Over all we had a great stay with our family.

We loved the screen end porch and loves listening to the owls and birds singing. It was like being in the woods but had the beach and pool

Didn’t care for the bunk beds, the picture showed twin beds around the wall. We had 3 adults sleeping up in that room. Beds weren’t that comfy.

Unit was clean, screened in porch was nice, pool was nice and Shipyard is very nice and quiet

TV in family room did not get cable properly. We only had 1 channel. We had to move TV from upstairs to downstairs. Unit needs more pots and pans
