This gorgeous apartment in a mid-century classic French building has many updates and decorative touches that will make your visit to Buenos Aires enjoyable and comfortable. The Botanical Gardens, Las Heras Park, Alto Palermo, Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood and Recoleta are all within walking distance.
The apartment is just one block to the subway and buses and taxis are at your doorstep. New double glazed windows bring in the sun while ensuring that you have a calm oasis to return home to. We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s apartment. The neighborhood was absolutely amazing. You are close to many restaurants, coffee shops and there’s a great mall close by.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We loved that it had a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very spacious and very well decorated. I loved it!
And of course, Robert is a wonderful host. He was very friendly and provided very helpful tips. I did not get to meet Carmen the property manager. Adriana was filling in for Carmen. Adriana was very kind and also very helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay very memorable.

I was impressed with the great location, cleanliness, and comfort the apartment had to offer.
First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether it was strolling down charming streets, dining at fantastic restaurants, or visiting popular landmarks, everything was just a stone's throw away. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location for my vacation.

It was evident that the property was carefully and thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which instantly put my mind at ease. Moreover, the apartment was incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the living area was inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience, adding to the convenience of my stay.

My husband, niece and I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the efficiency of communication, and the amount of information we got from Robert about how to get around the city, currency exchange, and local activities. Carmen was very helpful in anticipating our needs and helping us with the check in and check out process. If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would!

Look no further! A lovely apartment with all the amenities. It was very comfy and cozy. There are many cafes, market, bakeries all close by. The building is well kept and is in a safe location. Robert is amazing, very caring and shared a lot of information. We had such a good time in Buenos Aires. Thanks for a wonderful and a memorable time!

Robert is an exceptional host and was available for questions and recommendations during our stay. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The transit system is easy to use. The restaurants, cafes, markets, parks and shops are within a short walking distance.

Charming, spacious and well laid-out one-plus apartment. Comfortably furnished, very good quality appliances, and all the kitchen basics for cooking. The building is elegant and well-maintained. The owner and manager were both immensely helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful host
This is a clean, attractive apartment, with very good lighting, in a charming old fashioned building in the commercial center of Palermo. Although it is a busy neighborhood, the apartment is quiet due to double glazed windows and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms which was a selling point, and the main bedroom is very comfortable. The other bedroom can either be used as a sitting room, guest room or children's room. We were supposed to stay for two and a half weeks, but because of the coronavirus, and the suspension of flights to the US, we had to leave after 2 nights and 3 days. Through everything, from greetings us to our departure, Robert Osika was unfailingly welcoming, helpful and understanding. A sincerely nice person. He knew we were interested in museums and galleries and had enthusiastic recommendations in that department. Also for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Too bad we didn't get to stay and take advantage of all of his recommendations. But, Robert also had good suggestions on how we should proceed when we found our flight cancelled and needed to quickly figure out what to do.

Loved our time at Robert's apartment in Buenos Aires
What a great time we had in Buenos Aires! The apartment was fantastic. Nice amount of of space, very clean and well appointed. The location was great; centrally located with easy access by walking and public transportation to all points of interest in the city. And we felt very safe in the neighborhood. But Robert was the best part. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport. He gave us great tips for what we needed to know to navigate the city and Argentina (i.e. money exchange, public transportation and recommendations on things to do). We could not have asked for a better host. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous Fabulous Buenos Aires
This apartment in Barrio Norte is in a perfect location. Flower stand outside the doors, market around the corner, restaurants everywhere marks this spot. We walked for days and barely touched BA. Robert is a brilliant host, helpful and caring. The apt is nicely appointed and worked for 4 of us just fine. AC is nice at night when it is hot outside. Kitchen well equipped and there is great water pressure for your showers. We highly recommend this VRBO

Our stay in this appartment was perfect. The welcome was just as described in the reviews. Wine, fruit, cakes and helpful information. Robert was helpful in all ways throughout our stay. Roomy apartment, great hosts, perfect location
The owner and manager were warm, promptly communicative and took great care of us, even arranging a car to the airport. The apartment was spacious and in a great "local" neighborhood that was safe with a variety of restaurants and shops within a block or two - and with more touristy areas within a short taxi, subway or bus ride. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful, Comfortable Apartment in Alto Palermo
My wife and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the space, cleanliness and amenities of the apartment to the point of total relaxation. The very comfortable king bed, ample hot water, clean showers and bathrooms, washer (no dryer, no problem), spacious kitchen, ample cable TV programming, and beautiful French style architecture/style, made the 7 days seamless. We could have stayed easily for a month. Having Carmen as the manager and our contact person was a pleasure. She is most gracious and very resourceful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any travelers, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Buenos Aires

Great Apartment - Great Host
The apartment and neighborhood are great, but what is even better is the help that the owner Robert, and the property manager Carmen give you prior to your stay. The arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport. Carmen greeted us at the apartment, gave us a quick orientation and helped us acclimate to the neighborhood. I highly recommend that if you are going to be in BA, that you consider this rental.

Updated apartment with all the activity of a fun city!
This is a modern apartment in an older building with windows and a balcony that opens up to the sights and sounds of the city! Great water pressure in the showers and a nice breeze through the windows! This apartment made our stay great with shops, restaurants and the subway close by. Our host was very accommodating and helpful exchanging pesos for dollars and even booking our UBER driver!

Beautiful apartment in a great location
This was the third time we have stayed in this beautiful apartment. As always, we enjoyed our stay very much. Robert is a perfect host! The apartment is very large with a well equipped kitchen and is beautifully furnished. The master bedroom includes a very comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom where the washing machine is neatly tucked under the counter. The second bedroom is also a very good size with a small balcony. There were some hot days in February and we found that the air conditioning work perfectly. The apartment is located in Palermo very close to the underground rail system and bus routes that will take you anywhere in Buenos Aires. There’s a very nice shopping mall & cinemas 5 minutes away. There are also many restaurants close by and the trendy area of Palermo Soho is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. Staying in this apartment always makes our visits to this incredible city very enjoyable!

We Highly Recommend This Property!
All the glowing reviews of this property are absolutely true! The apartment is comfortably furnished, scrupulously clean and a true 'home away from home'. It is in an ideal location and we would love to stay here again.
We had booked this apartment for one week. But during our stay, our accommodations for the following two weeks in Bariloche were abruptly cancelled. Robert graciously postponed his planned renovations to allow us to stay for an additional two weeks. We are so grateful for his thoughtfulness.
Robert is a fantastic host. He is extraordinarily helpful and provided great recommendations for both Buenos Aires and Montevideo, Uruguay which was our next stop.

Absolutely perfect in every way.
Robert was the best host. He provided everything we needed to hit the ground running. The location was excellent and the apartment is well equipped and super clean. It was really cozy and welcoming.
The neighborhood has tons of amenities and it was really easy to jump on the subway or catch a taxi. It was surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the city. We hope to stay here again someday.

Outstanding location and Valu in Buenos Aires.
The apartment is classically European in styling,excellently situated on Corenel Diaz, restaurants, groceries, butcher,cleaner ,farmacia, hair salon & ATM all within a block, shopping mall within 2 blocks. We loved our stay. The unit was very secure, and well appointed with everything you might need, local phone service and even umbrellas, all that was required is personnel items. The baths,kitchen and street windows are all nicely updated.The elevators are dated but reliable. The owner and manager were exceptional and available if needed. Buenos Aires is the city that never sleeps so city noise tends to start early continue late. Argentine Spanish is what is common and English is infrequent, but people were extremely friendly and willing to be helpful if possible. The cable carried one US TV channel in English and multiple other language options. The provided internet connection worked well. You could sleep more than 4 people, I would hesitate to do so unless the situation was with one family. We definitely recommend this location.

Wonderful place!
This is a gorgeous apartment in a great part of town. Rooms are spacious and airy. Windows are big and there is a ton of light coming in. Owners are attentive and responsive.

Ideal
We stayed in this apartment for 4 months (to escape the heat of summer in the U.S.). We liked it so much that we wish we could buy it (we go to Buenos Aires very frequently). Comfortable, charming, English channels on television (rental apartments in Buenos Aires don't always have that), good air conditioning and heating, plenty of space, and beautiful location (although it's not technically, despite advertisement, in the Recoleta neighborhood -- and I hasten to add that's not a negative). The only ( perhaps petty) complaint is that the weekly cleaning was sometimes lacking.

Well located, with fruit markets, grocery, bakeries, shopping, parks restaurants and cafes all close by. Easy access to subways and buses. A safe, non-touristy neighbourhood. Hosts were very helpful, airport port pickup was a really nice touch. Very comfortable condo. Great king sized bed, cleaning service was a plus, as well as having a washing machine in the unit.

Unforgettable stay in Buenos Aires
Besides all the great tourist attractions to see in this Paris of South America, our travel experience was made unforgettable for two reasons: the appartment in Palermo and it's owner, Mr Robert Osika.
First the appartment. It was clean, well furnished, well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms and family room and above all in a clean and safe part of the city. Many nice cafés with outside terrace, good restaurants, a variety of corner stores and food markets, it was near a subway station on a main boulevard and a walking distance of many attractions.
Second the owner. Not only Mr., Osika rented us that great appartment, he greeted us with fresh cut flowers on the dining table, two bottles of red and white wine, and a six pack of beer in the fridge. He gave us a set of city maps, a subway & bus card to start with as well as precious advices of what to do in the city, including a tip on how to have free city tours. He was there to advice us on a trip to Iguazu falls as well as to Uruguay. Without his help we would have lost time and efforts to see half of we have seen.

Well appointed home in great location. French doors in second bedroom opens to a vibrant street scene below. Wonderful for people watching. Soundproof when closed. Bedrooms are spacious and equipped like home with comfortable mattresses, beautiful bedding and pillows. Excellent water pressure in bathrooms and kitchen. Steps away from an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores.
Owners are meticulous with this property as it once was their primary home and are quick to answer any questions. On-site building maintenance manager should anything occur. Residents were very friendly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home and hope to be back again in the near future.

Our Family of four stayed for a week in this lovely condo. Appearance and amenities were exactly as described including comfortable beds with wonderful linens, up to date bathrooms with great showers and a kitchen supplied with everything you would ever need. Clean, comfortable and convenient location are the best words to describe it. Beatriz, the manager, and Robert, the owner, were delightful to work with. We couldn't be more pleased and will, hopefully, rent it again.

Lovely apartment in a bustling, trendy part of the city. We had only 4 nights here but wished for more. Walking distance to markets, cafes and shopping. Taxis to other areas in the city are very affordable and plentiful. We loved hanging out on the balcony after a day of sight seeing. Both Robert (owner) and Beatriz (apt manager) were accommodating and helpful. Would definitely return. Highly recommended!

This apartment lived up to all expectations and more. It is located in a very cool neighborhood so that you not only get the feel of an authentic Buenos Aires community but you can also easily get to all the sites a visitor wants to take in. I usually walked everywhere I wanted to go. But sometimes I took the bus (there is 24-hr service one block away along Santa Fe Ave) and there is a subway station two blocks away. Hailing a taxi on the street is also easy.
In the immediate neighborhood I found really good cafes, bakeries, gelato shops and restaurants (including 24-hr) as well as produce and grocery stores. There is a major shopping street a block away and an upscale mall just past that. I went to a nice local park (Parque Las Heras) a few times, it is a short walk away.
The apartment itself is a homey oasis to return to. It has tons of character, beautiful wood floors, lots of natural light, nice furniture. There is a large furnished kitchen so sometimes I cooked there. Everything was in the whole place was in perfect working order.
I loved the french doors and would open them wide up in the morning to fill the place with fresh air. When you close them they do a good job of blocking out traffic noise. Another thing I liked is that there are shuttered exterior blinds that block out the light so that the early morning sunlight doesn't wake you up. There is a nice compact stereo to listen to the radio or your own music.
And probably one of fondest memories is the king size bed in the main bedroom: it was SO COMFORTABLE!!! I travel a lot for my work and stay at many different hotels and I have to say that if I could bring home any bed it would be this one! Hahaha. Even better than the Westin and Marriott beds.
Overall, the apartment was like being at home in a cool city. It was very clean and secure. I will be recommending it to anyone I know travelling to Buenos Aires.

We were very impressed with the accomodation as well as the location of this property. The owners made sure every detail was looked after to help take all the stress out of arriving in a new city. The property manager speaks perfect english and gave us some valuable tips to navigate the city.
The apartment is located in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Cabs are extremely plentiful and reasonably priced. The apartment is very comforatable! Especially the beds. After a long day of exploring the city it was so nice to have a comforatable matress with luxurious linens to slip into. Attention to detail does not go unnoticed in this stunning apartment.

This was the perfect apartment for us! My girlfriend and I were visiting my daughter who had been living in BA for 3 1/2 months. She, my daughter, had given up her apartment and the 3 of us stayed here. Robert, the owner, had sent us quite a bit of information about tango, restaurants, sites, etc. Then when we arrived, we were met by Beatriz, who also gave us all kinds of tips and advice, and couldn't have been nicer. Located in a vintage building, the apartment looked and lived like brand new. There was everything we could possibly want. The location was great! Within a block we had Starbucks, another coffee shop, and the best empanadas ever! It was actually quite a busy area, but once in the apartment you would never guess there was a bustling city right outside your door - including a flower stand we frequented to celebrate our good fortune to have booked this apartment!
