Our guests love the convenient walk to the shops & restaurants of charming downtown Apalachicola. Master bedroom has a king bed with water views and balcony access. There really is nothing like waking up early in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee in the kitchen, then walking out onto the screened patio overlooking Scipio Creek to watch the sun rise. Be sure to walk down to the Biscuit Factory for homemade biscuits (their grandma’s recipe) with your favorite toppings for only $5. Also, as an electric car driver, the complimentary charging station was a great perk.

Our condo is owned by an individual so I am sure these problems are unique to that unit. Neither tv was working. One you could only turn on but none of the menu options worked. Other worked you could get one or two channels but then would turn off. Ice maker not working. Smoke detector missing inside front door. Odor in back bathroom. We fixed by flushing water in sink and tub - maybe not used in a while? Towel bar in back bath needs to be tightened. Paint peeling in back bath. Double bed mattress needs to be replaced. We would definitely stay on the property again but not in that unit. Love the location and proximity to downtown Apalach.

We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. Great common space & expected amenities. Bathroom could use a little tlc but was clean. The screened in balcony over the rive was fantastic. Easy walk to town. Would stay again.

We attended the Oyster Festival and booked this and we are glad we did! It was not in the middle of all the festivities but we could walk there in about 3 minutes so very convenient to shops, restaurants and bars! We were able to cook our own breakfast in the full kitchen and have a relaxing morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the boats before a busy day! The 2 br 2ba was very convenient also on the 1st floor! The owner was very nice and answered any questions in a timely manner! Thank you, would stay here again!

This is a great property but the master bed creaks with every movement. Fix that and it’s perfect. Walking distance to downtown and all the shops.

Location is perfect, on the river, great river view. The condo, however, could use some sprucing up. The livingroom furniture needs cleaning, the master bathroom vent fan is filthy, tub needs recaulking, water damage on walls around tub. Didn't get details about checking in. Had an issue with the tv, which my husband had to fix.

Overall, It's a nice condo with nice view of the river and marina. Close enough to everything to be convenient, we walked and biked. And still quiet for sitting on the porch to relax and enjoy the view. Minor issues here and there but we got 'em fixed. Supper support from Lauren!

We had a great time visiting the Forgotten Coast and this condo was in a great location, easily within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Apalachicola. The host was very responsive to text messages and we had a wonderful vacation.

Clean, quiet, spacious condo with fantastic location. Just a short walk to downtown where you can shop and eat. As other reviewers have noted , the screened in back porch are a big hit. Definitely a comeback to life kinda place!

Spacious unit, with a very nice screened in porch that has an outstanding view of the river. Owner and property manager were very responsive to initial problems that we had with access to cable TV. Would highly recommend this property if you're planning to stay in Apalachicola.

When we called to have a few items repaired, owner refused to take care of them and then made accusations we violated policy and canceled our rental. We sent pictures of the terrible condition of the unit. Vrbo refused to handle it and owner only refunded one night. Owner never provided proof of any violations, we had to drive 2 hours to find a hotel. Never will I rent here or thru VRBO again.

We just loved this location. You can sit on the spacious screen porch and watch the boats go by. Beyond that is a beautiful view of marsh, then more water. It is close to everything! Lauren was great to work with!

This was our first visit to this cute town. This location is perfect. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A very peaceful place with a beautiful view. Clean and the owner had great communication. We loved our stay so much we extended our reservation another night. We cannot wait to come back and visit and would absolutely stay here again.

Tucked away on a quiet street, this condo is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Right on the Apalachicola River. Such fun to sit on the screened in lanai and watch the boats pass by and the pelicans glide and roost right at the end of the dock. Comfy beds and a clean, comfortable condo. A great find!

Overall, The condo was very nice for the money. Plenty of room, good location, very clean and wonderful sunrise views. However, the unit could benefit from a freshening. Certain things were starting to show their age.

The condo was the perfect choice for my husband and me and my sister. Plenty of room and still some privacy, very quiet and conveniently located. The views from the screened-in porch were fascinating. Beds were great, bathrooms well equipped and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. I hope to return next year.

It’s a nice quiet spot with an amazing view of the salt marsh. Just you, and the pelicans for the most part. Walking distance to almost everything in town but nice, and quiet when you returned.

Never knew this place existed in Apalachicola, but now that we've stayed here once we will definitely be back. The space was clean and comfortable, and even though we only stayed one night it had everything needed for a longer stay. It is away from the crowded hustle of downtown, but still close enough to be an easy walk - saves you from hassling with trying to find a parking spot. Communication and checking in were both super easy.

This is a great location to watch boats come and go from the marina on Scipio Creek. Quiet and peaceful (except for the occasional airboat) and within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. This was our second time staying on this property and will definitely return.
