Great little studio. Super clean with a great view and great wifi and really helpful onsite Manager!

Great little studio. Super clean with a great view and great wifi. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. Everything you need for Guduari is within 200 meters of the building. There's a supermarket and ATM in the building and the ski lift and gondola are 200 meters away. Many restaurants within the village. The owner is lovely and very accommodating and the manager is on site in the apartment next door if there is any problem with anything. I loved that this room had a Nespresso machine and coffee pods provided for each day of the stay. The heated floors and washing machine in the bathroom were also a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. As a side note: I would highly recommend arriving into Gudauri with Lari or USD as there is only 1 ATM in the village in the supermarket below and if its not working there is no way to access cash. But most places accept USD or you can change it at the currency exchange in the village for Lari.

Modern appartement close to ski circus

New, clean, well equipped appartement. Lockers for ski equipment included.

A bit overpriced. Noisy environment... Noise from other guests on the floor and the area in front of Loft1 (fireworks, cars, drunk people..all night). Back side of the building should be a better option. After booking some confusion with the owner about which appartement in which building actually had been booked. After some discussion all fine.

I like everything, the location, the view, the room, is perfect!

I love everything in this hotel. It has everything you needed inside the hotel, the room is very good. The location is perfect who wish to do skiing, the cable car is only a 5mins walk away from the hotel. It has a great view of the mountain. Excellent and Perfect! Plus, the supermarket is just down below our hotel and its open 24hrs.

Best value for money

The apartment is very big, has a lot of space, with all the facilities you could think of - desks, dishes, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, towel heater, washing machine and much more! The apartment has the most amazing view to the mountain and all the lifts. The host was very nice and helpful, helped us with every question, let us stay late on the departure day, and even suggested giving us a ride. This is the best value for money you can get in this area.

The Frozen View Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed. . Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Frozen View Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay.

Superb

The apartment has an amazing view, it's very close to the ski lift and many ski rental shops. The staff was very flexible in the check-in, check-out and even the payment. The building is right above the supermarket and a pharmacy. The taxi stop is right across the street. The room itself is amazing and cozy. I would definitely go back again.

REALLY RECOMMENDED

Location is perfect; near the Gondola and there's a supermarket in the building. Many restaurants nearby and ski rental as well. Apartment is fully equipped from Kitchen, bed and bathroom appliances. Administrator is very accommodating, they make sure that you feel comfortable and transfer from and to Tbilisi was really easy with them. He even toured us to Monument for free. We stopped by to liquor and restaurants as we requested and he was so easy to deal with.

Not that we didn't like. Just a feedback and improvement; convert the TV to smart to attract more foreign tourists 😊

Could have been a good stay.

location wise everything is located really close to the apartment; easy to access and has a ski depot where you can place your gear.

Only cash payments were accept even though on the booking page it it mentioned that payment by card is possible. Whenever you arrive they will look strange if you mention you want to pay by card. The door of the room can’t be locked from the inside it doesn’t work; in addition to this somebody tried to enter my room in room without knocking and with a presumably master key since you enter the door by card. When I screamed “Hello” the person ran away? Small chance this was a cleaner since the apartment didn’t get cleaned during my stay for instance trash cans. The above experience made my stay feel uncomfortable.

Location is very good but you need to pay by cash

I like the Location of the apartment. It is in the New Gudauri Ski Village Area and Most of the Restaurants , Club , supermarket, ATM, ski equipment rental service are very near to it. I loved that this room had a Nespresso machine and coffee pods provided for each day of the stay. The heated floors and washing machine in the bathroom were also a bonus.

Administrator cannot speak in English and she is very rude. When we try to pay the rent of the apartment by credit card there are not accept it. But on the Booking.com it is mention that this apartment will accept the credit card. Once we have paid the full amount in the cash then they have allow my family to enter the Rooms.

Nice rooms , spacious with kettle...and all things to cook if needed. A really good place to stay for a week or more. Nice balcony and view. Nearbly drunken cherry hotel is good...and ski lifts are nearby.

Soap needed...more. liquid gel not that good. But im sure the guy would have changed if i had asked. He was helpful...so just a suggestion.

Perfect apartment for a perfect location.

On arriva,l the apartment was very clean. Vardges came to pickup us spot on time frome the airport. You have everything you might need in the apartment for a vacation. The location is perfect, 3-2 min walk to the gondola and just above the super market. The communication with Vardges and Alexey is swift and efficient. The view from the apartment

The metrass wad a little bit to soft for me but that was very minor compared to all of the positives.

Great accommodation, super weird manager

The apartment was just perfect for skiing. Great location, amazing view, there was everything you might need. Close to ski lift, ski rentals nearby, supermarket in the same building, plenty restaurants in the area.

Even though manager told us that apartment is good for four people, we only got 1 locker at the ski depot and it was quite complicated to fit three ski pair of boots and ski there. Also the manager is super weird guy... First he asked to pay for the accomodation even though in was prepaid via Booking in advance. Guess what? He told us they do not accept payment through Booking. In addition, he kept waiting to charge us for additional person (which is completely fine) up until we arrived to the airport on the way back! He knew we would be more people a few weeks earlier. But he waited until we were at the airport, and when I asked how much to add, his words were "according to your conscience". I think is highly inappropriate
