PERFECT PLACE FOR HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS!

A big and very clean apartment. It has two rooms and all the necesary equipment in the kitchen. The host was a great and very hepful person. The beach was only one step away from the house. The apartment has also access to the terrace where you could see the beach over the pines and also durres city could be seen as well. Perfect spot for a barbecue. Bars, restaurants and other amenities were nearby. I would definitely come back with the whole family. The price was worth it. Really impressed. I would highly recommend it.

I didn't like that I was not able to stay longer.

RUINED HOLIDAY AND EXTREME DISAPOINTMENT

The main benefit is the location of the property. It is right next to the beach. We also found several nice restaurants with the seafood and pizza not far away. Local shops offered fresh fruits and vegetables.

No roof terrace as been advertised, but a construction site with lots of rubbish instead. A lot of noise from the next door hotel, their very loud music finished only at midnight. Only one air conditioner in the kitchen (broken, leaking) and no air conditioners in the bedrooms, just two old non-functioning air fans. Drains in the bathroom been blocked. No shower curtain, so the water splash all around bathroom. No mugs, no knifes and no chopping boards in the kitchen. The washing machine was leaking, therefore we were unable to use it at all. Because the building was recently flooded and the ground floor of it is still full of water, there was a lot of mosquitos in the flat. The mosquito nets on the windows had big halls. Internet was very slow (just 6 mbps) and we had to purchase local simcards in order to be connected. TV only had Albanian programs (no programs in English at all). No antiseptic gel for COVID-19 prophylactics. The owner Segi was always on the phone, but was unable (or unwilling) to fix problems promptly. He also checked every day whether there are any guests visiting us, and informed, that we need to pay additional fee even when they didn't stay there (just for visiting). The dedicated parking for the building was always full (because it has lust 10 spaces) so we had to use a street parking and pay for it. There is no dedicated disabled parking as been advertised and the owner even tried to charge us for our guide-dog (specially trained disability assistance dog).

Geat stay in a beautiful area

It's a spacious apartment among the pines close to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment is on the top floor and has access to the roof, from which you can watch the sunset. The host is super helpful and is always available to respond to all the questions.

The shower is without a cabin, so you need to be careful not to spill water all over the bathroom. On hot days the single air conditioner in the kitchen may be not enough to cool down the apartment efficiently. There are two fans though, which is very useful.

Nice big apartment in a beautiful small town. We loved every minute of our stay.

The house is located in a small town shaded by thick alleys of of beatiful tall pine trees. Very pleasant location, the beach is just across the road. The apartment is on the top floor and offers access to the roof terrace from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea across the lush green bed of tree tops. The sea is just a minute away and you can either use the paid beds and umbrellas by one of the hotels, or just find a free spot on a beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean and the equipment seems all new. Also the neigbours were friendly. We felt like home. There are many options for eating in the vicinity, from fish restaurants to pizza and kebab fastfoods, and many small shops in case you want to cook your own food. If you like to enjoy a night out, the main road is lit and there are many venues to enjoy, some offering live music every night. Segi was a great host, he picked us up at the airport and showed us the apartment, even though we came at night. To sum things up, we have enjoyed every minute of our stay.

There is no elevator, but walking upstairs is not such a big deal after you do it a few times.

Exceptional

The flat is very big, with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen+living room, everything is very new and clean. In the kitchen there is everything necessary for cooking. The host is a great person always ready to help and answer all the questions. The location is very good, very close to the seaside (just across the road) food shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next time!
