About this house rental
This home underwent a major renovation in January 2024. The kitchen was completely remodeled with seating at the enlarged island and all new appliances. New flooring throughout and the bedrooms all have new furniture.
This home is now pet friendly! The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and full size washer and dryer in the closet (there is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall as well). There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, both with ensuites. The three additional bedrooms share a bathroom, one with a queen bed, one with a queen over queen bunk bed and one has two XL twin beds. There is a large TV in the living room and all bedrooms have a smart TV as well.

We loved the house , large pool and fenced yard and the short walk to the beautiful beach ! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area but then everyone had their own space with the large comfy bedrooms . It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely come back again!

We had a very good stay and the location is perfect. The pool was excellent, big enough for 3 families. The rental agency was good to work with. On the flip side, the Master Bedroom closet was taken up by a washer/dryer - Could not hang closes. There was no ice making machine and the fridge put out virtually no ice cubes. The 28 steps to the kitchen/main living area gave us much exercise.

Great layout for multiple families. Good proximity to the beach. Pool was awesome!! Spent lots of late afternoons there after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole family had a great stay in this house! It was a good location, well stocked for large groups and very clean on arrival. We enjoyed the game room on our rainy day and drinks rooftop on the pleasant evenings. Everyone slept comfortably at night. We had one maintenance call and they responded immediately and made the repair. We try to rent a spot once a year for all to gather and we would rent this home again!

We enjoyed our week stay here at The Sea Dawg house! Three families with all ages enjoyed this home! Plenty of space and rooms for all! The pool and game room were a huge hit and kept kids fully entertained! The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Beach was a short walk away made easy with the included beach cart. Thank you for sharing your home, we had a fantastic week!

Place was in a great location. Very close to the beach and easy to get to shopping and eating places. Nice and quiet. It would be good to know how many steps there are in this place ahead of time. Also, a recycling bin would be a good idea to have. The beach wagon and bikes were broke, but the other beach cart and toys were great to use for the beach. Extra dish towels/ cloths would be helpful. Kitchen could use some more useful serving dishes, storage containters for left overs. Game room was awesome! Very nice touch to the property! Mgmt company was very helpful and professional

overall it was a good house,but had a lot of stairs to go up and down due to the living and kitchen on the top floor,when we first check in the house was musty, had to buy spray and a few dead bugs,2 showers had no water due to a valve shut off but was taken care of the next day. The game area could have been a little cleaner, lots of dirt in the corners, otherwise the pool was great and good location to the beach, would have been nice if it had an elevator.

We love this house and have stayed here 3 years. The only downside was a lot of large roaches found everyday during our stay, some dead, some alive. We bought bug sprayed and sprayed but continued to have roaches.

We had a great time and enjoyed this house for our family Thanksgiving 2022! Nice house with many amenities!, fully stocked kitchen, great play room and a pool! There are many steps and a lift would be helpful! Please add some front motion lights—it is difficult to see walkway in the dark.

This home was perfect for four couples and three single adults. We arrived from Canada, Michigan, South Florida and Texas. Wish we had booked for longer!! Quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Beds were comfortable! Would book again!

We enjoyed our time at this rental for a family trip. Plenty of space and all was as advertised. The property was very clean and well maintained. Location was great. The property management company was prompt in responding to any issues/questions.
We would have preferred a modernized (digital) check in/out process but the company made it as quick as possible when in their office. Traffic, parking, etc. near the office adds about 30 minutes to both the check in and out process.
Thanks to the owner for keeping this in such great shape. We plan to book again for 2023!

We had an amazing experience for our family vacation. The house was clean and very nice upon our arrival, and described perfectly. Our only complaint is there are no outside lights other than around the stairs. We brought corn hold boards and would've liked to play them at night, but we couldn't see. Other than that no issues, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay this Summer here. The pool and yard were so enjoyable and relaxing. Super easy walk to The Gulf. One of the air conditioners was not working when we arrived and Paradise Beach Homes had a crew out there minutes after we got in and fixed within 30 minutes. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to others.

We recently stayed at this vacation home with family. It was big enough for 6 adults and 4 children. The home is within walking distance to the beach and has a really nice pool. There are a lot of stairs in the home so I don’t believe it would be ideal for elderly/disabled. It was very clean and we had no complaints.

The description of the property was not entirely accurate, but it was going through a renovation at the time. The new side of the house once completed provided a gameroom with a ping-pong tablet, shuffleboard table, and pop a shot basketball which our family very much enjoyed during our stay. The home was only 1.5 blocks off the beach which was very convenient, and our family enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The main living area and pool were larger than appeared in the pictures. The cleaning company they use though left something to be desired. Also, the management property was a little difficult to deal with before arriving to the property, but during our stay they were prompt in dealing with any issues.

The house was nice. There was plenty of room and the furniture in the living area was comfortable. Positives: close to a paved walkway to the beach, large nice pool, several bedrooms with comfortable beds.Cons: 28 steps to get to the main living area, I would suggest at least a dumbwaiter if not an elevator. Not having a porch in the front where you can look over the ocean. The rooftop deck was nice, but again more steps and HOT because it was uncovered.

The only issue we had was the stairs. All 48 of them! Other than that the house was great as well as the roof top deck overlooking the area and the ocean. Nice short walk to the beach (5 minutes tops). We had a great time and look forward to doing it again real soon !!

This property was BEAU-T-FUL. It had everything I could ask for in a property and more. The kids were entertained with the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the rooftop sitting and waking up sitting on the decks in the mornings. The only improvement is that there needs to be two outdoor trash cans instead of one. Other than that, this place is amazing.

This trip was no exception. The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We were slightly concerned about the stairs, and there are many, but by the 2nd day we were pretty acclimated. The stairwell is essentially a tower offsetting the separate floors and there is a landing every 6 steps or so. There is a cased opening as you enter each floor so if you have a wide baby gate, you can separate the area from the stairwell for the littles. (We honestly thought the stairs would pose a bigger problem for the toddlers, but they are tucked away and we never felt the need to use the gate we brought) The main living area is on the 3rd floor so have everyone ready when the groceries are delivered to limit the number of trips up the stairs! We found the house to be really quiet due to the layout. The room directly below the living area could hear morning traffic (toddlers) but none of the other rooms reported any noise while sleeping. The pool is larger than it appears in photos and there was a propane grill. There were lots of leftover beach/pool toys, floats, and an umbrella. The roof top deck was a lovely escape and provided a beautiful view. We brought a wagon and it’s an easy walk to the beach. 25D and 25E are at each end of the block and both have partially paved/covered walkovers making access so much easier. 25E became our preferred access, little longer walk but the walkover on the dune was a little longer making the wagon pull easier. (There is also a little shortcut that allows you to cut mid block between Maldonado and Ariola). We would definitely stay in this home again!

We’ve been visiting the area since 2006 and have used Paradise Beach Homes for every stay in Pensacola Beach - and they have always made our trips stress free. This trip was no exception.
