Very nice property close to everything We needed. the house had 99% of everything. We needed in. Could use an electric mixer. Would stay there again

Our stay was ideal in so many ways at the end of July 2024. The home was a just right size for our family group. We used the kitchen for some meals during our time in Beaufort, but when we weren't doing that, the location was also just right for different excursions throughout the Beafort/Port Royal area, Hunting Island, Sea Islands and to Hilton Head for a day trip. The home was clean, was a just right cozy for the space as a whole and had all the pots pans and utencils we needed. The yard space is very nice, and the view of all the oak trees with spanish moss everywhere from the property was awesome. Communication with Joe and Kristi was also just right! All in all, it was really a perfect place for us to stay during our time in Beaufort, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and loved the fact it had 2 full bathrooms. The location was convenient and just a short drive to the historic downtown. Super easy check in and check out process. Very nice stay!

This house was well accomodating. There was enough rooms and beds for everyone. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. And only 30 minutes or so from Hunting Island.

One bed and bath away from rest of rooms. This should be stated in listing. Had problems with hit water. It was very sporadic. Ants were a problem as well.

Great place for two or three days. Appreciated that you chose to put a king bed in the main bedroom, but maybe you could figure out some shelves or something in the corner by the door. Somewhere to play some clothing.

The home was in a great location - close to everything and convenient to downtown. Very clean and well furnished. Offering a desk in one of the bedrooms and throw blankets in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for families. Did not disappoint and would book here again.

The location of the property was perfect for morning walks in the cemetary and bike rides in the neighborhood to water and playground/park. Interior had more space than expected. Bathrooms look recently updated. Kitchen could use a few more items (colander), but we made it work. Floors and baseboards seemed dusty/dirty. Notified owners of minor problem with freezer so they are aware. All appliances in great condition otherwise. Really appreciate the laundry facilities and products. Beds were very comfortable (memory foam, I believe). Overall, I would recommend this property.

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Just a short drive to the store, and restaurants. We stayed there for 3 nights. We stayed there for my son’s Marines graduation. Just 20 minutes to Paris Island. Perfect for my little ones and to bring my Marine to decompress before flying back home. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended!! A++

We were in Beaufort to celebrate the graduation of our new Marine from MCRD Parris Island, which was 15 mins. drive from the property. The house was so charming and cozy. We all appreciated the attention to detail, such as lots of fluffy towels, power strips for charging in every room, warm blankets on the couch, soft bedding…made it feel like “home”. We even had farm fresh eggs and pancake mix available from the hosts! The fully equipped kitchen was a big selling point for me, as my Marine wanted a home cooked meal. The neighborhood is very peaceful, despite being minutes from the main road. Although we didn’t do much exploring on this trip, the hosts did provide a pass for visiting local parks and a list of recommendations for local food and recreation. Overall an excellent experience.

The back bedroom with a king is the quietest and allows easy access from both sides. The kitchen table could accommodate four, but needs to be pulled out. The exterior doesn't reflect the comfort and quality of the interior. It's very convenient by bike or car to everything we wanted and needed to do. The free park pass was an unexpected bonus that we used twice. We would stay here again.

We can down for the Shrimp Festival and to do some shrimping. The house was perfect for us! It had plenty of room for four adults and two kids. The house was charming with its old hardwood floors, big moldings, and old wood doors. The house had everything one could need while visiting Beaufort. The location was PERFECT! The beds were comfortable as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. Thanks for hosting us!

Had to move the dates forward by one day and host very accommodating. Outside of the home looks nothing like the inside, which was all updated and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and only short drives from where we wanted to go. I recommend this property.

House was clean, well stocked, accessible, and comfortable. Our boot camp graduate was extremely grateful for the actual bed once she was able to leave Parris Island after graduation. Fairly close proximity to Hunting Island, where we took her Friday afternoon/evening for some beach relaxation, and the house is close to anything you can/would need. Would stay there again!

This property was the perfect stay for our USMC graduation needs. Located close to a variety of grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants. Took us maybe 20-30 minutes to get to base when we needed to. Definitely the right price and location! Place was clean and well maintained!

My husband and I brought his daughter and son in law to visit our favorite town and stayed in this cute house. It had a great feel and ticked all the boxes. The neighborhood was quiet and the covered parking area was a nice surprise. There were extras we didn’t expect to see like different coffees, laundry detergent and even some eggs!!!! The only thing in the Master bedroom there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes-and I hate living out of a suitcase. We made due by rearranging some items in the armoire that housed all the extra stuff for the house. I feel as if you could move the close hanger and put in a piece of furniture with drawers. Otherwise the place was GREAT!!!! Thank you
