Прекрасный риад. Прекрасный отдых и самый заботливый персонал! Отдельное спасибо прежде всего всем ребятам, которые там работают. Они были супер внимательны и заботливы. У нас было ощущение что мы прилетели в гости к давно знакомым друзьям. Они нам все рассказали про Марракеш, рассказали где и что лучше купить, провели через улицы Медины и показали как и куда пройти, чтобы не запутаться, рассказали как себя вести с приставалами на улицах. Мы рассказали им, что хотим привезти из Марракеша некоторые вещи для интерьера, так они отвели нас в проверенные лавки и рассказали реальные цены и сказали как отличить качество. Кормили на завтрак чудесно, мы были 2 ночи и завтрак на утро оба дня различался! Интерьер риада изумительно чудесный! В лобби бассейн, где спасались в жару. Каждый номер уникален в своём интерьере, я выбрала наш из-за ванной, уж очень она мне понравилась. Когда мы приехали, нас вселили в наш номер. На следующий день, уехали другие гости и мы остались одни в риаде и ребята вежливо предложили выбрать нам любой номер и пожить в нем, если нам хочется. В риаде было очень чисто 10+! Есть парковка (платная 50-60 дирхам) рядом с риадом (1 минута пешком). Заранее напишите о ней в риад, вам все расскажут. Очень порадовало, что можно отдать свои вещи и тебе их бесплатно погладят. Всю ночь сидит охранник. Весь персонал говорит отлично на английском. Всем советую этот риад! Тепло уютно и по домашнему. Марракеш был первым городом в нашем путешествии по Марокко, после мы объехали всю страну и останавливались в отелях 5*, но нигде к нам так не относились как в этом риаде! ❤️ Более того, не во всех 5* отелях Марокко знают английский, к сожалению. И никто, никто в отеле вам не будет бесплатно рассказывать и показывать город. Если вы хотите узнать и увидеть город изнутри, узнать о жизни людей в Марракеше и стране и проникнуться страной, вам точно сюда! Прикрепляю фотографии для наглядности красоты риада.

Риад находится в Медине. Будьте к этому готовы. Первое впечатление шокирует, но потом привыкаешь! Все риады в Марокко находятся в Медина.

Exceptional

The room was well-decorated, and comfortable with air conditioning. The riad was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna square, the Souks, and other tourist attractions. We had dinner at the riad which was tasty, but the breakfast was exceptional and laid out perfectly. Ayoub and Younis were very helpful and friendly, giving us invaluable tips and tricks on how to nagivate the medina and shopping in the Souks, always with a smile on their faces. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasantly surprised with gorgeous accommodation and friendly staff.

Beautiful lobby, room and rooftop area. Everything was well thought of with thoughtful details such as yoga mats and sunscreen on the roof and aesthetics carefully curated. The staff were also amazing, especially Anoub who went above and beyond and Mustafa. The breakfast is also really good and the beef sandwich they make there is also really good so definitely recommend indulging!

Beautiful place where to stay

Breakfast was amazing! Location was good enough Staff was super helpful and friendly. We enjoy our stay there

We didn’t like the bathroom situation at all it would be so much better to have at least a courtain or something because you can’t even open the doors of the room because it leads you immediately to the bathroom so no privacy at all in something very very important . Aircon couldn’t make it work.

Impeccable hospitality, talented chef and stunning decor

The breakfast was the best we had across or stays in Morocco. Mesemen was served piping hot, good brewed coffee, creative yogurt dishes and really good fried eggs with tomatoes. We had the lunch Moroccan Bahn-mi which was frankly the best sandwich I’ve had - complexity of flavours with amlou and harissa, fresh herbs, piping hot fried egg with preserved beef and tangy pickled carrots. The mix of flavours and textures was amazing! We didn’t have a chance to have dinner there but I would suspect it would be excellent! The staff (we had most contact with Mustafa - amazing!) is exceptionally caring and helpful as is their house driver, Faisal. We felt well taken care of which is their motto. Decor also very lovely, modern with a quiet palette, while using all local items. After hot days in the Medina it was nice to dip one’s toes into the pool. A tranquil oasis when you wish to escape the Marrakesh intensity! So glad we had four nights there, rather than too short a stay.

Little oasis right in the heart of the old town of Marrakesh

Most friendly staff! On our entry we were given a map with so much information on Marrakesh from the charming staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room very spacious and clean.

The tap water never got hot, not sure if always an issue but wasn’t able to enjoy the bath in our room because of this.

A relaxing escape in the heart of the city

The location, interior and service was excellent - we couldn’t fault it. A big thank you to Mustapha and colleagues, who were really attentive, helpful and made us feel at home. The best hotel staff we have ever had. The breakfast was also lovely!

A unique place with unique soul

Wow! One of my all time favorite places I have stayed. The staff is superb. Super helpful and nice. The Riad is beautifully interiorized and is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very cozy to hang by the pool at the hottest parts of the day. The food is delicious and we had some of our best dishes here. Definitely recommended!

A Riad that felt like home

Everything! The Riad was simple amazing, comfortable and really well decorated! The location was perfect, short walking distance from the major interesting points but far away of the confusion and noise. The staff, no words to describe: Youba, Mustafa and all the cookers and clean ladys were so nice, friendly and so helpful that made our stay simple perfect!

A truly relaxed and luxurious home within Marrakech which we didn't want to leave.

Everything was very well considered, the design of the riad was beautiful and enhanced our stay. Special shout out to Mustafa who's discretion and thoughtfulness made sure our stay was exceptional.

Best Riad of Marrakech!

We stayed at the Riad for 3 nights. Everything was perfect! The room, especially the breakfast :)! And the lovely people at the Riad. Yassine was the best!!! You never walk alone with Yassine by your side ;). And also Moustafa, who is at the Riad in the evening. The Riad is quite central in the middle of the Medina. All employees of the Riad helped us by planing our stay in Marrakech. I took a lot of photos of the Riad, so you can see the tasteful interior.

Excellent experience at Riad Atelier

Mauro, Julia and all the staff are simply the best hosts you may have. We had the most outstanding experience in this riad. They have very stylish design and decor. The best breakfast was one of the best we ever had as experienced travelers. We strongly recommend it, especially if you are planning a staying where you could really feel at home. The only drawback - for the pool area fans- it’s that there is no sun starting from 10 am. But you can enjoy it on the rooftop.
