. Хозяева предложили нам и дождевики, и крутые мощные фонарики! До самого Пик Адама - рукой подать, очень рядом) Номер очень чистый, милый и уютный! Завтрак был бесподобно вкусным! Рекомендую ли я данное место? Однозначно да!!! Спасибо Вам! :)

Humble family stay, nice view & location

Amazing value for money. Great location for Sri Pada, nice and quiet balcony and front porch to chill with many plants. Very nice view from the room.

The shower / hot water is a bit rudimentary, the water flow is lacking. It’s serviceable but not enjoyable. The internet is fine for texting and basics, but you won’t be able to do much research or send or receive pictures here. Breakfast is plain, but nothing wrong with it. Again, value for money is the key here & you know your money goes to a nice family and their kids, not some big hotel owner.

πολύ ωραίο πρωινό (με βάση την φτώχεια στην περιοχή και τις δυσκολίες που περνάει ο κόσμος εκεί) , η τοποθεσία ήταν οκ , έχει μια ανηφόρα για να βγεις στον κεντρικό δρόμο αλλά αν είναι να ανέβεις το Adam's Peak δεν είναι τίποτα. Κοντά σε φαγητό και στο σημείο συνάντησης για την ανάβαση. Μας έδωσαν πληροφορίες και φακό που δεν είχαμε

Tolle, sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit absolut nichts was zu bemängeln wäre.

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft, dem Essen, sowie natürlich auch den Eigentümern! Es wurde extra für uns am Abend ohne Knoblauch und Zwiebeln gekocht. Das Frühstück nach der Adam“s Peak Besteigung war auch mega. Die Zimmer sind groß , das Bad eins der besten auf der Reise. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, sonst wären wir länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft können wir sehr empfehlen!

Ganz lieber Gastgeber, der rund um die Uhr bemüht war. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung zum Adams Peak. Unterkunft war sehr leise und sauber. Gerne wieder! Preis unschlagbar!

Great place to Adam’s Peak hike !

Homestay, actually in their home :) the rooms are very nice, clean, we had balcony with the view. Perfect location for Adam’s Peak because you can start walking directly from the property. The food was AMAZING, they packed us sandwiches for the hike and prepared a great breakfast after. The owner picked us up from station for very good price and later even gave us a ride to Nuwara Eliya for good price as well, and he stopped at view points and waterfalls :)

Actually nothing, we regret we didn’t stay a day after the hike to enjoy the area, because the views are stunning (better than in Nuwara Eliya).

Clean comfortable and perfect for climbing Adam’s Peak

The owner was really friendly kind and helpful. Lent us torches as we forgot ours and taught us a bit of Sinhala! The family were really lovely too. Perfect for a climb of Adam’s peak. The bathroom was the cleanest in all of Sri Lanka! The bed was comfortable and big too.

The host served a wonderful and very filling breakfast! The rooms are clean and in a good condition. We got some tea and cookies once we arrive. It's located near the starting point for Adam's Peak. We also got some flashlights for the hike. Really helpful!

Very hospitable and does the job

The guy who runs the place is really kind and hospitable. The food he cooked for dinner was simple but delicious. You can hear the sound of the forest all around you during the evening. The bed was comfortable too.

It's a basic room but that's to be expected for the price and for the reason you're there (to climb Adams Peak).

Most perfect Homestay to climb Adams Peak!

perfect location to start the climb to Adams Peak! The owner family was very kind and helpful! The food was amazing as well!!! highly recommend this place! The shower was cold but we knew that beforehand and it felt good after the hike! Thank you!

Exceptional

This accommodation was our nicest one in Sri Lanka, I could only recommend it. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfy, there is a warm blanket too, hot shower and the food was delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly. Good starting point to climb Adam's Peak.
