About this house rental

Stained oak trim and hardwood flooring in the main living areas accent this 4 bedroom home capable of sleeping 12. One bedroom has a King bed and master bathroom attached all on the main floor. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and a single bed, and the other has a bunk that is twin on top and full on the bottom bed. The upstairs also has a rec room over the garage with a pool table and a futon . The kitchen is large with table and chairs for 6 and additional seating at the bar or in the open living area. Large screen tv with cable and internet are provided. Outside in back is a large two tier deck with patio furniture and a new propane grill.
All cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are included as well as bedding, wash clothes, and towels are provided. There is a two car garage and ample parking outside for and additional 6 cars. We also have ample room to park your boat and trailer if you plan to go to one of the lakes while you are here.
Clemson University is a 25 minute drive, Table rock state park, the state fish hatchery, river rafting, and many hiking opportunities are 35 minutes or less from our home. It is only 10 minutes to the grocery, restaurants, and High falls county park with boat access to Lake Keowee. Falcon's Lair golf course is only a 5 minute drive.
We also offer an option to stock the refrigerator and food pantry with a list that you provide. The cost to do this would be the cost of the food and an hourly stocking fee.

Chose this property for an extended family visit to Clemson. House was clean, spacious, well stocked with amenities and very reasonable. May very well be back.

This home is our go to place to stay when coming to work in Oconee SC. The house is wonderfully kept, and the homeowners are as nice as you will ever meet. Mr. Tom is very easy to talk to, and very fast to respond. The home is very clean and in order and there really isn’t a better place to stay.

We stayed at this location over the 4th of July weekend holiday. It is a beautiful house, very spacious , great for families. It is about a 10-20 minute drive from lake Keowee depending on which end of the lake you are going to. Would definitely recommend.

Tom and Cindy Bunn are lovely people and have a great home - played pool with my younger son and had a wonderful time. My wife loved all the flowers and birds around the home - The home is very clean and well maintained. We are building a home at the Lake and the location was perfect for us to run back and forth to our Waterside Crossing building site - defiantly coming back

My family stayed here over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The home is MUCH bigger on the inside than it looks from the pictures on-line. The owners have thought of everything you might need to get your vacation started off right. The lighting, woodwork, flooring, cabinets, built-in desks are top of the line. The beds are comfortable and the house is also IMMACULATE. The back porch is appealing, with lovely landscaping all around the large property. My sister-in-law enjoyed using the gas stove. There was an abundance of towels. And my husband was so grateful to find extra toothbrushes available when he forgot his; thank you! We highly recommend this property!

We had two families with 5 kids and the house was perfect! Both queen rooms have a twin bed in them therefore the little ones had an option to stay with mom and dad. The house is clean and well maintained and was perfect for a Clemson football weekend. We will definitely rent again!
