About this house rental
Circle R Cottage is located in the downtown area of Kanab. It is a cute little 3 bedroom 2 bath home that can accommodate groups of 6-8 people. With a fully equipped kitchen guests are able to stay in for meals. There is an electric oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. There is also a bbq and outdoor eating area. There is a very large fenced in back yard with a fire pit. The Circle R Cottage is perfect for families or groups. It is located only two blocks from the downtown area which allows guests to do a number of different activities right from the house. (Biking, Walking, Shopping, Hiking, Eating out, Etc..)
The house has central heat/air. There are original hardwood floors throughout the upstairs of the home. It is a very bright and cozy house,and is located in a great neighborhood.

Great, clean, quiet property. Close to several national parks and within walking distance to many restaurants and the community pool. We really enjoyed having the separate downstairs area to ourselves.

The house was clean and in a good location. I would give it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 if it had a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a better coffee maker.

Great house, very clean, everything we needed for a few days exploring Zion and Bryce. Also some great food/drink options within walking distance from the house. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and so thankful it is pet friendly. Close to so many different national and state parks. We all felt right at home with all the ammenities like the washer/dryer and coffee machine. Place was very clean and well maintained. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and was crated while indoors. He's a chocolate lab and there was plenty of room both indoors and outdoors for him to have a good time. Would come here again.

Perfect location in Kanab. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee, plus a short drive to the markets. Great central location for visiting the parks (1 to 1-1/2 hrs) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The bed are comfy and the kitchen well stocked for eating in. Another family member recommended this place and we are glad they did. It made our stay in the area wonderful.

Awesome house that reminded me of staying at grandmas. Backyard was great for our dogs and the split level gave us and our friends a little extra privacy at the end of the day. Camt wait for our next utah trip as we have a amazing spot to look forwad too!

We had 6 adults and 2 dogs stay in the house for a week and it was a great spot! Perfect backyard for the dogs and just hanging out. Great location in town! Love that we could walk so many places.

Everything was perfect. The house was charming and so clean! We just had our 1 year old with us but it would be perfect for a family with older kiddos as well or someone with pets. The area itself is beautiful with a lot of things nearby to do. Everything was great!

Nice house, good layout and very convenient to walk to businesses and restaurants, but there were a few things that were not mentioned in the bio that would have made us pass over this house.
The backyard, although fenced in, did not have access from the house. We had to leash the dogs, go out the front door and around to access the backyard. There is a side door, but it is completely unsafe as there is no railing and one of our dogs stepped out and dropped off the side. He is blind and got too close to the side. The way the door opens means the only way down is to go to the steps to the left and hug the side of the house. The front steps are wide, but again, for us older folks there is no railing. I had to loan my cane to another guest just so they could get up and down. There are also some breaks in the sidewalk that are a trip and fall hazard.
If a person is used to handrails in the shower, you will find those lacking and the tub has a rounded bottom which meant less room to stand securely to shower and possible issues getting in and out of the shower.

Very comfortable home, and host is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Only issue for us at 79 years old was no railings on steps going in. Sidewalk very uneven also. But everything else was great - location awesome, quiet neighborhood, house had everything we needed.

This was our second stay. This house has plenty of room for my family of 5. My kids love the basement living and bedroom. I love that the house is a quick walk to all the best restaurants in Kanab. The town of Kanab has great food options and is located within about 1.5 hours of the Grand Canyon’s north rim, Bryce Canyon, and about 1 hr from Zion Nat Park visitor center. Kanab is also in a beautiful area itself, and has days worth of activities close by even if a visitor weren’t interested in the Nat Parks. We will stay here again every time we are in the area.

The home was very clean; one of the cleanest we have ever rented. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies to cook with. Plenty of plates, cups, and utensils, etc. We were only 2 people, but even if you had 8 or more, there would be enough. I also appreciated the storage containers with lids in the cabinets. Nice to have to pack up PB & J for the trips to national parks. The beds were very comfortable (and I am picky!) Nice location both for walking into town for lunch (maybe 5 or 10 minutes, depending on which end of town you are going to) or a short drive (maybe 10 or 15 minutes) to Best Friends (the main attraction for us!) Loved being able to pay a small pet fee to be able to have sleepover dogs. They certainly benefitted from the love (and so did we!) We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. First. Cleanest property I've ever stayed at. Plenty of linens and bedding. Nightlights were an appreciated touch! We loved the backyard and fire pit. Close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend!

Really clean and organized. It was perfect for our family and dog. It was centrally located and easy to walk to get coffee, ice cream, and the Kanab bakery. A few things that would make it better- an easier coffee maker or directions on how to use, coffee beans (it’s a pain to travel long distances and have to buy beans when staying at a nice house), propane ready to use for the grill, and a fenced side entrance connected to the large backyard. We had to leash the dog every time he had to go in the backyard and often escaped.

We loved our stay at Circle R. This is our second time staying there and we were just as happy this time. We visit Kanab while volunteering at Best Friends and this location is perfect. The setup is great for bringing a sleepover dog home, with a great yard and space for everyone.
We ran into a small problem this time (outside of both our and Bobbie Jean's control), but they were quick to respond and resolved the issue within the day and they checked back with us to make sure everything was working properly. We really appreciated it!

Cute Place
Cute little house. Amazing beds!! Close to all the areas we wanted to explore and to town. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. Firepit was fun to have.

Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry
We stayed 4 nights and had our dog who loved the yard. The location was excellent to access town, Zion, Bryce and more. The place was clean and well stocked, quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. We sometimes travel with friends/ family and this house would accommodate that well, with large common areas and space for privacy. We would definitely come back again.

Excellent!! It was clean, comfortable, and large lovely fenced backyard! Everything worked well and it was very peaceful and calm! Excellent property! We enjoyed the internet very much !

Great place and location
The beds were comfortable (which to me is the most important thing). The yard was great (firepit, chairs, grill) and was large enough for my Labrador Retriever and me to play fetch. The kitchen was well-furnished and we prepared a few meals there. If I could find a stove like they had, I might have to remodel my kitchen.
The location was great. If you want to walk around Kanab, you walk to almost everything from the house. Restaurants, coffee, bank, drug store, and the Little Hollywood museum are all within about 4-5 blocks. The grocery stores are not much further but we drove there (maybe 5 minutes). Of course, the main location plus is Kanab's proximity to places like Bryce, Zion, Escalante, sand dunes, and Kodachrome. If you have a four wheel drive or want to take a jeep tour, the options are even better.
We don't have kids, but this place has a downstairs with an a bedroom, bathroom, and tv room and would be great for a family with kids or for two couples (and still a bedroom for three kids).

This house had everything, clean, lots of linens. The couple downstairs did say the matress was too saggy. Otheriwse good value and convenient place. For dinner I would recommend reservations, lots of places booked.

Perfect spot to enjoy Southern Utah
This was such a cute house! We stayed here to enjoy the outdoors around Kanab. The house was in walking distance of downtown Kanab and it's restaurants. The neighbor was quiet and peaceful. It was a great stay to enjoy the outdoors and relax at night.

Our stay in Kanab
The property is in a convenient location to main street. The house was clean. We stayed for 9 nights but were only provided 2 (hotel size) bars of soap. We were also provided 1 roll of paper towel. Instructions stated a lock box contained a key to the house. There was no key in the lock box, however a keypad on the door was easy to manage. The house had a nice big fenced in backyard. The patio door however, was partially broken. There was also a crack across the window in the master bedroom. None of these situations interfered with out stay, but it would have been nice if the owner informed us of these issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Rental
This is a great rental. Neatly decorated and supplied, very clean and spacious. The house is so charming and in a great location to the National Parks. The downstairs bedroom and TV room was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. Everyone loved it and would rent again if ever in Kanab.

More options to open windows
The property was as described. Clean kitchen and baths. Oldest appliances I have ever used. But, newly painted walls. It was very hot when we visited. The option to open the windows at night when the temps fall was not an option as most of the windows did not open. Most did not have screens, but bugs were not a problem. We could have cooled the house down at night then closed it up for the day to create a much more comfortable experience. The beds were pretty much unsleepable. Very hard surfaces, even with the "foam" topper. The linens and pillows were nice and new. I didn't want to sleep in the bedroom in the basement because of the age of the house in case there was radon. (Just my phobia) The basement rooms weren't that much cooler, which was surprising. But, nice shade in the front driveway for cars and grass which in Kanab is a luxury. Actually a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Clean, convenient, and safe.
