Everything went well and condo was nice

Location close to downtown. Older unit that could use some tlc.

Very clean and well-equipped townhouse. Nice backyard, good for pets. Nice, quiet neighborhood. A few blocks from main downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice townhouse apartment. The location was great, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Elinor, the owner, was very quick to respond to our questions. Kitchen was small,
and lacked things like a 9x13 baking dish, and a good sauté pan, but we made do with what we had. We also enjoyed a few meals at local restaurants.

Home was not ready when we arrived later than anticipated, not early. Slept on towels we found in a closet. No response when messaging owner. Housekeeping came in next day and said it's like this all the time. Owner does not realize when home is booked and then let's her know a day late. Was told to park in a certain spot but someone was parked there the second day. No response again from owner when letting her know. Great location though and quiet.

Arrived very late on Friday night & had let the host know this. Walked in to dirty towels in bathrooms, dirty sheets on the beds, home had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Was able to communicate with host and a cleaning person came over promptly (11 p.m.) to make beds and put in clean towels. Cleaning person returned the next day to clean the place, she was wonderful. However bathroom rugs were not washed. The home has old furniture, bathrooms need updating, kitchen sink has 'water knock'. And like many others state; if we are to enter thru the back door THERE NEEDS TO BE IDENTIFICATION AT THE DOORS. We had no idea which townhome was the one we were renting from the backside of the 8 that were all connected. This doesn't matter if it is day time or night time arrival. The parking spots need to be better identified, larger numbers and reflecting would be good. The town and surrounding area are adorable and friendly. We did the Lady's Island Garden Club 'Tree Walk' it was a lot of fun walking around and hunting for the identification tags on the trees. The tag numbers need to be updated and match the online directions. But it got us walking around the historic district and seeing all the different homes. Little Hunting Island Boneyard Beach is worth the trip. The beach with all the huge dead trees was like a Salvador Dali painting. The tide was out and there were stranded jelly fish laying in the sand. Very cool! Wonderful walk historic downtown.

We have stayed here before so know the residence and the area. We feel that the house has been neglected and is showing as its overall feeling was one of shabbiness. Lightbulbs in ceiling fixtures were burned out, a picture had fallen off the wall (though that could have happened after cleaning) and one bedside lamp no longer worked.
We hope some TLC will be in the future as this is a great location and we have all enjoyed our stays-human and dog!
4.7
The townhome is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to the historic district. Park your car and walk to The Point, the water and Bay Street.

The house had an Oder. Towels and bed covers substandard. Booked four nights, stayed only two.
She charged us $160 for a dog staining her carpet. We don’t own a dog and did not bring a dog. I don’t allow a dog in my house. She accused us of not being truthful. We own a VRBO rental for 9 years.in Myrtle Beach. At 80 years old, I don’t need to lie over $160 dollars. So sad for her.

great location.....

This 2 story condo had all we needed for our stay. It had parking for us and our little U-Haul. It had a backyard to let the pups run around. It had a fire pit we didn’t get to use due to rainy weather. It had WiFi. Lots of space. And a cute little kitchen. The board games were awesome. We played one with just us three and had a blast.
4.7
The property was perfect for our girls getaway. It was easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The property was comfortable and well outfitted. Although it was a little dated it was clean and perfect for relaxing.
4.7
It was a nice townhouse

My second stay here and love this place. Clean, close and I hated to leave. Love the area this townhouse is in.

We had no communication on the door key box. What was the code for the keys. Luckily we had used Vrbo before so we could figure the code out for the keys. The dishwasher is vary load and doesn’t clean the dishes vary well. The washer and dryer didn’t work that well either. But with these hiccups it was a great area. Vary peaceful. Walking distance to the board walk
by the inlet.

Beautiful condo! Perfect for the three of us ladies. It was a great location to downtown, but in a quiet area. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area
4.7
We had a wonderful stay in Beaufort. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us with 2 upstairs and 1 down and the 2 bathrooms with an extra sink and area to get ready upstairs was really great. The location with walking distance (only 5min) to everything on the main strip and waterfront was amazing. Elinore was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great place, great location and a great price!

The location of this property was wonderful--walking distance to Bay Street, the Spanish Moss Trail, the National Cemetery, and all downtown Beaufort has to offer.
The property was clean and ready upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. It is worthy to note that there is not a split HVAC system, so the upstairs is considerably warmer than the downstairs. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Upon arrival, someone was in the unit's parking space, but as soon as they left, I moved my car there. The space was difficult to find because the number on the curb has faded. We originally wanted to bring our dog, but I did not hear from the owner in time to make that happen, so I made other arrangements. Communication was average, but not as responsive as other VRBO owners I have dealt with. I would recommend this rental to those desiring a downtown Beaufort location with easy access to the islands, Port Royal, and Parris Island.
4.7
The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of towels for the showers and cook ware in the kitchen. I just wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy all the wonderful things to see and do inthe area.Should we beable to get back to the area I will definitely try to stay again.
4.7
It was close to our son and daughter-in-laws house. We walked to their house in the mornings. It was close to town also.
4.7
Wonderful townhouse and a great location. Also have wonderful neighbors that are always so much fun to talk to you. Only downside is the kitchen is extremely small and the dishwasher is a bit moody. I recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in Beaufort.
4.7
The location was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The only challenge was that townhouse has a damp and musty smell. Suggest that the owner get a dehumidifier and use air fresheners.

My wife and frequent travel partners went to the Taste of Beaufort. We have been going to this yearly celebration since before the Plandemic and always have stayed in the historic district. This property has excellent location as its very close to downtown and by the most part a nice condo. The only thing I can say negative about the property is I felt that it really needs updated. You can tell that it was most likely built in the 80’s and I doubt anything has been done to the property since then with maybe the exception of a coat of paint. The back deck and yard could use some major attention. The mattresses upstairs in the twin bedroom according to our guest were not good and all of the pillows could be updated. Overall it was a nice place to stay but could use updated and a very deep cleaning. I would definitely stay there again and I am trying not to give this unit a bad review because that is not my intentions. I am just trying to give some friendly advise as I have rental units myself and sometime get overwhelmed with upkeep and to be honest do not know anything is wrong until my renters bring it to my attention. I would give it a 5 star if the things I mentioned were done.
4.7
Quiet neighborhood with a short walk into town. Nice little outdoor space in backyard.
4.7
The location is great! Walkable to town but not busy or noisy. Some new flooring would do wonders for the place. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The garbage disposal was broken and sink was leaking which took 2 weeks to fix due to plumber problems. The back yard isn't really fenced for pets. Overall a good place for the price.
4.7
This property is centrally located and convenient to all of Beaufort’s sites. We highly recommend it.
4.7
We arrived at 4am, parked in back as directed and there weren't house numbers on all the townhouses...including the one we were to stay in. Extremely frustrating.
With that said, the townhouse was delightful. Comfortable and homey.
4.7
Very nice property. Conveniently located a few minutes from the city and most importantly 20 minutes from Parris Island for marine graduation. I enjoyed my stay! Also host was very nice.
4.7
We rented property for boot camp graduation. Property was very easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood that was very conveniently located. We did not get to do much around Beaufort do to proximity of Hurricane Ian. Very nice property would stay there again.
4.7
The property was a good location. Upstairs, bed spread was dirty and smelled. Placemates on table were dirty, carpet was stained and oven would not heat, it said it was 350 degrees, but I doubt it got that hot, I put potatoes in and had to finish them in the microwave. Outside and inside needed maintenance.
4.7
Very nice property. Owner was very communicative. Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean. Looking forward to staying again.
4.7
I will be back if available next year.
4.7
This property is older and it is showing wear and tear. The front steps are rotted and unstable . The rail for the inside of the home was loose. The bed in upstairs room was broke and mattresses were on the floor. The owner did make me aware of this issue on check in date. Just disappointed .
4.7
Great location easy walking distance to dining and shopping. I would recommend bringing along your own pillows however due to the condition of the ones on each bed.
4.7
Great location! Good space.
. Great location and plenty of space for the family and dog. If you are a stickler for cleanliness this may not be the place for you. I travel with my dogs all the time. When I walked in there were multiple soil marks on the carpet. I took photos to send to the owner so that she could know that It wasn’t my dogs. I sent her a message right away and I didn’t get a message back for 2 days. That message was not a sorry of any sort but just a message asking me to be more specific. Great location and good amount of space. If you are looking for super clean this may not be for you.

So happy
Just what us older gals needed. Great location, comfortable, helpful scrap book with all info for area, and definitely on our list of places to return to.
4.7
Great location! About a 4-5 block walk to the main strip of stores. Townhouse had off street parking. It was very clean and comfortably laid out. The kitchen was small but had everything you need. Perfect for coffee and a quick breakfast, or a late night snack. Our only complaint was the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms need replacing. The mattress in the upstairs master was so loud, every time we got in or out of bed, the creaking of the mattress could be heard downstairs. My teens said the twin mattresses were not great either. Overall, we would stay there again, we would just bring a mattress topper with us.
4.7
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for me and my wife. Very clean, very well furnished and supplied with kitchen ware. Barely a thing to criticize - I’d suggest bringing your own pillows. Otherwise a perfect experience.
4.7
Great location and the house is very nice, and cozy.
Owner was very responsive in questions.
