Las sábanas tenían unas manchas de sangre . Y un desayuno muy pobre dos tipos de embutidos ,un tipo de queso y esta muy muy pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas

Un hôtel agréable au cœur de Tirana

Son emplacement, très proche (10mn) de la Place Skanderbeg, dans une petite rue, à l’écart des bruits de la ville, la possibilité de se garer dans un parking sous l’hôtel (indépendant de l’hôtel, 12€ par jour). Chambres très correctes. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Helemaal rustgevend.

De locatie was perfect! Veel bezienswaardigheden binnen loop afstand. Het personeel was zeer klantvriendelijk niets op aan te merken.

Het ontbijt was niet wat ik had verwacht. Weinig keuzes wat beleg betreft en als je lactose intolerant bent is dat minimaal. Dat is wel jammer!

Location is great ans room was correct

Breakfast was horrible, very poor. In the bathroom shower is fixed, there is no shower hose. When I came from the airport, which was arround 16h, room was not ready and I had to wait 45 minutes

Great hotel close to Blloku district

The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The location is perfect for a night out in Blloku. It was also very quiet and dark in the room, which is perfect to sleep in.

The room and the hotel overall is a little bit outdated but it is just a detail.

Great location with all amenities nearby.

Rooms were good size, hot water and sizeable lift for wheelchair!!

No kettle in room and if staying more then few days you need a larger variety of breakfast choice.

Good choice in the city center

well located and nice people! convenient parking and close to Blokku.

Only one complaint that they entered our room 8 in the morning by mistake. They apologized profusely.

The most recommendable hidden place in Tirana

Almost everything: - Right in the centre of Tirana, close to all mayor attractions - Very quiet as the hotel is located inside a block of four main streets. Inside this block you can find some restaurants and a big supermarket, but almost no traffic. - The staff is super friendly and caring - The room and bathroom are very comfortable and clean and in perfect condition - Breakfast buffet includes fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs (three different styles), cereals, cheese and local sausage products, freshly baked cakes

The exhauster in the bathroom didn't work properly. And that's it!

Great value for your money, excellent location

Nice hotel. Excellent location, very close to the city center, nightlife and main landmarks, and at the same time in a very quiet street. We had some special needs regarding billing for work-related expenses, and the management was friendly, accomodating and efficient.

Friendly reception and driver, horrible breakfast

Location was ok, pretty central, even though the street it very weird. Reception staff was friendly. Airport pickup driver was extremely friendly and helpful.

Worst breakfast I have ever seen in my life, I was unable to eat it.

my sister and I had a pleasant week stay here, we love the location as it’s walking distance to most things and the staf

very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, comfortable and spacious rooms and great location

no views at all but that’s just to do with where it’s located. the room has coffee cups but no coffee making facilities.

Very good place to stay in Tirana

Very close to city center. Nice people, clean rooms. Access to an underground safe parking.

The front view is at a very narrow street, with full garbage bins. A little bit to small shared balcony.

We liked the location, very close to the centre of Tirana, walking distance to amazing bars and restaurants, bookshops, tourist attractions such as Skenderbeg square, History Museum and the main boulevard in Tirana.

Breakfast could be improved: lacked quality and variety of food.

Breakfast was great, natural orange juice and wonderful coffee. Comfortable beds and pillows

We arranged transfer from the airport but there was nobody waiting for us. After phoning the hotel, they didn´t give us a solution, not even mention the problem when we arrived. Also, some of the workers at reception couldn´t understand or speak well neither English or Italian, so it was difficult to communicate.
