The room was beautiful and decorated so beautifully. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. Loved having the garage to park in. Made it very simple. The hotel it’s in is nice too. We will definitely stay again next year.

Close to all the tourist stuff. Close to restaurants. Convenient access to the beach and pools. Clean room with plenty of beach gear (chairs, toys, towels). The only annoying thing was that there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Highly recommended place to stay.

This condo was beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures, Tom thought of everything, we had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, snacks left in the kitchen, extra toiletries. He spared no expense decorating this condo. It was decorated with beautiful furniture. The beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Very clean condo with a beautiful view. Communication from host was fast. Building had lots to offer, 2 large pools, lazy river. Close to amenities. Kitchenette was perfect as we could make our own meals. Thanks for a great stay! .

Staying in Tom’s place makes you feel like you’re staying at your family’s home. This was our 1st trip to Mrytle Beach and despite the Boardwalk being a little more run down than we had hoped Tom’s place well made up for it. It was exactly as the pictures described, steps from the beach, a great balcony to watch the sunrise, extremely clean, well stocked with all the essentials, cold AC and Tom was very communicative. Rental was a little 10/10

The condo is beautifully updated with everything you need for fun in the sun and R&R. Being able to park your car on the same level as the condo is more awesome than it seems. Host was very responsive and check-in was super easy. Comfy beds, very clean. Nice little treats to welcome us were above & beyond expectations. Will stay here again!

Great central location to activities/shopping and close enough to boardwalk. Pools were great / beach wasn’t overcrowded. Great parking, amenities in unit were terrific, clean and communicative host. Terrific place to spend the week.

We really enjoyed our annual Mother’s Day trip to Myrtle Beach. This unit provided more than expected. It was well clean, the kitchen was well stocked and beach access was very easy. I would stay here again.

Our group had an amazing vacation staying at this property. Check-in was easy, property manager always messaged us back within minutes, condo was extremely clean and well stocked, and location was perfect for us. We were steps from the beach, minutes from the boardwalk and a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The variety of inside and outside pools were perfect for the kiddos. We loved it and will absolutely be coming back!

Tom was very responsive to all my questions. The place waa very clean and well stocked. We loved the snacks and coffe pods that he left for us. The beach chairs and umbrella for the beach is a huge plus! The location is great and the view...AMAZING! We are already talking about when we can go back.

Tom leaves no stone unturned. 707 is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is close to everything you want to do. The attached parking garage is super convenient. The beds are so comfortable. Being right on the beach for the sunrise and sunset is so amazing. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We drove 16 hours home and I realized I forgot my expensive dental night guard on the bathroom counter- Tom was so responsive, was able to retrieve it, and ship it back to me! What a blessing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is exactly as shown in the listing, beautiful, clean and well stocked. There are lots of movies, beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, and kitchenware. Tom was quick to respond when we had questions. The location can't be beat, an easy walk to Pier 14, a lots of other shopping and dining options in the 8 block radius.

The view is amazing! The location was perfect, right on the beach. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you would need and very clean. An added bonus is being able to drive right up to the floor you are staying on and parking so close. Tom is a wonderful host - great communication and very responsive! And did I mention the view!! Highly recommend - it will not disappoint!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the Boardwalk and convenient to Route 501 which we used to go to Conway for my granddaughter's graduation. I highly recommend it.

Only complaint is that 1 week wasn’t enough. We were sad to leave this comfortable space! All of your needs are taken care of! From Dish soap, laundry soap and towels to a collection of family movies they have everything covered! We’ve stayed at many locations close to Camelot and wish we found this gem sooner. Garage access made everything so much more convenient. We have been traveling to MB since 2013. Best place so far!

Was surprised that the rms were smaller than what the pics showed online, but it was very nice! Loved the decor, and the condo had Everything! Even snacks! Beach chairs too! Beautiful ocean front!

We stayed for a long weekend . We had 6 adults. The condo is updated and clean . Had everything we needed. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella for the beach. I would highly recommend this condo. It was very easy to get ahold of Tom and he answered all questions quickly.
