Fine budget stay

The location was good. Restaurant/Bar staff were very pleasant.

Going up stairs on the outside. Very noisy all night, sounding like a water tank continually filling, with a loud noise like a presure build up every so often. There was also a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor, which cut my foot!!

Needs a non-slip mat in the bath - once it was wet it was impossible to shower because it was too slippy.

Perfect pre-ferry night stop!

Travelling by motorbike looking for a reasonably priced night stop near Santander Ferry terminal. Staff were extremely helpful (I don't speak Spanish), parking was around the building and we put 4 motorbikes right by the entrance as it was manned all night. Rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable, lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed AND very reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious, basically PERFECT for a night stop with only 45 minutes ride to the ferry next day.

Good for a one night stop off to or from Santander

The location was very good for a stop on the way to Santander, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast food. Good value for money.

Limited choice of bar food in the evening, (we didnt try the restaurant). The main door closure into the bar/reception and diner was broken, so every time anyone entered or left it banged shut, very loud, it shook our room which was above it. Being open 24 hours it was a problem during the night. Easy to fix I would think.

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I'd eat there again. Reinosa isn't the most special place (other than the reservoir and the social history of the "Reinosa incident ") but this is a very handy stop off for Santander. Take either the N611 for a great ride! Good for motorcycle or cycling.

comfortable, clean just what was needed have a long day

Location - was good as I am a truck driver and need the rest to start the next day fresh rooms - clean and comfortable bathrooms very good

cost was a little bit more expensive than i would have liked but the extra 10€ to spend was worth it.

Ideal place to stay for when you are passing by

very friendly staff who helped me check in. room was fine, nice bed and private bathroom with a shower/bath and great for one nights stay. good food in the cafe. didn’t try the restaurant but I’m sure that would have been just as good.

Open 24 hours Good .location for the motorway to Santander, only 40 miles from the ferry ⛴..secure parking for the bike.

Rear entrance at the back of the services to the rooms and up a steel staircase fire escape.room very small..

Perfect for a journey break on the way south/north.

Really convenient stopping off point on the journey south. Easy to find, right next to the motorway, with well stocked shop and good restaurant. Staff were very helpful and patient. Food good value.
