You know you made the perfect selection from the moment you walk in. The condo is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Friendly and super helpful staff. Our stay to view the eclipse was such a great experience, and we got engaged!! The VRBO was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We wish there would have been an earlier check in time, but 4pm is standard for most hotels so it was understandable. Also, the garbage disposal was broken and everytime we used the dishwasher food backed up in the sink from previous renters. We called and let maintenance know. Otherwise it was a perfect stay with a fantastic view. Would stay again.

Almost everything about this property is excellent and we would stay here again. In addition to the default categories rated above, the size of the condo is great and the furniture/appliances are well maintained. Also, although not mentioned in the condo description we read, the unit included a washer and dryer.
From our perspective, the only two (potential) drawbacks for some people might be the proximity to the small, local airport and the somewhat thin walls and ceiling. The airport allows arrivals and departures only during the day, and there weren't many planes arriving or leaving during our stay, so it was easy for us to ignore/grow accustomed to the occasional plane noise, but some people might not appreciate the situation. Additionally, the walls are thin enough that louder music and shouting carries into the condo, and the insulation between floors is thin enough that furniture being moved around, dancing, and "heavy walking" in the unit above the condo may be annoying.
Again, noise isn't/wasn't a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again, but we think people should be aware of the potential noise when considering staying in the complex.

Stock the kitchen with pots and pans, buy decent paper towels and toilet paper, provide paper napkins, and clean the bugs out of the overhead light fixtures in the unit.
The maintenance worker that walked into the unit without knocking is a whole other story...

I believe that this was a beach front. It is a water front, but no beach. I purchased things to go on the beach, that I couldn't us. I purchased towels and sheets, because the website said they wouldn't be provided. When I arrive there was both in the unit. The sink and toilet was backed up to the point that I couldn't turn on the water to wash my hands without the sink overflowing. We travel monthly, but I'll go back to Put in Bay. We loved Put in Bay, but not this property. Bill was great.

Easy check in and out, Place is larger then it looks in photo’s. Screen doors we not functioning, but there is AC, so it wasn’t a problem! Deck is very large with an excellent sunrise view of the lake!

Clean, neat condo with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. The only reason it's a 4 and not 5 is that we would have liked to have more cookware in the kitchen -- I had to get creative to prepare a meal. A coffee table or dining table would have also been nice since I was feeding 6 people (the deck has a large table, but the day was hot so we ate indoors). However, these are small things -- the unit was very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and the view was spectacular. We were in Put In Bay because our daughter's band was playing at Frosty's, and it was a great excuse to visit somewhere new while watching our daughter perform. The people of the island were friendly, and the place itself is charming. We really enjoyed the trolley tour around the island as well as the Perry Memorial, waterfront park and restaurants. The venue owners and patrons also treat the bands very well (not always the case in other locations). Fun long weekend which I would highly recommend.

This condo was spotless when we walked in. The garbage disposal was not working and when I called the office, someone came right over and fixed it. Beautiful view and comfortable!

Not worth the price
Overall the room and pool were nice but the issues outweigh the cost. Neighbors above us we're partying until 3 am each nice with loud music and jumping/stomping on the floor. Also be aware that the bedroom window faces the walkway and you will hear every drunk person yelling as they return all hours of the night. People in the building were setting off fireworks from the balcony, cigarette smoke smell was inescapable from surrounding units. Each morning we would find garbage from the unit above on our own patio.The garbage disposal started bubbling up with food and garbage that must have been from previous guests. There were no sheets, pillows or comforter for the pullout couch which we didn't realize until we went to make the bed the first night. They were brought the next day when we called but for the price to stay you would assume something as simple as bedding would have been available. None of this would have been an issue if we were staying at one of the party resorts in the town but with all the rules and restrictions in this property we assumed it would be more calm and it is obvious that nothing is enforced.

This condo is lovely and the lakefront patios cannot be beat. Were it not for the loud, drunk, inconsiderate neighbors on both sides, it would have been a perfect stay. Quiet times are posted, but clearly not enforced.

Waterfront condo
We highly enjoyed our stay in put in bay! The condo unfortunately had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the housekeeping staff were so sweet and quick to correct this issue. The condo was in a great location and we had a great time on the deck. This was our second time staying with this condo company and I would highly suggest it!

Really nice condo's with the exception of cleanliness and issues with . We stayed at this same property last year and it was a great family oriented location. This year was a little different. We walked into a filthy environment. The floors were filthy the deck was dirty and with cigarette butts and a leftover Styrofoam cooler. Not what we were expecting from the prior year. In addition to the dirt, on day 2 there was a large group of people that thought it would be ok to smoke marijuana on the back deck at 5:00 PM while we were sitting out back with our kids. The property needs to step up the cleanliness to 2018 standards and get rid of the riff raff that are not good for kids. Also, with it sounds like they don't check the bookings as we booked the larger condo and then 2 days before we were to arrive we were notified by email that our condo was cancelled. In talking with the staff member that answers the phone she indicated that can overbook rooms and show them as confirmed. This was not the free and easy experience from 2018. Hopefully they get this all corrected and get back to being the quality facility it was before.

Great condo/ good value
Condo was great! Far enough away from downtown to be out of the bustle when you want to be. Highly recommend a golf cart to get around the island, for food, shopping and entertainment. One enhancement the owners could make is room darkening curtains. The sun shines bright through the sliding doors so for guests sleeping on the sofa, it’s very bright. Also would recommend a full length mirror. One mirror for 5 guests getting ready proves challenging. Small fixes but would greatly improve the space.

A perfect rental for our girls weekend get away! We walked into a clean condo with up to date furnishings. A view on the patio of beautiful Lake Erie! AC temps were great. Loved the community pool and made friends there all weekend. Bobby was a great property manager and even went out of his way to hook us up with Ice and pizza recommendations. Would recommend to all and would come back!
