Aangenaam verblijf dicht bij de souk en zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel

Het ontbijt was prima en gevarieerd, de locatie van het huis is 3 minuten lopen vanaf de souk

De kamer was wel wat klein zodat er weinig ruimte voor de koffers was

Riad con una excelente relación calidad precio, el personal muy atento y facilitador. El ambiente es muy familiar y te solucionan todo muy rápido. Ubicado solo a 8min andando de la mítica plaza. Muchas gracias Ahmed, Osama y todo el personal que me hizo pasar una agradable estancia.

A beautiful oasis of calm with a mad frantic medina just the other side of the old fashioned castle type door !

Jamel ,Osama and the other guy I can’t remember his name were very helpful giving us directions local tips places to change currency and always welcoming with a big smile.

There was nothing I did not like ! It was beautifully kept by all the staff male and female who were always happy to answer any of our queries!

L’authenticité, l’accueil et la disponibilité de l’équipe Riad charmant en plein Médina. 2 min du souk, 5 min des jardins des secrets et à 10 min de la place.

Amazing Stay, Great Staff and Room!

The property was in an excellent location, everything was clean and tidy and it look really well maintained. The staff in the property were so friendly and helped us out with lots of different things, from letting us stay in a different room because we forgot to give them our key in the morning. They also printed out our boarding passes for us when we realised Marrakesh airport needs physical ones. They were also supportive, calm and helpful during the earthquake. Overall had a great time here and would highly recommend to anyone else! The breakfast and tea was also a lovey inclusion :)

It has a nice set up and a cosy feel to it. The room was traditional and clean.

The swimming pool wasn’t great, I didn’t use it.

Great service, amazing breakfast and nice service.

The riad is really good in terms of authenticity and the service was great by Jamal during check in and the whole stay.

The room was near the sideways, so you can hear everything from people walking outside which doesn’t let you sleep well.

Scam

Do not book with them. Like some others (see google reviews) we also had the issue that we had a confirmed booking with booking.com and when we arrived they said something was wrong with the reservation and they did not have a room for us. How is that possible, when we have confirmation from booking.com and they themselves had even written us after the booking whether they should pick us up from the airport? It was 8 pm on a saturday night when we arrived and they said they did not have a room so we had to look for something else whilst it was already dark and we were in a foreign not so safe city...

Great location, with a lovely courtyard with trees and pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast

It is a beautiful place to stay if you want the authentic morrocan experience. It has a lovely courtyard with trees and a little pool and a fireplace. It also has nice lounge places in the courtyard and the roof. Our room was nice. Breakfast was amazing. We also had a shisha in the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recomandations where to eat and what to visit, where to exchange money. They offer transfer from the airport which is very useful especially because the streets and alleys are like a maze. The location is great, close to everything to visit.

The room was a bit cool and it was a bit difficult to figure out the air conditioning heating.

nice riad at the centre of the medina

cozy atmosphere, great care for details, amazing rooftop with lots of couches to chill out and watch the sunset. Really good breakfast, attentive staff. great location inside the medina, but just a couple streets of the chaos of the markets

I had to leave early on my last day (like 7:30am). so i asked the night before if i could have a coffee around 7 am (breakfast starts at 8am) and i was told that that was fine. next morning no one was around and everything was dark … no biggy, but you know not nice though. one other thing - two days after my stay I received a notification from booking that my stay had been canceled by the host because of no show … mmmm. well, i did show and paid cash for my stay (as requested). again no biggy, just a bit weird.

Perfect Riad with Amazing Staff

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they would quite literally do everything for us. The employees booked tours for us, taxis and gave us multiple restaurant and bar recommendations which were always excellent.Genuinely lovely people and great fun to chat to. The Riad itself is beautiful and very authentic with lovely morroccan/African details. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous and a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious and was served at any time which was great as we are late risers! Over all fantastic wouldn’t change a thing.

Amazing visit to Morocco. Enjoyed every moment, beautiful country, beautiful people.

Ahmed and his team were absolutely amazing, very hospitable and extremely accomodating as well. We all enjoyed our stay at this Riad and would love to come back one day, security aspect made us feel safe and protected.

Exceptional

All the staff at Le Feng Shui were exceptional and very attentive. A special mention to Ahmed who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable at all times, from printing boarding passes to always being on hand with complimentary Moroccan tea. The location is excellent and very close to the Souks. Furthermore, there is a safe and homely feel to the place. Thank you for our stay and we will be sure to be back if visiting Marrakech again. Brian, Nora, Niamh and Emma.

Adequate, but be aware there is no vehicle drop off or pick up from this Riad.

Staff were very good and helpful. Getting transport to airport was efficient. Good internet access. Breakfast was also good. Good heating in room.

Did not realise there was no vehicle access to this Riad. Baggage has to be carted or carried from nearest road through alley ways. Bathroom was in a poor state of repair, with no shower curtain or bath bat.

Great location and very friendly staff. The riad is very beautiful and just a few minutes walking from every attraction of the city. They served a good breakfast and help us to book a shuttle from and to the airport!

Nice, near to where the action is - but without a real pool

Staying in Riad le Feng Shui was nice. Cool rooms, a proper airconditioning, quiet and yet still very close to the Medina. Most of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and in for a chat. Only one of the guys had difficulty with speaking or understanding English. Breakfast is ok, served in the courtyard around the splashpool.

Well, if you call yourself Pool and Spa - you actually should have a pool and/or spa, and not this splashpool. We let ourselevs be deceived a bit also by one of the pictures of that socalled pool... My wife loves to swim so was surprised and disappointed by this.
