About this house rental
The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and a miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breathtaking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. In the summer time you are in all the action with a fun and busy beach. In the off season it is private, peaceful, and has stunning, sunrises and sunsets.
The Beach House comfortably accommodates six people and has a sofabed that could accommodate 2 others. The house has a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1000 sq ft second level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining as it extends onto a 20 ft upper deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This living space includes state of the art appliances. A stove, dishwasher, Stainless steel double door over sized fridge, extra large wine cooler, and well stocked kitchen make you feel as if you were in your own home. There is even a massage chair.
The ocean level sports 3 bedrooms, and outdoor shower area. There are 2 master suites with remodeled baths. The 3 bedrooms each have private baths.. The middle master has a deep jacuzzi tub, television, separate stand up shower and bidet. To get to the front master bedroom you can walk through the middle master bedroom or access it through the 2 doors on the beach.
3 decks offer comfortable seating and tables on each. (Unless climate and weather do not permit) An interior spiral staircase allows access to the ocean and the upper level. Televisions on each level allow for easy entertaining, or time to yourself if you require it. Wrap around ocean front and ocean view windows on both levels will give you incredible, well deserved views from sunrise to sunset, and will create memories to last a lifetime.
Please note there are many entrances in and out of the property. There are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the upper level. One set of stairs is a spiral staircase which is located inside and is not suitable for all people. The outside staircase is suitable for anyone who can go up and down stairs.

This house is on the beach so you hear waves crashing continuously, as long as you leave the windows open. My entire family enjoyed every minute in the beach house. We were very content staying at the house the whole week and didn’t even go to a restaurant which is unlike us. What a beautiful week. Thank you to the owner, Cindy! She was great as well. Everything was PERFECT!

She provided good insights about the home, surrounding, and areas to hang out. Overall, me and my family had an amazing time and appreciated host being very kind and accomoding our non-standard requests.

This property is in a prime location just feet away from the Atlantic Ocean on Misquamicut Beach. The main bedroom sits on the first floor and has large windows overlooking the ocean. We would crack open the windows at night and sleep to the sound of the rolling waves--it was divine! The property is very clean, well outfitted, and very quiet. We were there in the off-season (which is what we prefer), so the beachfront was very quiet other than an occasional person walking their dog in the morning. I'm sure it's a little more animated in the summer if that's your thing. The owner was exceptional and gave us some great tips for places to eat and places to visit. Even in the off season there were many incredible restaurants in Westerly, RI and Mystic, CT. Don't miss the Cooked Goose for breakfast or lunch, which is a short 4 minute drive away from this beach house (rumors are that Taylor Swift has frequented this gem). This property is a solid 5/5 and we would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The two masters were ideal, plus the 3rd bedroom each with its own bathroom. The teens had their own space. Well situated location with a short drive to Mystic or Stonington. The sunrise each morning was amazing and falling asleep to the waves crashing gently on the shore was very soothing. Can't wait to return in the summer!

The house was well set up for a relaxing beach vacation, very welcoming and comfortable. Kitchen had a good assortment of cooking and serving dishes. We used the outdoor steps to get to the bedrooms a lot and had no problems. The outdoor shower was fabulous after swimming. Proximity to the beach can't be beat. The outdoor bar next door was a little loud one night, but pretty quiet the rest of the visit. Overall a wonderful place, highly recommended.

My family truly enjoyed staying at Cindy’s house. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and one infant. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The location can’t be beat with being right on the ocean, and two bars on either side of the house. Highly recommend!

This place isn’t just a house, it’s a vibe. It was perfect for our littles with the fenced in beach area and the waterfront RIGHT THERE. Any parent who’s lugged beach stuff from the parking lot will absolutely appreciate this location. Even though the weather was hot, the house stayed cool with the various AC options. Everyone slept well and they were easy to use. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Cindy was very responsive (and super sweet). Family vacations can be stressful but this one was just the best.

This property speaks for itself. This house will feel like your home as soon as you unpack. It has everything you could need - so don’t overpack! From linens to beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was completely stocked. There’s plenty of room to spread out. And the views- AMAZING!
As far as Cindy, she couldn’t be more receptive! Any question I asked was met with a quick response. She has taken great care of the property and is so attentive to detail, thinking what a guest could want/need. Everything is well maintained. I can’t say enough about how much we loved our short stay here and how great Cindy was to work with. I have been wanting to reserve here for years and thankfully someone canceled! I had an opportunity to enjoy a truly unforgettable beach vacation with my husband, children and grandchildren. I could go on even more but do yourself a favor and book this property and see for yourself! You won’t be sorry. I look forward to another stay next year- only longer!

A wonderful time was had by all. It was a great weekend at this property. It's beautiful; it's steps from the beach, very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and very clean. Even rainy days are beautiful from the upstairs spacious living area with expansive view of the beach through the front sliders. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Amazing place, amazing view and amazing memories made. Having four bathrooms was so awesome, so much privacy. Navigating the spiral stairs took some getting used to and it was just easier to use the outdoor staircase for the dog. Food and activities in the area was great!! We did Hoof, Haversham tavern, Mel’s downtown creamery from man vs food game, junk and Java, sourdough nuts and of course mystic pizza!!! Fun to take the dog to velvet mill and mystic village. Would go back and rent in a heartbeat!!

home has the most amazing view, absolutely gorgeous indoors, very well redone and the host was so friendly and helpful. a bit difficult to figure out the location from the street, between hotel and restaurant so you "couldn't pick your neighbors" (not the fault of the homeowner obviously!), but the private beach area helped and was gorgeous. Will likely book here again in the summer to check it out during the on-season but will def be back!

Staying in early April was so peaceful. So very quiet and so beautiful. We got lucky with bright, sunny days which made for spectacular views. If I had to say one not so great thing, it would be the spiral staircase which wasn’t great for the grandmas, but they managed. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a long weekend in February staying at this property. The home was very nice and well-kept, and the owner, Cindy was very attentive, and may check in and check out easy. The home itself is beautiful and the view is fabulous. Because it was the winter, it was very quiet. The kitchen was fabulous and bedrooms very spacious with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

We loved this home. Cindy was great checking in to make sure everything was good. The location is amazing and the views from upstairs and downstairs are breathtaking! The area was very quiet in the winter...which was exactly what we had hoped for. The Historic Downtown Westerly area was great. The Malted Barley was excellent. Not far was the Velvet Mill, and Mystic. The Cooked Goose was a great stop for breakfast. The location of this home was so perfect to just relax listening to the waves, or to run out and enjoy the town. The area is free of fast food establishments...replaced by small privately owned welcoming spots. A breath of fresh air to see!!!! We loved it so much we actually rebooked another getaway while we were still there. Looking forward to seeing more sunsets!!!

The experience to stay 100ft from the Atlantic is second to none! My 3 days were glorious & I was treated with 70° weather in Nov. The host was so delightful to work with & was very helpful with any questions. The property itself is very well maintained with lots of amenities. Finally...the views! Watching sunrises to sunsets over T. Swift's home & a full moon rising......just spectacular! If you're looking for a little slice of heaven this is it!

Our second stay was amazing as usual. The pure bliss of the beach view and access cannot be overstated, and we had beautiful sunny weather in the mid 60s despite it being early November. Cynthia was highly communicative and accommodating and was even able to grant us early access once the cleaners were done. Jet tub and bidet downstairs are very luxurious. The only thing to be aware of is the internal stairs are a very tight spiral, and also one bedroom is accessed through another when using that inside stair (although it also has outside doors), so you occasionally need to use the outside stair to move luggage or avoid the connecting bedroom — but this is really no problem at all except a mild inconvenience in bad weather; just something to be aware of. In our case it didn’t bother us a bit. This is probably my favorite house we’ve ever rented. We’ll definitely be back!

My sisters and I gathered here for a girl's trip from TN, UT, TX, KY, and NY. It was just wonderful! The views really are superb and we commented that looking out the windows upstairs felt like you were on a cruise ship. We came during the off season and I would imagine it's much louder during the summer, but really an ideal location if you'll be playing on the beach or in the water during the summer. As it was we were happy to be able to enjoy the ocean from a nice warm house.
The owner really is very responsive and nice. She made special accommodations for us as were were flying standby and were limited on what we could bring which was much appreciated.

My husband our two young girls and my mom stayed for a week. This home is incredible. Having the fenced in beach front offered safety for my kids and kept kept the crowds at bay. Being surrounded by a restaurants and entertainment made this the perfect vacation. The homeowners are so kind and welcoming I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We grew up on the Island of Long, and now live in Vermont! So we miss the ocean! This home was comfortable, and right on the beach! The sound of the waves is just what we needed! My New Favorite Place
If you love the beach and ocean - this is the perfect getaway. I felt like I slept ON the beach. The view and the sounds of the waves right outside the beautiful wall of windows. I have never slept better. We were traveling as a family of 7. My best friend and I and our 5 boys ages 10-15. The set up was amazing. There was plenty of space for all of us to be as together or as separate as we wanted. The first day - I sat on the beach trying to book our next vacation at this beautiful property. (Cindy - please text me if you have any cancellations!) I planned this trip so I could wake up on the beach on my birthday. This was hands down my best birthday ever. Everything about Cindy and the house itself was perfect. We can not wait for our next trip to this amazing property.

The owner is kind and responsive. The house is clean and organized. What really stands out is the ocean.
Huge windows on the top floor look directly onto the water and islands in the distance. On the ground floor, the master bedroom is about thirty feet from the waves. To stay here is to see and hear the ocean continually.
I stayed during a very quiet week in February. The beach is beautiful in snow. The beach is beautiful at night. How lucky to stay so close.
