It was a great location that was convenient, clean and comfortable

Location was close enough to Clemson but out of the traffic. I am an outdoor runner. I was able to run the neighborhood.

I will not be staying at this location again due to how hard the bed was but especially the low qua.

The room was a good size and the location was convenient.

The bed was uncomfortable, but the worst part was the breakfast was not good at all. Especially the sausage was extremely cheap and tasted very bad.

Very friendly staff, clean room

The pool was closed for a leak they had in the hotel, so the kids couldn't swim at all and there was utility fans all over. I understand leaks happen but give a discount then, the stay wasn't cheap. The main reason for the hotel was so the kids could swim, it was 100 degrees out

Location

That the room wasn't ready until 2:55pm. I felt like if I got there for check in at 230pm it should have been ready. This was the first time ever. There were these irritating green flashing lights on the wall blinking all night. It was a distraction from my sleep.

Quick visit to family and highly recommend the location for anyone in the area!

Great location! And the staff were. very helpful and kind. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was very spacious!

The room was a King Suite; however, the shower curtain rod was broken and the fridge was off it’s platform and very unstable.

We would definitely stay in this comfortable, quiet location again!

I have stayed in several other properties in the Clemson area, and this one so far has been the quietest, which is important to us for a good sleeping environment. The staff were nice, unobtrusive, everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok, but was not a priority for us.

My stay could have been better somewhere else had I known this location did not take cleanliness seriously and bed bugs

I liked the location of the property in comparison to other hotels and easy accessibility to surrounding areas.

I greatly did not appreciate having discover bed bugs in my bed and leaving red marks on my skin. I was completely disgusted with that and the guest services person , Richard, was barely of any help. he just threw his hands in the air and said “ usually they don’t take that long to get you,” of which he is referring to the fact we were staying for 5 days and we didn’t realize until the third (3rd) day the reoccurring red marks and itchiness we were experiencing because of the bed bugs.
