Our gorgeous, ocean view penthouse is nestled high on top of the 23rd floor. You can step out onto a private balcony with spectacular sunrises and gentle ocean breezes that will wash over you for a relaxing vacation that soothes your soul.
This penthouse has two floors with stairs. The living room boasts 12 foot ceilings with a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic.
Located on the Golden Mile, we are a quick 5-15 drive to most attractions. We hope you come and enjoy our condo!
*Condo is two floors so must be able to climb stairs.

We were a larger family (4 adults and two kids) and needed a 3 bedroom place close to the beach. My family typically visit Myrtle Beach for the summer but this was by far the best. The view from the unit was spectacular and getting to the beach was simply a quick ride down the elevator and across which is super convenient with kids. The host was always very quick to respond to any questions I had, both before and during our visit. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay at Myrtle Beach

The home was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described. The ocean view from the upstairs window and downstairs balcony was amazingly beautiful! The home was very clean and up to date. A very short walk across the road to the ocean. I would definitely book this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a place overlooking the ocean. It is also just a 5-10 minute drive from restaurants, family activities, and stores.

Penthouse was OK. It's definitely not gorgeous it's dated and the layout is very odd. When you enter the Penthouse 2 of the bedrooms, and 2 of the bathrooms are on the bottom floor as you come in. The King room is downstairs and has a HUGE (not pretty at all) tub with a shower in the tub. It's odd that it's inside the bedroom next to the bed, the toilet and sink are separate. The balcony is off the king room, so if you want to hang out on the balcony you have to go through the bedroom. You have to go up stairs to get to the kitchen, livingroom and 3rd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom doesn't have a shower or tub. There are no windows that open upstairs. The furniture looked old and has stains. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Over all it was ok.

Great location, the nighttime view is amazing when there’s a full moon. Garage is a little tight, but at least there’s parking. We had a great time and will consider this location for future get aways. Property manager responded to us within minutes on a Friday night after hours about something that really could have waited until Monday!

The condo was not what I expected with an upstairs and downstairs. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The condo cannot sleep more than 5 people comfortably. Not enough dish tablets, toilet paper, and trash bags left for 7 people for the week. The air conditioner did not keep the upstairs cool enough. Garbage disposal does not work, stove light burned out, closet doors broken.

We stayed here last year around the same time. The location and set up are perfect for our 15 year old son and his friends! They can freely go to the beach by themselves and I can watch/see them from the very large window!

We stayed at this property during the music festival in Myrtle Beach. Great views. Quiet beach. New, quick elevators. The only negative thing that I can say is about the parking. There is a separate parking lot for large vehicles that tends to fill up quickly. Security was very helpful in allowing me to park in the employee parking area.

The rental unit is a 3 bedroom condo on the 23rd floor overlooking the ocean. It consists of several bathrooms and also has a kitchen, balcony, and a living room. Location was quiet and fairly close to everything but I would recommend a car. Parking for large SUV’s over 15 feet long ( most 6-7 seater SUV’s) was tight at times and very limited. Staff at the facility were friendly and grounds were kept up nicely. Easy access to beach but unit was slightly dated and did need some touch ups of both paint and ceiling surfaces - nothing too extreme though. We were happy with our choice. Note: Not handicap Accessible/ required stairs to get to kitchen / living room and one of the bedrooms

Nice roomy accommodations. One complaint about mattress being a little stiff. All others were good. A little warm but it was a heat wave. Fans were available. Leaky roof but it didn’t rain while we were there. Great view from balcony. Power went out while we were there but that was a power company thing. Our favorite stretch of beach.

We really enjoyed the property, the cleanliness, and the location. The only concern I would have in the busier months of the summer season is the parking ramp. The ramp is extremely narrow and most SUV's and full size trucks can not got into the parking ramp. There is a lot adjacent to the parking ramp, but we were concerned it would get full if we left the property. Everything else was wonderful!

This proper was the perfect location, not to far from things to do and when you are ready to call it a night this property was that peace away from the fun and noise. We will be back. Thank you for having us. We love how the property manager Mrs. Kathryn was so responsive, gave us great information about the property and things to do.

The view and location were AMAZING! Rigjt on the beach. The balcony off master is nice and plenty of space for small group of friends. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and wifi worked well. The condo is in need of a DEEP clean and some updates like kitchen/bathroom upgrades and paint. The entry door is on floor with master bedroom, small spare room and 2nd full bath. You must be able to do stairs to get to living, kitchen, 3rd bed and a half bath. Supplying soap/toilet paper/paper towels would be a nice amenity to boost the experience. Check in/out was easy and host answered texts very quickly. I would consider staying again.

The space was enough for the 4 of us for the 2 nights. The balcony is off the king bedroom instead of the family room which would be better for families. The twin bedroom is really small. Fresh paint, updated couch, simple upgrades would do wonders for this condo. Simply dated and need some minor repairs. Great location to the beach and ocean front view.

This place is in the perfect beach location. Katie and Richard are the best host . We had one issue while there an they came an took care of it right away. Perfect for a lot of people or even a group of 4 like us . The views from the entire place is breath taking an wonderful. The beach is walking distance an the beach even is clean an beautiful. The pool an hot tub is even nice and clean . Will definitely be coming back soon . Definitely recommended !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wrote a detailed list of problems to the host: most of which included dirty & uncomfortable furniture, terribly dirty & dated kitchen cabinets & shower curtains. Lots of dust: just an unpleasant experience. Been waiting four years for a vacation with the family & it was not good

We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach in our beautiful condo! The condo offered beautiful views of the ocean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was right across the street or there was a nice pool downstairs to use. Katie, the property manager, answered any questions I had within minutes. Parking is a tight squeeze but I’d give this condo a 5 star rating!

We loved our stay here!! It meet all our needs and was very comfortable. The pools, indoor and outdoor, we very clean as well. Our young daughters especially loved the large bath tub to take baths in. Every thing was clean and and working...no problems with anything. Even booking here was simple and every question I emailed was answered right away. I highly recommend renting here!!

We had a wonderful experience at this little slice of paradise. The view from upstairs and downstairs is breathtaking. It is walking distance to a few watering holes and eateries and in the middle of everything. The neighbor was a bit rude. She came out of her unit, stared at us while we waited on the elevator, yelled “Quit slamming that door! It shakes our whole home!” We had not, in fact, been slamming the door, not had we been outside of the unit that day. Other than the crotchety neighbor, this was a flawless experience.

The view is awesome! The balcony in the bedroom is great. However, it is awkward that the only balcony is located in the bedroom. There are 2 showers on the first level. One is in the bedroom and the other is in the hall. No shower upstairs for the bedroom up there. The condo is tired and in need of some TLC. The furniture in the living area is stained so appears (but may not be) dirty.

When I look for vacation spots, I always read the reviews from others. I will be honest I was apprehensive about booking this place. A couple of reviews said worn down and needs updates. So glad followed my gut and booked it anyway! Aside from the MINIMAL aesthetics in the kitchen, this place is breathtaking! It has the "homey" feel, phenomenal views and not to mention every kitchen gadget you'd need! The water pressure in the master bath... heaven! Every question we asked was promptly answered. We will definitely be returning!

So spacious and clean. Been to Myrtle Beach a couple of times and I think this is the best place to stay! Location is great. The property manager communicated with us so quickly and is so nice!! Can’t wait to come back!
