This two story warm, comfortable and clean 3 bed/2 bath condo with new updated kitchen is beautifully situated overlooking the main fenced pool (Bldg A) at the Coral Cay Condominiums and It includes an ocean view from the master bedroom. Take advantage of both balconies for the restful sound of the beach or the start of happy hour for work or play.

Currently Covid19 is the new normal and at Coral Cay 206 "Island Time" we are committed to making you and your family's visit safe and less worrisome. The entrance to Coral Cay 206 is private therefor, crowding is at a minimum and Check-In and Check-Out is contactless. Our cleaning staff, besides their normal cleaning procedures, are also completing additional CDC recommended disinfectant protocols and there is hand soap in each of the bathrooms for your convenience.

Golf, fishing, birding, water sports, tennis and fine dining enjoyment are available minutes from this strategically placed property...just bring your suntan lotion and beach towels!! This family friendly unit allows the flexibility of fun on the beach with the kids or a short trip for 9 holes of golf on a newly designed Palmilla Beach Golf Resort.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and just as described. The pool is just steps away and the beach was a short walk. Restaurants were just a short drive. The balconies also offered a great view. No complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

If you want to enjoy the beach without having to try and remember everything needed, then this is the place to stay. From your essential beach needs (chairs, cooler, canopy, boogie boards), to all your kitchen needs (crock pots, pans, plates, etc...) this rental is your home away from home. The unit is well maintained and modern with a tasteful beach vibe. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive and takes care of any issues you might have. If needed, he has tech support standing by to help out. Having multiple floors with two decks allows for everyone to spread out and enjoy the views. The pool right outside the unit is also a great plus. Finally, the unit has private beach access that is within walking distance (a couple mins max). We definitely recommend getting a golf cart, as it makes getting around town and going to the beach with your stuff much easier. Everything in town is like 5 mins away by golf cart. We are already planning our trip again here next year.

Three generations on vacation together and this property was perfect. Grandparents downstairs, kids and parents upstairs. Easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach and easy drive for the grandparents. The property was clean and well appointed. The grocery store is 5 minutes away, making cooking convenient.

Everyone had a good time. Beach and pool was great. Condo slept everyone, no air mattress. Next time we will take BBQ supples great picnic place across parking lot. We just had a great time!!

The property had plenty of room for my family of 6. Rich was a great host - accessible and informative before and during the stay. The house had ALL the amenities for the beach, including chairs, sun shade, toys & boogie boards. We’ll definitely stay again!

Check-in is contactless, we spoke through text with the owner. The condo was perfect for us and the location from the beach was good. The property has all the dishes and utensils that you will need while staying. We had an amazing experience!

The property was very cozy, nice, clean and the property owner/manager Rich was very attentive and prompt in responding the our questions. The amenities inside the property are everything a family would need for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. The beach is a short walk and the pool was just behind our condo. Overall, a much needed beach vacation. We will recommend Rich and his property to any vacationers looking for a restful and hassle-free time!

Condo was very clean and organized. The beach items for use need to be updated. The umbrella was broken and the chairs were quite old. The property is advertised to be on the beach but it is not. We drove down to the beach rather than making the long walk with all of our stuff. We had a great time. Our only disappointment was that the property was not right on the beach.

We had a very nice time together. I do have to say though, the cleaning crew are not doing a very good job. If they were working for me I would be looking closer at their work after they think they were finished. They need more attention to detail. For the amount of money we payed the place should be pristine.

The check in/out process was super easy and the beach is just a short walk. We brought our dog on this trip and are not use to going up and downstairs so our legs definitely got a work out! There was everything we needed to cook meals and we did have a little issue with the fridge but it was taken care of very quickly. The beds are not the most comfy but the bedding was clean and it was a place to sleep! The view from the balconies are great. Unfortunately, the weather went from the 90’s on our first day to the 50’s on our second so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time out there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love visiting Port A and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time. The condo was immaculately clean, beautiful, convenient, and comfortable. Port Aransas is a great location with everything you would want for a seaside vacation. Our only real problem was with check in. We arrived late. A GPS glitch sent us way out of our way, and we arrived after dark. The office was closed, and the property was dark. There were no obvious signs identifying buildings. After wandering around randomly for about twenty minutes we located our condo. Something needs to be done about this. Otherwise, as I say, the stay was lovely.

This was our second year staying at this condo, and it likely will not be our last. It’s a perfect location, quick walk to the beach, easy to get anywhere around Port A, and the owner is awesome. Hope to go back next year!

My family and I got away for a few days to celebrate my sisters bday! The owner communicated in a fast manner. Upon arrival, we had a hard time opening box to get keys. Outside of the condo needed sweeping. The inside has everything you need. Downstairs needed a little more cleaning. The beach is more than 2 min walk… we had a really hard time working the thermostat and tv in downstairs bedroom has a line as your watching tv. Overall I give this condo a 3.8

Over the past few years, we have gone to Port Aransas several times, both in the fall and spring. Our favorite place to stay is Richard's. It's close enough to town to make restaurants, shops, etc. super convenient. And the quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach is a lovely short trip as well. The layout of the unit is very convenient, with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and the other bedroom/bath down for extra privacy. The closet full of beach toys came in handy, and the internet was super fast for the unexpected Zoom meetings we took while we were there. We always appreciate that our dog is welcome at Richard's, as well. All-around, this is our favorite place to stay in Port A!

We came to Port Aransas for a girls trip, Rich was wonderful with communication. We loved the boardwalk and how close the beach was. Everything we needed was already there, which made things super easy coming from out of state. ONLY thing is there was a cockroach, but it is Texas! It was an experience! Would 1000% book again!

This condo is well-appointed with everything needed for a stress-free stay. We were greeted by frosted glasses in the freezer that invited us to immediately refresh and relax. The kitchen is outfitted with quality cookware and serveware. There is a cabinet full of herbs, spices and condiments. No need to run to the grocery store! We enjoyed the mixture of "beach kitsch" and more expensive art items. We were able to connect our streamed music to dynamic speakers via bluetooth, which made the environment feel like home. Very clean and organized, this unit is in a quiet building that is just steps away from a warm pool and a short walk to the beach.
