Avoid the crowds at River Run!

This is a Ski-In, Ski-Out Studio. We are at the base of Mountain House. The Kids Ski & Ride School is across from our building. For riders, the Peru Express Lift takes you to the top of Area 51.

Our condo sleeps 4. It has a queen size bed and a double size sleeper couch. The balcony over looks the plaza.

Enjoy two hot tubs right outside the door to our building.
and the coin operated laundry is right next to our condo.

You will have access to the free bus service in and around Keystone, and also the free bus service offered by Summit Stage to surrounding cities of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. There is underground parking for 1 vehicle.

Summer and Fall: Golf at 3 championship golf courses.
Bike in the Rocky Mountains, on trails or bike paths.
Hike the many trails, easy to very difficult.

Small studio at the foot of the mtn. Great for a ski stay. A little off the beaten path for a summer visit but was comfortable and clean. A little wear and tear in the bathroom is showing. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days, it is a little small but good for 2 adults. Very clean and we found the bed super comfortable! Cannot beat the location and ease of skiing with lockers and room! Very pleased and we would recommend it, especially for couples.

The host offered the absolute clearest directions and information making arrival and check-in the easiest ever. We stopped on the way in at Target to get meal prep items and were pleased to find an olive and avocado oils in the cabinet from previous visitors (since I forgot to add that to my list). There were nice touches (water, mints, games) and we enjoyed our time very much. Would love to return!

If only I would have known you to get there, I parked in the parking lot next to the slopes when I could have walked. I got a ticket. Just walk around a little the night before.

This was a conveniently located condo for the price. It was close enough to the Peru Express lift that I could drop by for lunch and get back to skiing easily and quickly. The place was clean, fresh with a comfortable bed.

This was a wonderful clean 1 bedroom condo unit with a pull out bed from the couch that fit my two children well. I definitely recommend this rental.

Great location. Right next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the Goat Soup and Whiskey Tavern. This location is going to be my “go to” when skiing Keystone.

We just wanted a spur-of-the-moment getaway and Susan was quick to respond and accept our request. It was a bit further away from the stuff we wanted to do but that's our fault.

This studio style condo unit was perfect for my ski vacation. Super clean and well maintained. I like to prepare most meals myself, and while the kitchen area is small it had everything I needed to get by. Nice ski locker area in the parking garage and a short walk to the Peru lift. Would definitely stay there again

Very clean, super convenient location. Easy parking, ski lockers. Perfection! :) The condo is well stocked, can make some simple meals easily. Just a short walk to Peru lift, right by ski school. Definitely will be back!

Feel like we hit the lotto with this find. When we ski, location of the property is my highest priority and this place was so convenient, we never had to move the car. Very clean upon arrival and stocked with snacks. Susan was very accommodating, but we never contacted her because we had no issues. This place is saved as a favorite and will certainly be a return visit.

Just returned from a short snowboarding trip with my son and I must say this place was perfect in every way for us! I noticed the cleanliness as soon as I walked through the door. Very conveniently located and just a minutes walk to the Peru Express lift! Even ended up using the hot tubs in the last night to help ease our sore muscles lol. Created some great memories with my son and will definitely book again. Thank you!!!!

I enjoyed six nights in this property--I have stayed here at least three times over the past 15 years or so. There is no better value at Keystone. I store my skis and boots securely in my car in the heated garage. I walk less than 100 yards to the lift each morning. I can easily go back to the condo for a break or for lunch. This is not a luxury experience--the condo is fine, but nothing spectacular--but it will always be my go-to because of the convenience and the excellent communication with the homeowner.

The condo is small and works great for 2 people or a family with small kids. Susan was great to work with and provided detailed instructions on parking and getting access to the condo. The Puru lift is less than a 3 minute walk. Overall a great experience. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Rented this condo for my father to be close to the action while the rest of us were at a larger condo down the road. He got ill and couldn’t make it. We ended up using it as the perfect place to stop in and out for a little breather/ lunch. Communication was great. Great location. Would have been perfect for our father if he was along. Only thing we had issues with was the ski locker. Don’t know if a child in my group kept messing with the dials or it was faulty. But property management was more than helpful in coming to help immediately.
