Would highly recommend this home. Everything was up to date and well maintained. The two bathrooms were a bonus for the 4 of us. And the location cannot be beat! Cute little neighborhood too. Would definitely go back .

My family enjoyed the property very much. Very clean, neat, and close to a lot of different events. the only downside was the mattresses were entirely too soft. It also needs to have a bit better ventilation in the kitchen. we were cooking breakfast one morning with Sausage and bacon and the smoke detector constantly went off despite using the hood vent and doors open

My best friends and I planned a trip to Napa to celebrate our birthdays. This was the perfect space for the four of us and a wonderful location. There’s a coffee shop and market within walking distance of the house. We visited every day. It is also close to Downtown Napa and a short Uber ride to other wineries. I highly recommend staying here!

Cottage is well located in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to Main Street. Well furnished & comfortable beds for the four of us. Kitchen is small but well appointed for simple meals. Very nice that our beloved pet could also join. Had a wonderful stay with family.

Two girlfriends and I shared this home for a Napa getaway weekend and thought it was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The TV in the guest bed didn't seem to work although we didn't spend much time in bed - we were out enjoying the wineries and the great food Napa has to offer. We would definitely recommend this home!

Everything about our stay was as advertised and perfect for our 4 night stay in Napa. We loved the location as we were traveling within the area to a number of wineries for tours and tastings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. Beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. Host was highly responsive.We had tasting reservations at wineries. We also had concert tickets at the Oxbow River amphitheater. Easy access, short drives into the wine country. At night we simply walked into town. Would/will stay again.

We stayed at this cottage for a friend's birthday and it's such a cute house. It was a good size for the 4 of us. The house was clean and location was close to lots of coffee shops, also very short drive to Oxbow market and downtown (we could have walked if we had time). Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here! Close proximity to downtown (about 15ish minutes) and had parking. Laura was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Kitchen is small but we were not doing any cooking at home anyways!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage Petite in the town of Napa, California. The house was just the perfect size for me, my husband, and our Cavalier King Charles, Daisy. It was very cozy, and had plenty of comfortable spots to sit and read or watch TV. The kitchen was compact and clean, fully-equipped, including dishwasher. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with many wide boulevards nearby graced with stately Victorian homes, perfect for a walk with the dog or an evening stroll. We found a number of excellent nearby restaurants located along the scenic bank of the Napa River, and less than a mile drive away, with easy parking. All of this led to a very magical 3-day getaway for us.

Perfect 2 bed/2 bath stay for a weekend Napa getaway! Place has been nicely renovated, plenty of storage/closet space, and beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet; close to downtown. Only issue we had was with gas grill on back patio - couldn’t get it to light/start even after changing propane tank, but didn’t significantly impact our stay. Would recommend this home, without hesitation!

My Mom and I went to visit my son for his birthday. He attends CIA, so we wanted to all stay together and be centrally located. This was perfect! The living area was perfect size and comfy and allowed us to relax and have a space to have drinks and snacks before going out. We went to town for dinners and spent Saturday wine tasting - it was a great trip and we all loved staying together! Will definitely want to stay here again - many thanks!

This cottage is walking distance to downtown (a mile walk). It is in a nice neighborhood and the walk downtown passes beautiful Victorian homes. The cottage has a good floor plan, is nicely decorated and very clean. A great place to stay when in Napa!

This was an adorable house that was a 5 minute drive to downtown Napa. Super comfy beds to sleep in after wine tasting and delicious dinners in the Napa Valley. Super clean property and easy communication with the property manager

This is an adorable cottage that was comfortable, clean and well appointed - perfect for a Napa getaway. Located about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown, it was easy to enjoy the downtown life but not be in the middle of it (great restaurants, Tiki bar and live music). Important to recognize that you are in a community that has dedicated quiet hours. This is the only downside - we didn't feel comfortable enjoying a glass of wine outside in the evening as we wanted to be sure to respect the neighbors that live there. The houses are very close and conversation from other homes could be heard fairly easily. Laura was responsive and communicated clearly. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great and working with Laura was awesome. It was easy to get into downtown Napa and also close to the freeway. The house has everything you need and was super clean. My only slight bummer - the fence doesn't close in the backyard, so I couldn't let the pup out. Very minor, but just good to note. And I did not ask that specific question - so on me as well.

This property is gorgeous in an Amazon hi location. We walked each morning to Oxbow market and to get coffee. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The house was equipped with anything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay and walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The only semi negative thing I would say about the property is that the ends are queen and not the most comfortable. You can’t always have everything perfect though!
