This house is great! Very big, roomy, and nicely appointed. You’re in a neighborhood, but feel secluded. The outdoor seating areas are awesome. Location is great, as well. Easy drive or Uber into downtown.

My family ( ages 21 to 84 ) spent a wonderful Christmas at Vista View. Really enjoyed the overall space. Played plenty of games, shot pool, soaked in the hot tube, and sat at the fireplaces inside and out. My only recommendation is to update some of the furniture and put new felt on the pool table.

My friends and I do an annual mountain retreat and couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. Hot tub on the deck and s’mores before bed made for a great trip! Can’t wait to book again next year.

We had a large group of friends come up for the weekend. The location was great,close to town but it felt like we were away from everything, especially at night. The house was very accommodating for a large group, we had 11. Beautiful views of the sunrise and the mountains. We will definitely use this property again.

Property was in a wonderful location. Given the steep access and driveway a more prominent address marker would have been helpful. The pool table is in need of repair, but the other amenities that are listed were accurate. The management was good with communicating and were very welcoming to our group

House was great. It is beautifully situated in the mountains with amazing views. We had a large group and had plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and numerous. We had a great time.

This house was spotless when we arrived. Waze had the house on the left side of the road, but it is on the right side. The driveway is very steep, but paved and accessible for our stay. Bedrooms were large and had plenty of room for luggage. The house was well equipped with a pack n play, soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms, towels, and clean sheets. I would recommend to provide fragrance-free laundry detergent for washing the sheets, as some people (including myself) are sensitive. There were two washers and dryers and two refrigerators - definitely made for large groups! The outside porch is gated, so it was a great place for our dog to hang out if we needed a break. Views from the living room and hot tub were amazing! Tons of bathrooms in this house too! One thing to note is that the second king bedroom is in what seems to be a converted library/study and the doors are glass and do not have a way to lock. There are curtains to pull across the doors, but it would be nice for privacy to be able to lock those doors. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans, knives, cutting boards. They even had some coffee, spices, syran wrap, and aluminum foil. We loved the stay and hope to return!

Beautiful views, 12 total beds, easy ride into downtown Asheville using the AVL ride app. Wonderful kitchen just needed a few larger cooking accessories.

The house was awesome and the views even better. Everything was in working order. Grill and hot tub fired right up for us. More than enough rooms and space throughout the house. We couldn't be happier with the experience overall!

This was a perfect house for a large family gathering. Multiple people were able to cook together in the kitchen with gorgeous views everywhere you look. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do in Asheville whether visiting Biltmore, hiking, eating out or visiting galleries.

I was there 3 weeks and lawn was only mowed once (when I asked for it)

Great trip with family. The house was beautiful with an amazing view. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the fireplaces (indoor and out).
Carpet needs to be replaced and we prefer white linens (bedspreads and shams) that are washable between stays. That being said we would stay again.

We had my sisters, their children and their children the house worked great. It’s spacious with 2 family room areas. Probably the best rental we have had since starting this in 2018. The house and grounds are beautiful with an amazing view.

It's a shame that this house hasn't been taken care of. It's really gorgeous on the outside and the views are fantastic. It's a great location close to town - but holy cow it was dirty, dusty, and sticky. Not what you're looking for - especially at this price point and especially during covid times. Everything is really dated and uncared for on the inside. Check in an out was easy and done from an app, easy to find, nice outdoor fireplace.
