Love the location! Close to everything including the bike trails! My dogs and I loved the fenced in yard. The only thing negative I have to say is that it lacks air conditioning. We had to go buy a fan just to keep cool. A window a/c would be a suggestion to make it an awesome little place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage as did our 2 pups! It was very well located near the University and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

For the price, this is a wonderful place to stay. The home did become warm by the end of the day (in August). A shade on the back door would alleviate some of the heat. Air conditioner in bedroom, though, worked well!

The house is clean and small. The fenced back yard was good for letting our pets be outside for a bit. The location is fantastic, close to the best things the city has to offer.

Great spot
We stayed here during the week while getting our floors redone at our house in Fort Collins. It was a great place to be for the week and Dawn was very helpful. The house is very clean and in a great location!

Excellent location and has all the essentials
Overall this had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. You can’t beat the location. You can walk to coffee, downtown, the trail, and so many breweries. The only negative was that there is only one small window AC unit in the master to cool the house, but it did a decent job of keeping the house comfortable. We brought a fan that helped keep the other bedroom cool. There was some confusion as the address listed for the check-in instructions was different that the actual address the VRBO was located. The digital house information sent via VRBO was also different than the handout in the home. The host was great to communicate with and friendly.

Cute place
The cottage was very cute, being older it gave a nice old fashioned vibe…..it was decorated nicely and had everything you needed. Being I said a month with my 3 dogs, I brought along a lot of my stuff to use. Only down side.1) No Air Conditioning! Don’t know if I overlooked that part or not, but boy was it HOT. But they did supply fans! Helped some. 2) and the back door leading out back was glass top to bottom! No covering at all! Think a drape or curtain would be good thought. But otherwise…it was great!

Perfect for our little elopement!
This place was adorable and just perfect for the 2 of us and our husky. Only problem we had was no air but we’re grateful for it cooling down at night time and that we found fans. Mainly so our dog could relax and sleep without panting the whole night. We also couldn’t get the WiFi to work but it worked in our favor to not be on our phones the whole time! The person before us also never picked up after their dog so we cleaned up a bit. Other than that I would 100% come back! Beautiful view of the mountains and that’s what we wanted!

Amazing location
10 min walk to O’Dells and Sweetwater breweries. 5 min walk to New Belgium. 15 min walk to downtown. If you’re looking to do a brew tour of Ft Collins there is no better location. Property was in good shape with a fenced in backyard which was nice

recent stay Jan12-February 9
We just returned from a extended stay in this cottage and it was wonderful. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and cafes. Definitely walkable if weather is warm enough. We took our lab and the large fenced yard was great. Dawn the owner was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Great locat ion and quiet lovely neigherhood
This place worked out well for us. The backyard was great for our dog and sitting outside. Our only issue was the place was really dusty and I even bought a mop to mop the floor. There wasn't a vaccum but fortunately we were travelling with our Roomba vaccum. Also, there was mold under the sink which lead to some allergy issues, A couple of the windows didn't lock but we put a piece of wood there and we felt safe. That said this house is being fixed up and we would indeed stay here again if the mold issue was resolved.

Perfect location!
This cozy cottage really feels like home. The house is clean, well cared for and comfortable, and if you have a pet, you cannot beat the huge fenced-in backyard. Bonus, it is within walking distance to some great spots in Fort Collins.

Loved the neighborhood, very quite. Walking distance to Old Town Fort Collins. Private back deck for romantic dining. We stayed for 6 weeks and already missing it. I recommend!!

I loved my stay in this simple cottage in an old quiet neighborhood. It is very close to the freight train tracks but traffic was minimal. If you will be doing a lot of cooking, the kitchen in small but has all the pots and pans you cold possible need. I contacted the owner a couple of times and she responded to take care of some very minor issues. The yard was great for my dog, but if you have a small dog that likes to escape, beware of the spaces in the fence at the front.I would happily stay there again.

Family fun Vacation
We had a beautiful trip enjoying the back yard barbecue, and fire pit. Dawn was so helpful when we could not get the TV to work she came right over and took care of the problem. The house is so close to everything we wanted like the downtown Old Fort Collins, the mountains, local shops even Walmart. It was extremely hot when we were there, but the AC in the master bedroom, with the fans through out the house took care of that. My little dog loved the fenced in yard and had fun chasing the squirrels and rabbits. If we get to come back to Fort Collins we will definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem
Don't be fooled by it's restrained appearance.....this place has it all. Walk out the door and you're staring at New Belgium. 5 min. from Odell's. 5 min. from Old Town. 5 min. stroll and you're on the Poudre Trails!! Very quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. Keyless entry a big plus. Nice updated and open concept floorplan. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house!! Smart. Decent sized concrete patio and a large privacy fenced yard for your pooches!! To sum it up with one word it would be "value". We'll be back.

Awesome Time !!!!!
My family & I had such a wonderful time in Fort Collins. The house was perfect for our visit. Dawn had given great directions on how to find the house and entry into it. The beds were awesome and having the fenced in back yard for our little dog was great. We enjoyed the fire pit with our family and the neighbors were quite so we enjoyed a nice evening every night of our stay. We will be coming back and hope we will be able to get this beautiful place again. Thank you Dawn for everything!!

small but functional. neighborhood was quite and the yard was great for the dogs.
house is older and bathroom a little small for someone 6-2 but as a whole it was good. it is close to town and worked well as a home base for the week we were there. Had everything as far as amenities.

Amazing
My husband and two dogs were looking for a getaway place and found exactly what we were looking for. The cottage was within walking distance to breweries and Old Town. The New Belgium tour is well worth it even if you're not a beer lover. We took a short drive every morning to find a walking trail to explore different parts of the La Cache Poudre River and Horsetooth Reservoir. It was an easy day trip to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The cottage was very clean and had every thing we needed. The back yard was perfect for our dogs. It was hot while we were there, but with the windows open and fans provided were very comfortable, and of course at night the temps cooled down. Dawn was very accommodating and was easy to contact. We will definitely use this cottage again when we decide a Colorado getaway is what we need!!
