Though there was a fast checking but Not happy

Fast check in , responded immediately for any queries

There's no lift or elevators , water bottles was not given until asked , judging behaviour of the staff , the bathrooms are placed at a higher level than usual from the room which was uncomfortable , the remote of AC was not given until I asked for , the bed spread was torn , there were cockroaches in the room.

Would never choose this one again

Location advantage nothing else

It was less than expected and displayed in pictures. Complimentary meal was not provided and when asked staff behaved rudely. Not even water bottles or towels were provided. TV had defect. What for they asked 7800 for 3 days only god knows. Wouldn’t recommended.

Very disappointed with the stay at the property very misleading

The entire experience was not good . The room was dirty , the sheets were smelly of coconut oil . When we requested for towels the hotel said they were over and gave us bed sheets and asked us to wipe it with bed sheets instead .

Hotel location is very close to the station

Room was not properly maintained. Small rooms and untidy. Bed sheets were dirty and hotel was maintained. Its a clear no for anyone whose looking for a good stay.

Fortunately we only stayed there one night, but it was enough. Not recomennded.

Location

Pictures not showing the property correctly. Very far fron the reality... Dirty bed including sheets, pillow cover etc. We checked all rooms at check-in but all room was the same bad cleanliness. Staff was noise outside, chatting loudly, then we asked them to keep quiet. Only 1 staff member was able to speak English. They mentioned continental breakfast, but it was Indian breatfast. No hot water, no toilet paper, washroom also was very dirty. Breakfast served in room, had to eat in the bed. Bad value for money... For this amount we expected more!

Pathetic. Disgusting and would not recommend to stay here.

The room was stinking. AC was not working properly. We ordered the dinner and it was so bad and cold that we have to throw the entire food. Staff was rude and uncourteous. i would not recommend anyone to stay here even if it is for free.

I stay in these hotel on 1 night . It's situated near the bus stop. My stay is amazing. Neet and clean washrooms and hotel. Staff are friendly nature. Breakfast also good for my family. Proper hygiene maintenance. Thanku

Low quality spring mattress, dirty blanket, smelly towels & , not good for a person with back pain , dirty Bathroom with no hot water, staff attitude , small room.
