About this house rental
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom, queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have bunk beds full on top and queen on bottom. Full kitchen. Stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker. Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Dining room table seats 8. Bar area seats 4. Tv with play station. new covered Deck with new furniture. Gas grill. Fire pit. 4 adult bikes . No helmets. Shed with lots of beach toys. Swings,hammock. Linens and towels are included. Dishes and cooking supplies included. Only 3/4 of a mile from the public beach and downtown Lexington. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Air conditioning. Corn hole game. Starting in 2023 there will be a $100 cleaning fee.

It was just like the pictures!! From the front window we watched a wood chuck we called him Charlie he was out every morning and night. We watch a doe with twins and turkey’s with babies. We sat on the patio every morning with our coffee. Our stay was fantastic, visited family so much to in the area.

Perfect for a family or group of friends. Lots of beds, two bathrooms, amazing backyard space. Well-equipped, comfortable, clean and modern while rustic at the same time. Great communication and support from the host.

This house is insanely close to town. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and thought that went into the house. This was our first vacation as a family of four so my husband and I were already a little apprehensive, but the house made traveling with 2 small children so much easier! Great communication as well.

This place was amazing! Such a beautiful place that was well stocked with supplies and fun stuff for the kids to do. We would definitely visit this home again. Very close to downtown also and in a nice secluded area.

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend. It was the perfect set up for us. Cute, close to town and everything you needed for a weekend stay. Rick was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a family wedding nearby. The property had many things to do for kids like swings, bikes, corn hole, campfire! It was very clean, which is always important to us. The owner was very nice, communicated quickly if needed, and was accommodating! I would visit again!

We rented this house for my son’s wedding. It looked great online and even better in person! The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with more than enough of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house is neat, clean and well kept. It is at the end of a dead-end street and is super quiet. We didn’t even have a chance to enjoy the back yard, deck or grill, but it was all available. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely 5 Stars in all categories!!

All of our children and grandchildren joined us for family time. Our family has a great love for Michigan and Lake Huron. We gather from Florida, Boston and Kansas. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. Rick was wonderful and helped return lost glasses.

A group of us were in Lexington for a friends wedding. The place was close to town and large enough for the 5 of us! It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and we all had a great time! If ever I needed to stay in Lexington again I would stay again! Thank you!

We stayed with family for a nearby wedding. We enjoyed being so close to downtown Lexington. It was fun to have dinner and walk by the water and hear a live band. The grandchildren enjoyed the backyard with the swings and the big trees! We had an issue that was totally unrelated to the house or the owner. However, the owner was very concerned and accommodating and so easy to contact. He even let us stay beyond check out time, which was very kind! I highly recommend this adorable home

We had a wedding to go to in the area, and we had a great time. The cottage was cute and Rick seemed to rhink of everything anyone would need.

This place was fantastic! It was quiet & lovely, while still being close to everything (beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc). It was a perfect base for our rock-hounding adventure! Lots of good food around.
The house was super comfy, clean & easy to check into. The beds were comfy too. We used the hammock and fire a pit a few times & that was great! It is a great place to stay with spacious rooms.

This vacation home is perfectly located at the end of a quiet road next to farm acreage. Blissfully quiet. Immaculately clean and orderly with ample space.
Plenty of yard toys for entertainment, and a fire pit to relax with. The shed even houses several bicycles of different sizes for a short ride to the center of Lexington and the lake front.
I wish we could have stayed longer, and will plan to next time.

We had a family wedding to attend in Lexington and this was the perfect place to stay. The property was as described and on a wiry street close to town!

Ricks communication was excellent our entire rental period. Rick was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is very nice and clean. The backyard was very comfortable. I wish we had had time to use the firepit but were kept busy with the wedding we were attending. I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking for a nice homey stay while visiting the Lexington area. I will definitely book Ricks home again in the future.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lexington. Just outside the city limits and at the end of a short little street. Super nice interior. Master bedroom was great! The owner checked in with us via text each day making sure everything was ok! Nice outside area !

The house had nice seating areas that made it easy to sit and chat with family - the coffee table was a delightful surprise for the kids! If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Lexington, I'd put this at the top of your list!
