Unterm Strich war es ok da last minute und reduzierter Preis - aber nie wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr schön. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung und es gab in dem Gebäude-Komplex ein schönes Lokal, mit einer super freundlichen Bedienung.

Freundlichkeit eine herbe Enttäuschung! In den 6 Tagen, die wir dort verbrachten gab es eine einzige Rezeptionistin, die wenigstens freundlich grüßte und das Reinigungspersonal. Alle anderen Personen an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum erschienen lustlos und tippelten ständig auf ihren SmartphoneS herum. Das Frühstück war wirklich leider mit das schlechteste dass ich im Leben hab erfahren dürfen. Der angeblich vorhandene Firness Raum ein Witz um bicht zu sagen eine Frechheit, dass sie überhaupt damit geworben haben.

Gute Lage in schönem Hotel mit Abstrichen

Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hotels. Zimmer groß und sauber. Freundliches Personal.

400 baht fürs taxi zum Flughafen, dass auf dem Hinweg nur 150 kostet. Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Irgendein sehr lautes Geräusch die ganze Nacht. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht möglich.

Hotel mit Charme im Lanna-Stil., optisch sehr schön anzusehen.Gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern.

Futonbett nimmt den ganzen Raum ein, um ins Bad zu gelangen, muss man über das Bett klettern. In unserem Zimmer lief das Wasser der Dusche nicht ab und überschwemmte das ganze Bad, da eine Duschwand fehlt. Nach Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer hatten wir dort dasselbe Problem. Auf Haare waschen musste man dadurch verzichten, das hätte den Raum geflutet. Warmwassereinstellung schwierig, da keine Mischbatterie.

Zentrale Lage, nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Einrichtungsstiel war schön. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Einrichtung hat die beste Zeit hinter sich. In unserem Zimmer gab es leider keine Möglichkeit, Sachen zu verstauen.

Nice enough place, good staff, clean and tidy with good breakfast. Nice pool.

Slight oddly shaped building but easy enough to navigate. Shower pressure a bit low…water surged a bit. On the whole, a recommended hotel.

Overall, the hotel is decent if you book the more expensive room category. But the staff is not very welcoming or accomm

The location of the hotel is great, and the superior room is nice as well.

The pool does not really have sunbeds, mostly chairs. Most of the gym equipment is broken and cannot be used. The lowest hotel room category is comparable to a hostel room/motel and is worlds apart to the superior room category. You had to climb over the bed in order to get to the bathroom. The bed is on the floor and there is no room to do anything other than sit on the bed. The floor and bathroom were not as clean as we would have wished. The breakfast is terrible and not worth booking. There is a nice breakfast cafe down the road with affordable prices.

Loved the cafe downstairs. Most comfortable bed on our trip but we upgraded from delux…. Too old to sleep on bed on floor. It was a safe and supported location

Das Hotel hatte in der Rezeption 18 Urkunden mit Bestnotenbewertung aufgehängt. Unbegreiflich wieso diese Hotel Bestnoten erhalten sollte. Unser (gehobeneres)Zimmer hatte keine Möglichkeit unsere Kofferinhalte zu verstauen - keine ausreichende Schrankablage von 22QM Zimmergrösse ging ein großer Anteil am Balkon und sehr geräumigen Bad verloren, sodass neben den beiden Einzelbetten kaum Platz zum Bewegen über blieb - die Koffer standen überall im Weg. Das Frühstück war bescheiden und mit einer Person Bedienung der Menge der Gäste nicht gewachsen - irgendetwas fehlte immerwieder. Letztlich sprach das Personal kein Englisch , lediglich an der Rezeption war ein Mädchen bemüht. Kein guter Aufenthalt. -ganz sicher KEINE 4 STERNE !!!!!!!!!!

Great stay!

The service was top notch and the staff really friendly and helpful. Place was clean (I'm a stickler). The room and building has a classic feel, which was nice.

My room came attached with a balcony, which was lovely, but it faced other rooms so I had to keep the curtains shut. A tip if you wanna stay here - ask for a room which the neighbours can't see through! 😀

Comfortable with a pool & walking distance to town

Loved the staff, very helpful when we wanted to change rooms to something larger. Also exceptional in helping send some runners left behind. They organised to get them sent To Australia 😀😀😀 & pool

Lots of room for improvement

The facilities and rooms were like the pictures, comfortable bed and pool and gym were very good.

Lots of room for improvement. The showers were the only area not like the pictures. The shower floors were dirty and stained in the corners. The water temperature was very temperamental and would take ages to warm up and once it did was so scalding. On top of this the showers did not drain properly so had to choose from wading in dirty water and scalding yourself or a quick cold shower. The wifi in our room did not work and we had to use all our mobile data. When we informed staff they told us it’s working in the lobby so it should be in our room. We ended up going near the lobby where the wifi would work and booking and planning anything and then going back to our room. Not very ideal. The staff tried their best but there’s a significant communication barrier. This made it difficult to get across simple requests. Lastly the breakfast is not worth adding on or even getting for free. Limited options and quantities we basically just had a fruit and on last day went to a nice cafe close by.

Great value for money, this hotel has everything you need and the staff is very nice. Bed is super comfy. Cleaning was okay.

The room could use some touch ups and renovation, and the breakfast could be improved - not a lot of choice but it’s okay as it a included in the price.

Good location in Old Town

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were brilliant the room felt really clean afterwards and they closed the curtains so the room would be cool when we came home.

The breakfast was really poor even for a continental style. It was included with the cost of our room and loads of lovely brunch places near by. If you have the option to add it onto your booking I wouldn't bother as you can get great options that are inexpensive in the area.

basic, very noisy air con and a definite con on exit for a duvet which was as cheap as they come

not much but the bathroom was ok and a healthy supply of towels

it’s pretty basic. few loungers around the pool, the breakfast is awful. the room we were placed in had a constant loud noise which went on through the night. we had to use wax ear plugs to drown out the sound. but the biggest complaint I have is the hotels attempt to scam us upon departure. adding a 3500 fine for a stain on the duvet. beer which they claim could not be cleaned. it was a total joke and an obvious con. the manager settled on 500 in the end which was good of him but it was a stressful and disappointing end. your money would be better spent elsewhere

Great location near great restaurants

Breakfast was ok. Location great. Staff was very helpful with information and taxis and Grab

The bed was low to the ground and difficult for me getting out of bed, which I need to do a few times during the night. Also, there are short half steps from the bed into the bathroom and down into the tea kettle area. I had to move very slowly and carefully and when I miss a step it is jarring to the back.
