Nice stay value for money.

It will be great if they extend restaurants timings till 11.30pm.

Overall next trip I will avoid such hotel

Location very good

Rooms not maintained. Bed covers/pillow covers and towels not proper cleaned. Staff not very energetic and non cooperative.

I would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

Only location was good

Cleanliness was not there. Washroom was very dirty and even had moulds on the walls and roof. Staff tried to deny this but when shown admitted.

Nice, comfortable and modern room apparently recently refurbished. It was a really great standard considering how cheap it was. Very nice dinner and breakfast. I appreciated an omelette being made without any spice for my western palate.

The lights kept going off leaving me in total darkness in the bathroom. Very old and small towels. Laborious check-in and check-out procedure involving a sit down wait of over 30 mins.

Basic Luxury Hotel

The rooms were big and comfortable.

Rooms are very neat and clean and the staff are very cooperative and good customer support 😄

Tea and coffee need more to be improved. (Especially famous for Coorg coffee). Otherwise all is fine 👍

Disappointing

nothing really besides it was cheap

the service was bad. I asked them to do my laundry for 3 days and they kept on saying yes yes but they never came to pick it up. continental food menu was not available.

Superb

We booked the suite which was very nice. It was all clean and best thing about this hotel is that it is located at the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for travellers to catch up on special visiting locations quite easy to access. Manjunath was extremely helpful. I would thank him for making our stay pleasant by personalised service & following certain special requests. whereas other staffs were very kind and helpful too! The morning breakfast was good too. I would definitely recommend and would again stay at this hotel if given a chance.

The reception needs to be more active as several follow up requests were delayed and had to remind them repeatedly to get it done.

Excellent stay option with perfect location, highly recommended for comfortable and spacious stay

Rooms are very spacious, breakfast was good and the location is excellent.

Felt price was slightly more due to being an important weekend.

An immaculate and professionally run hotel. The room was smart. Everything worked, clean and comfortable. The location was good for the old city and market.

Room service needs improvement

Some Reception staff was nice and location of the hotel is good as there are stores nearby and minutes away from tourist areas

Asked the reception to send someone for laundry Service 3 times on the phone and n one showed up. On the fourth time went directly to the reception and told them and they finally sent them. Room service needs to be improved on. Also breakfast was no good, basic indian breakfast and the beverages was always water, tea, and coffee (no juices available).

big rooms, great connectivity, poor food, below avg staff.

location of this property is good in terms of connectivity. extra large beds and rooms washrooms are big in size and decent parking if fine. toiletries provided are not good towels etc are not provided until we ask bed sheet are not much clean. staff is dumb food is pathetic Second washroom in suite room was not functional . Short Power trips keeps on happening frequently, that impacts the lift connectivity and lot of beep noises.

Preethi did not provide us room as per our booking ,they said they dont have received any booking from booking.com. What I have to do..... .At night 10PM I have to wander from hotel to hotel in search accommodation . Very bad experience.

Location and food

Staff specially there was a female at the receiption who lies a lot . make false promises and never came to came to see the room even after repeated complains..she didnt came and send none to clean the room. Beware of the cat eye girl... She is a liar. Dont pay before seeinh the rooms.
