About this house rental

Picture yourself leaving work early and your Tiny House rental is only an hour outside of Denver. You are feeling carefree this weekend without the headache of packing your camping gear and yet still getting out of the city. As you drive towards the mountains, your travel companion is looking forward to a stop at our local distillery for a happy hour of craft cocktails.

As you pull up to your rental as the sun is setting, the temperature is slowly dropping and a feeling of relief sets in that you are not about to set up a tent. Instead, you check in to your sharply designed tiny home, find a plush mattress, and all the small amenities of home.

Discussions begin about what your day is going to look like tomorrow and your only dilemma is narrowing down all your options. Choices include: kayaking, tubing, a hike in Rocky Mtn Nat’l Park, fly fishing lesson or taking it easy at the beach just steps away from your house. Never the less, you feel content about making a last minute decision in the morning since you’ve ordered your gourmet sack lunch from the resort hosts; your bases are covered!

The music scene in Lyons is also something to check out. After hopping onto the Wifi, you see the list of live music options and you set out on foot into downtown. In route, you pass a lively bunch gathered around a crackling campfire on property and you say in passing, “we’ll be back for dessert, save us a marshmallow”!

Lyons is a great little town between Boulder and Estes Park. We were able to explore both while staying in Lyons. There were great hikes all around the area. The tiny home was such a neat experience. It did get a little warm for sleeping in the loft, but it cooled off as the night went on. We would definitely recommend Wee Casa to others!

We loved the house! For the next time we will like to stay in the houses that look to the mountain/rock since our view was the next door auto car company, that’s the only part we did not like .

I loved the experience of this home. I would suggest a few things that would make a better experience.... A small Keurig coffee machine, going to a different tiny house to get coffee was a little awkward. A very small mounted tv to get the local weather again without having to go to that same place. A full length mirror in bathroom will make us ladies happy for sure.. A few more rugs for those snowy days!! So the floor doesn’t get so wet. Possibly a new shower head to get a little more pressure? Possibly 2 no back bar stools for table, the tall back stool made it difficult to use table. We will definitely use this place to stay again, wonderful place and people there were very sweet! We will have to get a different tiny home though my husband had difficulty with ladder and toilet was in a tight spot, just needed a tiny bit more room for him! Thank you so much Vicki
