Good value for money, clean but just no pool.

Clean and in a central spot. Quiet little street in the old town and staff were excellent.

No pool which when it’s 40 degrees everyday would have just made the hotel superb. You can use the sister hotels pool though it wasn’t very clean when we went and very small.

Location

This time i manage to get queen bedroom. The room at the ground floor and easy access. The bed so comfortable but they only provide us 1 pillow only. Would be good if there are 2 pillows

The room is suitable for 2 people only. The hotel is so clean and easy access to main road. Walking distance to 711, cafe and restaurant

Location good, extremely waxed floor bad.

Great location, it’s within the square and was a couple of minutes from the night markets. The beds were clean and comfy. Simple breakfast; cereal, toast, and biscuits.

Ants. There was ants everywhere. The bathroom corner had a colony of ants which crawled onto our beds. Fortunately I was able to fight them off, but my friend on the other hand way, fell victim. Speaking of falling, I fell twice because of the extremely waxed floor.

the room was comfortable , they also gave us courtesy breakfast (coffee and toast), staff was nice and approachable, we did the laundry with them and it worked perfectly

overall, the room looked very clean but we had a lizard in our room. We tried to look for it as it was making too many noises and wanted it out the room. While looking for it we checked under the bed it was completely full of dust , there were balls of dust and that made me disappointed.

Located in the quiet part of city with comfy room, easily accessible to central part of Chiang Mai via Grab. Will definitely stay here again if in Chiang Mai.

Breakfast quite basic but with good coffee though. Then again booking made without breakfast, so it came as bonus to me & family!

Location, value for money. Friendly staff too- lent us a weighing machine to measure our luggage.

A little bit inaccessible for large vehicles because of the narrow entrances, jt was abit difficult to find. Lights were also flickering abit, but they weren't the main lights so the entire lighting wasn't that bad.

Comfortable and convenient location in a quiet part within walking distance from the city centre and night markets. Staff were super friendly and assisted with booking a 2 day jungle trek.

Accomodating and excellent staff who went out their way to make our experience of Chiang mai great

clean, modern, good air conditioning, spacious rooms big showers, super helpful staff who organised tours, taxis buses, excellent location, felt super safe and comfortable

It was okay but maybe they need to upgrade their facilities.

The location is great. There are tons of cafe nearby. Sunday night market is near.

AC was bad in the family room. The temperature can't go lower and it was hot even at night. The staff had to provide us with fan. Also, we didn't get to use the tub as it was leaking.
