About this house rental

Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides an entertainment center including a 55 inch LCD Sony TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Vista Cay condos are the best place to stay when attending a conference at OCCC for a group of business associates. Very convenient location next to lots of eateries and a Publix grocery store. Highly recommend.

Overall I would say this property is good but we did have a few issues. The first thing was the door code did not work when we arrived I called the number on the contact email and they were able to reset it immediately which was very helpful. The other issue was none of the bedrooms had curtains on the windows. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have blinds just a sheer curtain. We all woke up at 6:30 because of the daylight coming on all of the bedrooms. This is not the hour I would like to rise while on vacation. If they add some good heavy curtains I would be willing to stay here again. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked and clean.

We had a very nice stay. The home was very accommodating, clean and in a beautifully manicured neighborhood. The community pool was clean and hospitable. The location is very close to most of the area attractions we went to.

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good. House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house did have three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to do some stairs to stay here. The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice, gated community area and we all felt very safe. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Needed a place to stay near Orange County Convention Center. Didn’t want to stay in hotel. This place is an easy walk (about 4 blocks) to the convention center. About 7 miles to Disney. About 2 miles to Universal. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and the owner and property manager were very helpful and kind. We left behind a well loved kids blanket and they shipped it out to us the next day. We hope to be back!

Check-in was great (self check-in). The townhouse was spacious and had enough room for our family. I read other reviews about ants but only saw one on the floor. Two suggestions, change the curtains in the kitchen and update the sofa as it was not very comfy (time to be replaced). We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, nice decor, and comfortable beds and plenty of room. We had no issues with management. We were emailed all instructions with passwords and codes days before we left. The location of Vista Cay is perfect whether it be Universal Parks or Disney. Also very safe. The only recommendations I have if renting this condo is to bring bath towels. This condo also had a regular coffee pot with filters and a Keurig. We have been renting condos at Vista Cay for over 15 years. This condo along with other ones we have rented has some kind of sugar ants. You cant leave anything on the counters or they will appear. This is a resort problem not just this condo. I would absolutely recommend and rent this condo again. You can't go wrong. We will be back next year!

We have stayed here many times before and the units are lovely and centrally located to everything. The owner’s property manager at this unit was not attentive at all. We had problems checking in because the booking was with VRBO and the front desk wasn’t given the information. VRBO reached out to the owner and he had expected us to check in with Vista Cay directly and receive an email with instructions from his property manager. The property manager never sent the email and took until the end of day 2 to send us the Wi-Fi code after several attempts to communicate. The unit does need curtains throughout so that the morning sun does not wake you and you have privacy from the kitchen. The accommodations are very nice and the layout is spacious and works well for families and large groups. Overall, our stay was pleasureable and we enjoyed the location very much.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, (1st floor bedroom) but the 2 families that stayed in the upstairs bedrooms were hot. The thermostat doesn’t go lower than 72. Management attempted to fix the issue but said a new thermostat was required. There were lots of ants, but due to the Florida heat and rain Ive heard thats a very common issue. We requested some ant spray and management brought some right over. Owner was easy to deal with and returned messages quickly.

Had a great week in this townhouse! Right across the street from the OCCC as we were there for AAU volleyball. Very clean and plenty of room for us. Met our needs and would stay there again.

Great layout with 2 king beds and 2 full beds. All rooms have ceiling fans 😃 and their own bathroom. Unfortunately, the AC is locked at 72 degrees, so the upstairs’ bedrooms were a bit on the warmer side since we like it cold at night.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this 3 story condo near Universal and Disney. The proximity to theme parks, retail, and restaurants are what made this place home base for us. The 4 bathrooms also came in very handy with the 6 adults staying there. We had one issue with a faulty dryer that the rental company addressed in a timely manor. Other than that, it was a flawless and happy experience!

Our stay was wonderful. The property is perfectly located to Universal and SeaWorld as well as plenty of restaurants. Our only dislike was one of the quest left few items hanging in Closet we reached out to property manager just to be told the cleaning lady didn't find anything. So be very careful to not leave any items behind for it will be taken. However that doesn't take away from location and cleanliness of the property.

This house fit the bill perfectly for our trip to Disney. Only a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. There are also restaurants and shopping within a 2 minute drive of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
