About this house rental
Charming home built in the 1930's located in the Wilson Park Historic District. This is the ideal location that is within an easy walk to the University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, Walton Arts Center and Wilson Park as well as the NW Arkansas Greenway trail for biking, running or a leisurely stroll.
Guests enjoy the breezeway for morning coffee, afternoon refresher or where friends gather for a night cap. The balcony off of the upstairs master suite is a great quiet place in the trees to start your day or unwind while listening to the bells of Old Main.
Perfect for game weekends, craft fairs, UofA parent visits, wedding weekends, a girls get-away. No large group gatherings or parties.

This house was full of unique touches. In fact, the entire upstairs was totally unique and wonderful! I really appreciated the Christmas tree and fireplace! The location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay!
My bridesmaids, their partners, and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was fantastic! It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and spend time together. It was the perfect location, close to everything that was going on throughout the weekend and an easy walk away from campus and downtown. Marion was a wonderful host, she made sure we were comfortable, and went out of her way to help us recover some personal items that we left behind. All around an amazing experience and place to stay!

The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. Location was excellent to campus and Dickson Street. Son is student at UArk and came to celebrate his 21st. Had lots of fun in town and with family at the house. Would love to stay again at this location!

Weekend visit at UARK
We truly enjoyed our weekend visit with our daughter and loved the Cottage. It was very clean, had plenty of space and has a great location. The park and trails they have in Fayetteville are just a minute away. Thanks for sharing your Cottage with us.

House and location was perfect. Close to campus for college tour with my daughter then wedding and tailgate for my son’s wedding. Loved the older home would stay again.

My family had such a great stay in this lovely home. The home is located right by campus and across the street from Wilson park where we enjoyed walking out goldens every morning. The house is perfect for a group with multiple families. The kitchen has everything you need! The house is within walking distance to the university as well as numerous places to eat. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Razorback Greenway bike ride
We came to Arkansas to ride the Razorback Greenway to celebrate my husbands birthday. The house was adorable and so close to everything! We literally walked to dinner and then rode straight to the trail. The house was perfect for the 8 of us and we loved sitting out at night in the breezeway and visiting. Marion was very helpful with food options and was extremely hospitable. Highly recommend this adorable home!

Loved our stay in the cottage!
Marion was so great to promptly answer questions I had and a superb hostess! House is so quaint and she has the cutest decorations! All amenities (kitchen, bath, General household) were at our fingertips.
House is in a great location if you plan on visiting the campus. Easy walk to the football stadium and Bud Walton Arena. If our daughter commits to UofA, we will definitely be frequent renters!

The perfect setting for our small family Christmas in NWA
Originally from NWA, this was the perfect setting to meet up with our children For a family Christmas. The location was perfect, especially being close to the park and the square at Christmas. Our hosts were wonderful, with so many personal added touches to create a warm, inviting lovely home for our Christmas reunion. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to NWA.

Graduation Weekend
Property was perfect for our stay. Marion provided a warm welcome with a congratulatory note and a bottle of wine for my daughter on her upcoming graduation. Check in and check out were flawless. Her home accommodated our party of nine. I definitely recommend her property.

Great for 3 generations of Razorbacks
We had a family gathering of three generations of University of Arkansas Razorbacks, including one of our grandchildren who is currently enrolled at the university . The house was perfect for us. The owner was very good at communicating and asking if we had questions or needed anything. The facility met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and close to campus. We walked the campus to the football game and back with no difficulty. Highly recommended.
