Families can enjoy this spectacular ocean view, 5 bedroom plus home, featuring 4600 square feet of comfort with pacific ocean and beautiful Morro Bay views. Experience the best of California here on the central coast, where the fresh cool ocean air calls you to get out and explore the numerous outdoor activities. You will want to visit Montana De Oro, just minutes away with it's miles of scenic coastal trails, tide pools and beaches. You can choose golfing, hiking, kayaking, surfing, deep sea fishing, or enjoy wineries, festivals, farmers markets or take in the arts at galleries and special events. When there is not enough time to cook, you will find dozens of fine and unique restaurants in the area. All of these things are close and convenient and we provide maps to make things easy to find.
This spacious home includes 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin trundles(6 twins)and a queen sleeper sofa in the recreation room. The large generously equipped kitchen with center island, jenn aire stove and double oven provides plenty of room for the whole family to share in preparing meals. You will enjoy ocean views while cooking or sitting at the large kitchen table seating 8. The kitchen is open to the den, as well as close proximity to the large stainless steel barbeque on the back patio just steps out the kitchen door. One of the finest coastal views can be found in the private backyard, where the patio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay and the ocean. The comfortable patio set has enough seating for eight.
There is a beautiful separate living room, a family room with 65"' SmartTV, Bluetooth speaker and wireless high speed internet. A spacious ocean view recreation room is equipped with a game table, pool table, PIANO and wet bar. Games and books for children and adults included.
The three upstairs bedrooms include the enormous spectacular view master suite with a king bed and one of the 3 gas fireplaces. There are two walk in closets, a master bath with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. While looking out the huge bay window you can watch deer in the back yard, while taking in the beautiful ocean view from inside or on the balcony of this fantastic room.
Upstairs bedroom 2 has a luxury queen bed and a twin trundle (2 twins) bed along with a 55" Smart TV. A large patio slider takes you out on the deck where you will smell the Eucalyptus trees while enjoying the spectacular ocean views.
Upstairs bedroom 3 is very spacious and has another queen pillow top luxury bed with a twin trundle bed and 55" Smart TV
This house comes with a transportable crib, 2 pack and plays, high chairs, booster seats and a stroller.
The main level bedroom 1 has a comfortable KING extra thick pillow top bed, a 55" Smart TV and has easy access just inside the entrance to the house and adjacent to the full bath, formal living and dining rooms. There are no stairs required to enter the house or the main level bedrooms.

The view is phenomenal! You can see Morro Rock from the upstairs bedrooms & from the backyard. The location is close to all of the sites. Very spacious & clean home - accommodates both extroverts & introverts. The house is well appointed - stocked with everything you could possibly need & ample parking in the driveway. We had an amazing stay. Denise is great with communications! Would give 12 stars if I could.

My extended family stayed a week in this wonderful house for a family reunion and birthday celebration for our mother. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the spectacular views delighted my 87-year old mother who has limited mobility. Our host Denise went above and beyond by decorating the house for her birthday, in addition to providing lots of helpful advice on bakeries, restaurants, etc. (She is the most thorough and thoughtful VRBO host I’ve ever worked with.)
It can be hard to find a house that has kitchen, dining, and bathroom facilities sufficient to match the number of beds & bedrooms, but this one does, easily. We never felt cramped. All 10 of us enjoyed watching the wonderful variety of wildlife who visited the property: bunnies, quail, red-shouldered hawks, and even a raccoon and a coyote!

There were 6 of us who travel to fun places at least once per year. This is the first time we have traveled together since July, 2022 and this was the perfect place and location. This house has lots of room with several gathering areas. Most important enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great home to stay in. We were a group of 16 friends that get together 1x a year. This was our 39th year and 2nd time staying here.
Room for everyone, home is well stocked with all kitchen and linen items.
The view can’t be beat and we enjoyed sitting out in the back yard.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for the 4 different families (my parents, my 2 sisters and their families, and my family), even with the weather not being great and needing to spend more time in the house than anticipated. The house also had a bunch of useful items for our kids- high chairs and booster seats, pack and plays and cribs, and toys for the older kids.
The view is wonderful, and there is a nice yard for kids to play in. We made the short drive into Montana de Oro for a hike in the dunes which was fun for the whole family. We would definitely stay again!

This was the absolute perfect property for our stay. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home had absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, dining room and two of the bedrooms as well as the back yard. This is a large home and there was plenty of room for our family to either hang out together or spread out for a bit of private relaxation.
While a bit dated in places, the homeowner is definitely working on modernizing and the home is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is available. The game rooms, both pool and ping pong tables, provided entertainment when the weather was not conducive to being outside. Plenty of space to allow the family to dine together.
The home is conveniently located within minutes of Los Osos and several state parks as well as only a short drive to Morro Bay.
The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and provided a bunch of information about things to do, restaurants, entertainment, etc in the area.
Highly recommend if you need a large, comfortable home to host family or friends. The gorgeous view and game rooms are icing on the cake! 5 stars all around!

Los Osos is a gorgeous place with lots of nearby trails and scenic beauty. The house itself was so comfortable with such magnificent views of Morro Bay, we might never have ventured out! Between the pool table, pingpong table, and piano playing we were well-entertained. The kitchen was fantastic for our group that prefers to self-cater on vacation. The first floor accessibility (bedrooms and all gathering areas) was perfect for the mobility impaired elders. And there are about 20 species of bird that happily pass through the back yard, especially in response to bird seed. We couldn't recommend this rental property more highly.

This was our second stay. Plenty of room..2 eating areas, 2 living areas and a game room with pool table…all rooms have a beautiful view of Morro Bay!

We had our first stay in los Osos with extended family. I needed to find somewhere to fit a multitude of us. This worked perfectly! The house had nearly every amenity we could need, infant items, toys for children to play with, games for adults to play, a Kitchen with every gadget you could need and even beach items. We happened to visit on a weekend there was a heat wave and did not realize the property did not have AC but had plenty of fans to help. We were pleasantly surprised with the smart tvs in each room. This cozy home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a cute town where everyone around seemed kind, and actually said hi to you when you walked past. We hope to return with our family one day!

Home was just what we were looking for. No one felt cramped or unable to find a private space. Allowed everyone in the family to stay under one roof to experience coffee in the mornings with stunning views, happy hour out back in the beautiful backyard and fantastic football Sunday. We were here for my son’s wedding on Saturday in SLO. It was the perfect extended weekend. Thanks for your hospitality.

Large home that 10 of us stayed in for a 4 days in Los Osos. Great central coast location with awesome views of Morro Bay from the home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. Pool table and ping pong table for fun activities. Close to Montano de Oro park for hiking and Morro Bay for restaurants. Communications with owner were timely and helpful. Overall, experience was positive and I recommend this home.

Check in was about as easy as it gets. We had a pre-thanksgiving extended family gathering with my in laws, brother and sister in law and our kids and grandchild (ages ranged from 4 to late teens for the kids). The first thing we all noted was the amazing view of the bay from the backyard, the kitchen and the master bedroom, which all faced North. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. We had most of our meals there and bbq’d two nights on the outside Weber grill. The kids were always entertained with the game room that included the pool table. Previous guests had damaged a couple of the pool ques and when the property manager checked on us to see if we needed anything, my wife must have mentioned it to her because she was there with replacements within an hour or so. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a big family, this is it! You won’t find anything even close to this in price on the central coast. Parking is somewhat limited because of the rental ordnances from the county that won’t allow parking on the street, but there are options a couple of blocks down the street for overflow parking. You can still get 5-6 vehicles in the driveway/garage, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again next year.

Our group of friends loves to come to Morro Bay to spend time together and celebrate life! This house was the perfect location to not only accommodate all of us (9 adults) but also is well set up and is close to many of the areas that we love to visit! The house was clean, offered a great game room where we were able to play pool, ping-pong and board games along with a great view of the "rock" in Morro Bay. Beautiful place - thanks so much!

This spacious and beautiful home was just perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! With 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms it had plenty of room for us all. There was abundant room for different family activities in the large kitchen with breakfast area, separate dining room, living room, family room and game room with pool table. The spectacular view of Morro Bay from all the common areas was absolutely amazing! The property manager, Denise, was extremely hospitable and kind, and responsive to any questions or requests we had. This home provided my family with a comfortable and memorable vacation!

Denise from day one was very interested in making the stay great. She let us change check-in a little to make it work for part of the family. Well maintained and clean. It is an older home taken well care of. The area and Town was very laid back and casual. Would stay there again if we go to that area!

Our family of adults, children and infants got together for a family gathering to celebrate birthdays and spend a few days, taking time out of busy lives to just be together. A wonderful house with lots of room. Beautiful view of the bay.

Perfect for our women's group retreat!
The six of us loved having our annual retreat here! We had plenty of space and enjoyed fixing meals together in the well-stocked and large kitchen. The view was awesome…quiet neighborhood, proximity to beaches, hiking trails, Audubon bird lookout, restaurants. Denise was so wonderful and so accessible. She went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. No wonder she has over 100 five star ratings!!
