Very clean, comfy beds, kitchen is equipped well to cook also has grill. Everything in working order. Hosts were amazing in communicating before and during trip. I highly recommend

The property is very well kept. It had just about everything you would need for a nice and quiet getaway. The property is located central to several of the great local restaurant's along with couple grocery stores all within walking distance. It was nice not having to get into a car to drive to get food. I would definitely stay again when I come back the next time. Thank you so much for a great stay away from home!!!

This is our second time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We will definitely stay here again if we need to stop over in Kanab. It is close to everything and the weather was beautiful.

Very quiet, clean modern property; suitable for all ages, including elderly like us! (Fourth of July can be quite noisy however, as the neighbors celebrate with massive fireworks for three days!) We enjoyed our stay though.

This place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. After switching hotels for several nights while traveling to 9 different National Parks, it was nice to have a place to settle in to for a few days. We were close enough to Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon North Rim, and Kanab itself is a cool little town. The hosts had the house set up perfectly and we really didn’t need to ask any questions. The communication we did have was pleasant and informative. We would without a doubt stay here again!

I am VERY picky. Loved this place. Cute, clean, no frills but everything we needed, crisp clean white towels/linens, great laundry, comfortable king bed, updated/clean bathrooms. Great location if visiting Zion and Bryce. We would definitely stay again.

Great lodging in Knab - just as pictures show. As others have stated - a nice, new and clean place to stay in great location within Knab. Host was very easy to communicate with regarding check in/out - and was nice to know host lives in unit next door. Would definitely stay here again.

This was by far an amazing place to stay. We visited the Grand Canyon and stayed the night on our way to Zion. I wish we had time to stay longer. This is the best place to stay!

Two couples traveling through Utah visiting the National parks. We stayed here three nights. The location was perfect for our side trips to Page, AZ and Zion National park. Had everything we needed to provide a a home base for our adventures.

We had a really nice stay in this brand new, comfortable home. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion. The beds are very comfortable and is comes equipped with everything you need. It is very close to some really great restaurants. The hosts are great and very responsive. Hopefully it will be available the next time we return.

Great location at a new property. Well cared for and fully equipped home made for a comfortable stay. Owner was close by if anything was needed. Owner responded promptly to questions. Lots of nice touches. Silent but effective HVAC with remote controls. Very comfortable mattresses. Keurig coffee pot with lots of K-cups. New washer / dryer with laundry soap provided.

The property is one of the nicest ones we have found and stayed in during all our years of travel and renting properties on VRBO. The location is very quiet but so close to town. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back

Mike was very communicative prior to our trip about local attractions and Check-In instructions were very easy. There are some house rules that insure the house stays clean and the rates stay low, such as taking shoes off at the door (too keep all the sand out) which were simple to follow. Over all it was a very seamless experience and Mike was A+ as a host. We will be recommending this spot to friends coming to the area in the future.

We had a great stay at this little house in Kanab. It is super clean, spacious, and has pretty much everything you could possibly need while on a stay here! There is a washer and dryer for convenience, and a large kitchen with all you need to cook or use for a stay. We didnt need to use it but thought it was a perfect set up. Highly recommend this home!

We had a really nice stay and the property was very well kept and fit our five family members with plenty of space.The hosts were very accessible. Having a washer and dryer is such a bonus when visiting parks. Located almost right in the middle of Bryce Canyon and North Rim/Grand Canyon. Would love to stay again.

It was my 1st stay at a VRBO property and it was a nice place and a good value. The home was like new, well appointed with 2 comfortable suites, large living room and kitchen. There was plenty of everything we would need. Towels, dishes, blankets, etc…Check in and check out we’re easy. I definitely would recommend staying here.

I highly recommend this location in Kanab near Zion National Park. The house is brand new and everything is clean and well stocked with kitchen items and towels. Very good location with good restaurants within walking distance. Owners are very responsive to questions.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this Heart of Kanab home. Mike was a great host, very responsive to questions and it was easy to communicate with him by email. The unit was very clean and you could tell thought was put into the layout, design, and functionality. There were more rules/requests than I have encountered at other rental properties, such as no shoes in the house and a request to squeegee the glass shower door, but all were geared toward keeping the place clean, which I appreciated. The heating and cooling system was a little confusing but we were comfortable despite 30 degree temps at night. Our group was 2 adults and 1 teen, but I could see the place working for families with kids as well. If we are in Kanab again, we'll definitely stay here.

Our family of six really loved staying at this home. It was immaculate and beautifully designed. The beds and linens were comfortable. Although we didn’t really cook, I noticed that the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again if we come through Kanab in the future.
