We love the beach and the pool we was displeased with the room

It’s a beautiful property with a great pool!

It was not clean it was very uncomfortable and the staff where not helpful and borderline rude

Go somewhere else.

Close to beach.

The shower smelled like sulphur. The beds were impossible to sleep on. The shower rack fell off. No Keurig coffee maker.. two filter pots. Loud people in the hallway and slamming doors all night

Definitely worth the price! Location is great and restaurants had great service! Will definitely be back.

Location within quick walk to the beach. Comfortable.

Our villa needs some updating (toilets function when they want). Needs a good deep cleaning.

great condo If you want to stay at the beach and pool!

it has a great set up for such a small space, loved the porch to hang out on. so close to beach access and pool! nice island wide trolley system!

can’t leave beach items outside the door, so sandy stuff clutters up the door entrance easy. weird bedroom set up, you have to shimmy against the wall to get to the other side of the bed. mattress needs updating, it is bouncy and not very comfortable. the pool side restaurant has very short and odd hours! we never made it in time to eat there

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort review

The beach location and tennis, pickleball facilities.

Air conditioner quit working. Water was turned off . Both of these actions during extremely hot and humid weather. One of our 2 bdrm units was not clean. All 4 units were old and outdated. Office mgt. was sometimes rude. Cost was exhuberant for what you get for accomodations. Will not go back

The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The unit was very clean, although under the kitchen sink needs to be wiped out since anything touching the bottom of that cabinet comes away sticky and discolored. We enjoyed the decorating and the comfortable beds. And I loved that the frig had an ice maker! This was an emergency stay for a few days so we were thankful to find a unit available. We appreciated that the staff got us into the unit as soon as possible after it was turned.

Kitchen knives need to be sharpened - they are dangerously dull. Much of the nonstick cookware needs to be replaced due to significant scratching. $45 to get a change of sheets (for 1 bed, not even all of the beds we used in the unit) is ridiculous. Yes, there is a laundromat on the grounds. But for $300+ per night by the time we paid all the fees, getting a change of sheets should be complimentary.

The couch and bed was very uncomfortable didn’t get any comfortable rest no tv in bed room only had the couch to sit on

It was good until I discovered the socks! Nasty!

The location next to the ocean was very good. The security was good.

The room appeared to be clean, however,on my last night I moved the coffee table and discovered a dirty pair of socks. I questioned, “How really clean was this room?” I reported the finding along with a picture of the dirty socks. I haven’t received a response from the resort or owner. I guess as long as they have your money that’s all that matters

Condo. Needs maintenance. Saw roach. Wallpaper peeling. Old appliances. Shower nossel flew off Microwave very dirty. Did not keep us from having a wonderful time.

There is not much to like here, but you can access the beach fairly easily

The room was in no way ready for guests. It was not just old and cramped, but both dusty and damp. It smelled sort of like sewage. Not something you would expect for $200 a night.

We enjoyed our stay and the grounds were well maintained. Great place for a weekend visit.

The property was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Ryan, the front desk clerk was very personable and very helpful.

The one bedroom was very tight compared to other one bedroom condos on the island we’ve rented. The ‘queen’ size bed was a full. The unit itself needs maintenance, however, the unit was clean and we would return for a weekend stay.
