The house is exactly as advertised and clean. Was great for a trip with our extended family. The screened in porch was especially nice.

In many ways, the house was even nicer than describ4ed. The unexpected added amenities made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely appliances. The owner made an extra effort to ensure that we had what we needed for our trip to the beach - thank you! We would definitely return for another stay on Country Club Drive.

We have stayed many places in Rehoboth Beach. This home has been our best experience. I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for 25 years. Our group fit well into this property. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was a huge plus. We enjoyed the screened porch and patio. The house is well equipped and very clean. We would stay here again. The owners are great to work with.

We had a lovely stay. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, and we especially loved evenings on the screened-in porch. The only thing I'd note it that the spiral staircase may not be great for young kids, as they could fall through the railing given its wide spacing. I'd definitely recommend the house for adults or families with older kids.

Just a great trip and look forward to doing it again. Everything was just right and check in/out was a breeze!

Very nice place to stay. My family and I liked it very much. Would definitely stay there again. The walk to the beach is about 5 long blocks. We drove and parked a few times. Other than that it was very nice!

Rented this for a stay after my parents 50th wedding anniversary. House was great for family and friends to spends sometime together. Beautiful patios to enjoy the sea air and loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Two of the bedroom/baths do share one shower which is a little odd but just made sure those rooms where for the same family. Had everything we needed for a short getaway. Would totally stay in this home again!

My four siblings and I (all late 50s-early 60s) and I came from around the world to gather with our adult children for a week in Rehoboth where we had vacationed as children. Eleven of us stayed here and the rest of the group stayed in a different house nearby, but we always ended up here for dinner, games and fun because the house is so perfect for that. Several different areas for small groups to gather so some can chat while others play a game, while others do a puzzle while others play music. We especially enjoyed the large screened back porch.
It's an easy walk to the Ave and a bit longer, but still totally walkable, to the beach. We usually had one car drive up to drop chairs, towels and umbrellas, but then we all walked back and forth all day as the mood struck us.
The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was clean and well-maintained. All five bedrooms having their own bath (plus a half-bath off the kitchen) was awesome. Two bedrooms technically share a bathroom, but the access is through the shower, and each side has its own toilet and sink that you can use in relative privacy while someone is showering.
The circular staircase to the upper level is a little shaky, but no one had problems with it. That said, there is one downstairs bedroom if someone in the group can't do stairs.
If we make it back to Rehoboth again, this is definitely the place we'll look to book!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable property. The large kitchen was extremely well appointed with new appliances and very well stocked with cooking gear and plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, etc. for large groups. The dining room had seating for 8 or 10 if you squeeze in. There was also a screened in porch to seat everyone if you wanted to be outdoors. All 5 bedrooms had their own small bathroom which is very nice. Thanks to John for the great communications and quickly responding to our questions and needs.

Fun with the family
The house was just as advertised, a great family house. The porch was perfect for fun game nights. We all had a great time.

Comfy, clean beach vacay house
We had a great stay at this property. Clean, had all necessary amenities aside from the standard needing to bring linens and towels. Reasonable walk to the beach and to downtown restaurants/shops. John was great about letting us know the procedure for check-in, and gave us the heads-up on Farmer’s Market day to make sure we didn’t miss out.

Rehoboth Family Vacation
Nice property in a nice neighborhood. Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was really well stocked with cooking gear. Large beautiful screened-in back porch where our group spent a lot of time. Nice that we could choose to either eat inside (on hot/humid days) or eat outside on the porch. Both locations had large dinner tables to accommodate 8. John, the owner, was always very responsive to questions and communicated frequently. Checkin was easy and we appreciated the keypad entry (no keys to lose or share with our large group). The only quasi-drawback was the distance to the beach (3+ long blocks to lug beach gear). The spiral staircase was ok although young children or older adults might not be comfortable on it. We appreciated most bedrooms having their own bathroom (other than the two bedrooms that share a jack&jill walk-through shower). We just tried to ensure those two bedrooms were occupied by members of the same family for privacy purposes. Overall, a very nice beach rental!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
John is a gracious host who maintains a wonderful home with all the amenities! We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch that faces a beautifully maintained back yard. All the bedrooms are spacious, and the upper deck is great if you want to do any sunbathing. It's a 5 minute walk to Rehoboth Avenue and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. And with parking always being a challenge in Rehoboth, John's home provides three off street spots and 2 on street parking passes.
I highly recommend his home - you won't regret it!

We stayed at the property with my family (2 adults + 2 under 7), my mom, and my sister (2 adults + a 1 year old) for a family beach vacation in late August.
Pros: Very short drive to the beach (about 2 mins). It comes with 2 parking passes so we never had to pay for a meter for the beach. It was a little too far to walk with young kids and all the beach gear but we knew that and were fine walking. It had plenty of rooms for all of us to stay and we even had an extra unused room. Communicating with John the owner was SUPER speedy and fast. When we saw a mouse at the property, he had an exterminator come as soon as possible. (We never saw him again nor any signs of him like droppings, so maybe he was only staying outside?). There are enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed and didn't have any issues with the circular stair case. The kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were all updated. The kitchen, first floor powder room, bedroom, and FF bathroom were all updated. Floors were updated, too. We mostly used YouTube to watch anything on TV since we didn't want to log in with our accounts and then not be able to log out when we left. WiFi access was very easy to use. They had a trash service that came regularly, also. Laundry was easy to use, as well.
Cons: The second floor was a little more dated. It wasn't really a detriment since we were out and about most of the week, but the ceiling above one of the showers had mold on it and the shower curtain in another bathroom also had mold in it. This is probably because there aren't fans in the bathroom, so the mold is harder to prevent.
All in all, I recommend the property. It will be hard to find a better location that won't cost you thousands of dollars more. It's a good value.

This house was not new, but very clean, and fairly close, (but a good walk) to the main street and beach. The kitchen was decent and pretty well stocked with cooking gear. Did not like the spiral staircase. Overall good stay.

The space was great for our multi-family group and parking was convenient. We also liked the screened-in patio and the upper deck. We walked to the boardwalk area and Rehoboth Ave., and the park a few blocks away had a playground next to a creek/lake that had a lot of turtles and fish — great for the kids! Paid parking was also easy on the streets right by the boardwalk. John was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

We had a great stay. House is like the description and photos. There is a lot of room in the house, including the screened in porch and upper deck to spread out. We were there on a week-long multi-generational family trip and did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Great location with quick walk to the main road. Check in was really easy and the use of a keypad on the front door made it easy to flexible to come and go as you please. There was a lot of parking available on the street, which was great for multiple cars. The individual bathrooms were a huge bonus and it did not lose water pressure or temp when multiple showers ran at the same time. We had 10 people and 3 of those were children, who loved the bunk beds. There were some issues with cleanliness (coffee maker water dispenser full of grounds, dirty face mask in drawer, significant cobwebs under tables and beds, and dirty bandaid on top bunk) but this was most likely not the fault of the owners and instead the cleaning crew. Otherwise this location is highly recommended for large groups.

Great Stay!
The House was awesome. The location is a short walk to downtown. Very cozy. And the back screened in porch was great place to hang out during the evening. Totally would book again. Two things to mention. Beds are a bit firm and are loud ( in the creaking sense). As mentioned in a previous review, it does get a bit warm upstairs but each room has a ceiling fan which does help cool things down. Also, the spiral staircase is cool but be careful around it. We had two incidences where one of us weren't looking and walked right into it. Overall though, we plan on booking again!

Booking and check in was so very efficient.
Nice safe neighborhood and there is a terrific playground just 3 short blocks away. The spiral staircase is a little annoying but not terrible. Had to be especially careful with the toddlers.
Best part is the lighted screened in back porch. Ample seating and tables and an enjoyable place to hang out.

We had a great time being at Rehoboth at this house. It was very clean (which is very important to us). The kitchen was well equipped. And the outside space was great. The porch was a nice place to expand the living space. And having a nice grill (with a full tank of propane) made it great for the dinners. There was a place to store our stuff (bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas) out of the weather. It was great having a bathroom attached to each bathroom, but we weren't expecting the "Jack and Jill" shower which made the older teens that were sharing it awkward, but we managed just fine. (Maybe we missed it in the description.) It was really hot during our week, and the A/C kept the downstairs cool all day, but it did get a fair bit warmer in the upstairs until later in the day. Otherwise the house was great, and it worked perfectly for us.

This property was ideal for our large family (6 children, 2 parents, grandparents, aunt and nanny). It was a nice walk to the beach and to restaurants but far enough out that it was very quiet and we didn't have to be concerned with our younger children going into the front yard.
Very well stocked kitchen. The back porch was ideal for us - we spent a lot of time back there. The rooms were quite comfortable, though the full sized bed in the bunk bed room was not the most comfortable, but not horrible at all - it was probably intended for kids rather than adults.
My one comment for parents with young children - the front door is closed with a smart lock which locks automatically on the outside, but unfortunately it is always unlocked from the inside (so kids can get out the front door). Ideally there would be a deadbolt on the inside which kids can't reach. Again, not a huge problem, but the fix would be quite easy and would make a big difference.
Highly recommended.
