Rude staff.

Rooms were clean. Everything was fine as far as the room went.

Staff accused us of smoking in the room when we do not smoke period. Was very rude and wouldn't speak to us on checkout, just waved us off. Price was double the normal rate, and for what was included, we were not happy.

We arrived late, after 10 pm, and the owner met us to check us in. He was such a friendly, kind man, and you can tell he has a lot of pride in this hotel. The rooms were super clean. We will definitely be back!

Better than a basic Motel

Correct little hotel located in a great authentic small city on the coast. better than a Motel but becomes faded. the great "+" are : - the room size, - the equipment of the bedrooms (large fridge, microwave, and coffee machine) - the quiet area. - the close-by dinner options - the non-smoking policy - the price :-)

The cleanliness is not at the level it should be, especially after x waves of Covid: the floor was sticky and the bedspreads were not clean. there were no blankets, only bedsheets and a too-light bedspread on each bed. the pillows were definitively not good enough for us. be aware that: - this hotel is not pet friendly (don't even try) - the AC- heating system is noisy - there is no breakfast options

It was a good place to stay as we drove along the Florida gulf coast.

The motel is affordable, about 20 blocks from the center of town, where the good restaurants are. It is an older property, not especially attractive on the outside but our room had been refurbished and was quite acceptable. Our room was spacious, contained adequate electrical outlets for our many chargers, and had a good king bed.

My only complaint was the small toilet. I'd strongly recommend the owner install a larger commode, suitable for persons with disabilities.

Everything but the bed was very good.

Everything was great except the bed.

The bed-mattress was hard and very uncomfortable, it’s unfortunate because everything else was very good, cleanliness, spaciousness, linens, front desk staff. Because of the bed I couldn’t stay there again.

Would stay there again.

A hidden gem! Not much to look at from the outside, older motel that has been completely remodeled and updated. Room was so clean that I thought the glass table was missing the glass! Bathroom clean, fresh, and all new. Bed comfy and new linens. Owner seems to take great pride in his business. We would stay there again!

They look like they are working on the outside to make it a little more inviting, which is good.

Went for a quick get away with family

The bedding was very thin. More of a curtain material than a bed spread. The bathroom light fixture is drained for 3 light bulbs. There were two light bulbs and only one worked.
